It wasn’t the best .

Close to the beach and pool

We had roaches in our condo . I let them know the first day I was there . Nothing was done about it except I received a” I apologize “. I still had a whole day and night for the stay . I let them know again , and still nothing was done . Not even a visit .. I even offered pictures . Nothing was said back regarding this issue . The second day I awake to a roach climbing on my bed . Went to the kitchen and they were in the counter while I was making coffee . Same thing happened in the guest bedroom my mother stayed in . I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of care . I spent a lot of money to stay here and couldn’t feel relaxed because I was afraid a roach would climb on me . ( as it did ). I was very excited to stay at this location and it ruined my trip .

Tops'l Beach Resort and Raquet Club....DO IT

Staff services, quality of our rooms, amenities provided, and proximity to the beach were awesome.

We had very minor (and I mean very minor) issues during our stay; so minor that they're not worth mentioning and we never called them in.

This property is very close to beach. It’s just a short walk away. The pool area was very nice and my kids had a great time there. There is a shuttle service if needed but we didn’t need it cause the walk was not bad at all. This property exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

There was not a thing to say bad about this property. Everything was great! We have already booked another stay for next year.

Booking.com and Tops SUCK

I liked when we were moved to a different property.

I didn't like being in a mold infested f9ndo with awful mattresses and couches and dirty vents. I ESPECIALLY didn't like that booking.com NEVER followed up with us in spite of their ....we will contact you in 24 hrs texts. It is 4 days and 12 hrs later and no help at all from booking.com.

It was wonderful!

I like it being clean. The elevators were fast not much wait time. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The king size bed in the master suite.

There was nothing I didn't like about the condo.

A good stay for family!

I liked that the beach was within walking distance away, and that the property offered rides to the beach. Also, you can never get bored there, because there was so much to do in the area. It is in a prime location. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I was happy that there were necessities there to make us comfortable, along with the things we brought to make our stay as smoothly as possible.

My only problem was that the master bedroom, the room I slept in smelt a bit dusty. And I could tell that under the bed was not swept, there was dust under there as well. I have allergy issues, so my nose was very sensitive to it.

I have stayed at Tops’l Resort before which is the reason I booked again, however, the rooms were dirty and the bedding

I like how private each room is compared to a hotel which is the reason I have stayed here before. This visit was disappointing because of the poor cleaning of the rooms.

The rooms were dirty and the bedding was stained. The furniture/beds are completely worn and outdated.

We really enjoyed our stay and vacation home felt peaceful and homey inside.
