The overall trip was great and we loved the location, but the noisy neighbors ruined our last two nights of sleep.

I liked the proximity to the beach. I also like the tan that would help get around to far distances.

We were in an adjoining room. The door in between rooms was not sealed good at all. You could literally see the light coming through the cracks. Because of that the noise from the other room came through VERY LOUD AND CLEAR. I could hear every conversation they had. While I know you can’t control the neighbors noise, after one night being kept up until after 1:00am, the next night when the loud partying started I called security. It took them an hour and half and two calls to security to get them to come do something about the party next door. It gave me very little faith in the security team in the case of an actual emergency. It ended our trip on a frustrating note.

It was a good time!

I loved how the property were very organized and told me step by step how to get in and what to do when we were leaving. I will defiantly come back!!

I wish there is room service and wish they had a lot more towels for the stay.

Overall it was a good stay,our family had so much fun!

It is very comfortable for a family stay,you have everything you needed inside the apartment.

Just little confusing when you get in because there's 3different kind of building inside,when we book we thought we're going in the building where the photo shows in our reservation.but the building photo that shows is not what we get.

Perfect Anniversary Destination

TOPS'L Summit was the perfect resort to celebrate our 30+ anniversary. Our favorite features included an excellent location, beautifully maintained property, a white sandy beach, and perfectly clear blue water. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Não existem cadeiras disponíveis para Guest na praia e a piscina é toda ocupada por proprietarios que chegam cedo e jogam as toalhas nas cadeiras. Check in 4pm e check out 10am. Perdi 1 Dia de reserva. Não gostei e não irei novamente.

Enjoyed a much needed vacation where there were no schedules to follow. Just relaxed and enjoyed the amenities.

Location, cleanness, views, amenities beach access , checkin/out process was smooth and easy. Loved that prior to arriving was kept in the loop of rules, what to expect throughout the stay.

Once there it was difficult to speak to a person that is located on premises. I needed towels and for some reasons n, when I called I was directed to some call center then they had to order the towels. This process took 1 1/2 days to do. We had to use our dirty towels until we were provided with cleans ones. Every thing else was good.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We liked how peaceful and safe it was. We also enjoyed how we had access to multiple places within the property such as both of the pools.

The only thing we didn’t like about it was the hot tub at our property wasn’t working and the tv was difficult to watch because the remotes weren’t working properly.

I’d definitely stay here again. The location and view from our balcony was great! The place is kept very clean and neat.

Not pleased at all.

My husband and I stayed for 7 days I don’t like the fact that they only provide cleaning after checking out they only provide two trash bags four bath towels for two people for seven days. At the beach you are not allowed to put umbrella by the owners area, I just don’t get it if I rented the place I should be able to place my umbrella and chair by the owners area. And coffee mug was dirty I have to wash it but at least they provide us a small dish soap and dish sponge. After being at the beach all day even after washing off the sand on our body you still missed some of course and there’s no way to sweep the sand on the floor. We have to step on beach sand for the whole stay and believe me we tried not to drag the sand inside the condo I even put the bucket that they have in the bathroom by the door so that we can take off everything including sandals and put it in the bucket and straight jump in the shower to wash off the sand. They need to provide at least a sweeper and more towels especially if you’re staying for seven days.

Proximity to the beach, access to the clubhouse and amenities, pools, beautiful view and outside furniture to enjoy it, decor, nice shower, nice table and chairs setups, the staff were amazing and helpful

The bed was squeaky. You couldn't move in the bed without it making a lot of noise. The squeaking bed made it hard to sleep.

Beautiful Views, Grounds, and Customer Care

Our view, the location, access to pools, and beach were exceptional. We never used the shuttle, but saw the shuttles running constantly and the drivers' interactions were fun and friendly. Our room was clean, quiet and the view was beautiful. We were pleased with the linens, extra towels, and small kitchen efficiencies. We would definitely stay at TOPS'L again.

The unit 807A could use a few furniture upgrades. The fabric side chairs and glass top table were not that comfortable. The bed springs were also very worn. Lastly, while at the Beach Manor pool on Thursday, I tried to help a Cleaning Attendant with the air conditioner inside it's clubhouse. She asked very politely because of how hot it was inside. I called the front office, was told someone would let Beach Manor know. No one came to assist. She finished in the heat. I asked her if she wanted a water, she was kind in saying she had some and thanked me again for trying to help her. We hope your staff of employees working to keep your first impressions and reviews immaculate are rewarded and recognized regularly.
