Nice clean, simple hotel.

A nice, clean simple hotel. I had a non-AC room on the ground floor (= AC room, but they cut the power to the AC unit) with attached bathroom. Everything worked (when power on, see "what didn't you like"): electrics and plumbing, and no exposed Indian wiring. It was cool enough in June with just the ceiling fan. The bed was large and comfortable. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Free WiFi had strong signal, useful because mobile was weak. Not too far to walk to markets, ghats and railway station. There is a ghat very close by: cross footbridge by Antarman hotel.

Electricity was frequently interrupted (just lighting, not fan).

Worth in money value to visit this hotel!!

I stayed one night with my parents and wife, hotel staff is very supportive and you will get neat and clean hotel and very peaceful. I would recommend to visit this hotel without any doubts.

WiFi speed is not good and not working properly.

I was in company with my three grandmothers aged more than 80 yrs. they were very at ease . no worry about the stairs as

The welcoming , all the staffs are friendly and very well mannered . even the auto rickshaw 🛺 outside the hotel , they are very helpful . worth staying

Haridwar night stay

Location, Staff behaviour, service quality. Cleanliness was excellent.

Room size, mattress quality was not as expected from a hotel (was okay but not the best)

Location is 2 km away from harkipauri, and 800 meters from haridwar station.

Staff are very helpful and behavior is too good.

Nothing such, but bathroom floor should be clean more..

since it was my first time at Haridwar, wanted to book a toom online. next time I won’t make the same mistake as tons of

nothing much to like

there are better options available nearby at comparative prices. no food option, have to order 2 hrs early, better to go out and eat. bed sheets and towels are stinky . no hot water and no ac. this is ridiculous. not worth even ₹500.

it was clean but the Television was not working at all and the connectivity was not good.

Television was not working, AC remote was not available as i aas unable to on off and remote the AC and the switch was not available in that room we use to call the reception to on off the Ac as well as geyser

We were 3 families together , went for having a leisure time. But one of the ac was not working during daytime, secondly , As per the booking , breakfast was included .. but where was it mentioned that the breakfast shall only be for the adults n not for the kids? Does a family structure not include children n if it is so it should be clearly mentioned during the booking. Matlb ek family (2 adults and 1 child) me badon ka khana included hai par bachhon ka nahi..great deal. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel. Also , there were bugs in one of the rooms.

No Parking Available Located in Very crowded n narrow street could only reach there by walking approx half a kilometre Front office Staff was not courteous, kept threatening to charge extra, didn’t except credit card

Only hotel staff was very good ...especially naman "the hotel manager " Owner of the hotel was very rude , not supportive

Room size was very small , Owner cut the light in every one hour and he was very rude
