At no additional fee. orange tree and a comfortable space to sit and visit. No two stories close by...which makes for a very private backyard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable in the master and main living room, WiFi, Netflix in every room with 4 separate accounts. and 50 inch TV's in every room. Security system. This house is set up for the perfect vacation rental. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The waterfall in the pool is great focal point for meals in the house. The game room is a great addition. The lay out of the house makes it easy to get around for all ages. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes for meals. There are several grocery stores within a few minutes drive.

Amazing property, even nicer than photos convey! Super well stocked, everything we needed and more! My young kids loved the books and games and of course spent hours each day in the WARM pool! Would absolutely recommend this property!

We stayed at this Chandler house for seven days and wished it has been seven more! The heated outdoor pool was our draw and we enjoyed it every day. Great home for families with plenty of beds, linens, dishes, etc. Nice neighborhood. Papa and grandson spent a few moments each morning learning how to play pool. We also enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice from the orange tree in the back yard. Overall very pleasant and relaxing experience!

The property and host were simply wonderful. Easy location, nice neighborhood, great pool, simple property instructions with pleasant communication with the hostess. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future bookings.

This isn't the first time we've stayed here, and it won't be the last. Perfect fit for our family of 5; wonderful attentive hosts, amazing heated pool, quiet neighborhood easily accessible to amenities... just overall a fabulous stay. Looking forward to the next one!

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. Was quite literally home away from home. Well supplied with everything we needed except the groceries. We were visiting family nearby and would definitely stay again.

I love this property. It was our second time staying. Everything was clean and in working order. My kids loved the pool and it was almost hot tub temperature! This house is located amongst so many fun places (fat cats bowling/movie/mini golf, public parks mesquite groves is our favorite! Not to mention all the shopping that is literally minutes from the house. We can't wait to visit again!

If time permitted we would have stayed longer, the heated pool was our favorite!! Quiet neighborhood, private backyard, very clean pool, lots of towels supplied, game room was a hit, very comfy beds with nice cozy blankets and having a garage to park in was a plus. The owners/hosts go above with communication and made check in very simple. Crumbl Cookie was a sweet surprise ;) and your (incase you forgot something basket) was spot on. Thank you for a relaxing week away from the snow and cold. We loved your home!

We really enjoyed our stay - the heated pool was a huge hit and the house was very family friendly. Loved the pool table, extra games and coloring pencils/paper. Would definitely book here again - owner was responsive and proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Not clean! Air vents horrible, fan filthy, baseboards full of dust. Garage unkept, windows filthy and no shades in dining room. Could be a lovely rental with a little more elbow grease!

We had 5 adults and an 8 year old. We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Christmas decorations were a very nice touch and helped Santa find us. The pool was wonderful and WARM. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

This review is very late in coming as we stayed at the property late July-early August for a family event. The house was clean and neat. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was well equipped, and we played some of the games Lorena provided. Of course, there were a few hiccups which happen with a house. Lorena rectified the problems as quickly as possible. We loved the pool and had a wonderful time.

My children didn't want to leave! We stayed in this home for a week. It was so nice to have a pool in the backyard and tvs in every room. The kitchen was stocked with every pot/utensil needed which was great for making large family breakfasts everyday!

Overall we had a very good stay at the Springfield Lakes Reflection. We stayed for the entire month of March. Lorena was exceptional in communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for little kids to jump in and for adults to relax. It was warm, even on the chilly March mornings. There were lots of towels which came in handy. The pool and foosball tables were fun and there were lots of board games which were nice to have. The layout was perfect with master suite on one side and other bedrooms on the other. And the oranges from the tree were delicious! There were some MINOR ares for improvement. The kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived, but it was easy to clean up. The front doorbell didn't work which made it difficult to know when our guests showed up since we were in back by the pool. A couple light bulbs were burnt out, 1 light in rec room didn't work and 1 fan in the rec room didn't work. Again, these were all very minor and didn't take away from our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

I really liked that our host sent me a text welcoming us to the Phoenix area before we arrived. Checking in was very easy. The house was very spacious and clean. The house also had a basket full of things we may need like extra toiletries and soap, laundry detergent etc. The Crumbl cookies were a very nice touch too. The beds were nicely made with good quality linens and pillows. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Oh this was a great experience from beginning to end. The owner was so up on all communication and we needed to stay an extra night and she gladly changed things to accommodate. This property would be fabulous for families, couples and friends. Great neighborhood and felt safe walking after dark. Loved the back pool area. Beds comfy and had everything we needed and so much more. Absolutely would rent again.

Nice place for relaxing around the pool. Very clean and up to date accommodations. Well equipped kitchen with a pool view. Wish there were brochures about things to see and do and recommendations on restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Home!

We were in Chandler with another couple visiting friends who live in the area. This home was absolutely perfect for us! We loved our stay there and would go back in a heart beat. The owners were easy to contact, quick to respond when we messaged them and came over on short notice to replace a battery in a smoke alarm when it began to chirp. We were also treated with delicious cookies and a nice gift basket with upon on arrival.
