Excellent for groups

Called the host upon arrival, he sent one lady with the keys in just no time, the check-in was super easy. The apartment was very big and spacious with all kichren facilities. The location of the property is very prime at the exact city centre. 1 min walk to bus stop. very nice experience overall.

Шикарное расположение, приветственная бутылка вина (не пили 😊) и капсулы для кофемашины. Шикарная кровать с удобным матрацем. Рекомендуем для семей, в том числе и с детьми.

Schönes Appartement mit Raum für Verbesserungen

Der Gastgeber war sehr engagiert und hat uns sofort bei den Problem mit dem Warmwasserboiler geholfen. Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr zentral. Dies hat uns gut gefallen.

Im Bad roch es den gesamten Aufenthalt unangenehm nach Schleuse. Auch gab es in der Vergangenheit im Bad einen Wasserschaden, welcher nicht weiter behoben wurde. Die Reinigung des Appartements war ok. Könnte aber besser sein. ( Haare auf dem Sofa, Staub auf dem Parket etc..)

Not for families

1. Host I think he is Greek. We had to call him when we arrived. He was nice and responsive. He explained nicely how to get into the building. 2. Parking We went there at the weekend and parked our car in front of the theatre for free. We were also able to see our car from our balcony. 3. Location Location is great. There was a beer festival when we were there and we were able to watch the people singing and enjoying themselves. We also went to IQ landia which is walking distance far away from the apartment. A big shopping mall is located right behind the apartment. 4. Rooms Rooms are nice and big enough. Bathroom was newly renovated. Towels were clean and folded. Ceilings are high and the balcony was really cool. The bed linens were of high quality and clean. There was a fan in the room which was a life saver.

1. Taxi drivers The taxi rank is under the apartment and it was too noisy. Since it is summer, we left the windows open and slept. But it was a mistake. We thought that it would be a noisy night due to the beer festival but it was the taxi driver who kept us awake. 2. Microwave oven Such a shame that microwave oven was not there!! They should not call themselves family friendly hotel if they do not have a microwave oven in their kitchen. 3. Kitchen Not enough cutleries, not enough pans or pots to cook or boil something, no dish washer..The glasses had white marks at the bottom (most probably it was milk). There was no paper towels either. 4. Cleaning The floor was really really dirty. In all the corners there were dirt and dust. Under the pillows of the black sofa, we found a red underwear. There were left overs from a birthday party (ie. birthday party hats and some decoration papers) in one of the kitchen cabinets. Some dishes were not washed well. The fridge was dirty too. 5. Limited supply There was not enough soap, shampoo and toilet paper. 6. TV & Internet There was no leaflet or a booklet about how to use the TV or what is internet password. TV worked at first but later on it stopped working. 7. Strangers Twice our door was opened by strangers who were drunk. We had to lock our door after 5pm. I think they were other people who were staying at the hotel at the same time and were too noisy after midnight. They sang on the corridor. IT was horrible.

Perfect stay in Liberic!

Nice and very friendly staff. Spacious, clean, fresh and well equipped apartement, right in the middle of Old Town. Easy parking right outside the door. (Street parking)

Nice location, good room sizes with all things needed. Super market / mall directly across the street.

A second toilet would be really good for the amount of rooms. One room has no windows at all. Heating in one room was maxed and could not be regulated, even though it was warm outside.

A great place to stay in the historic centre of Liberec/Reichenberg.

This is a very well refurbished apartment in a beautiful old-town house. The balkony with a blacksmith-crafted girder is giving a great view on the historic city hall and the old theater/opera. The 2 large rooms are spacy and have a comfortable set of modern furniture.

a microwave in the kitchen equipment would help.

Very central location, but at the same time very quiet. Plaza shopping centre 1 minute away, the same for the main square. Spacious rooms. Be aware that there is a remote control for lights!

Microvawe would be a nice thing, especially that the kitchen is not really equipped - just one pot that worked with the cook.

Gorgeous location, with beautiful view in the heart of old town. Very affordable and welcoming apartment.

The gorgeous location, the view from the balcony, the size and comfort of the apartment. I also LOVED the sparkly light in the ceiling.. it was super pretty.

My husband did not like that there was only paid parking.

Great apartment but the cleaning must be improved

Great location, in the city center. Nicely equipped large apartment. 3rd floor with no elevator might be a challenge, though :)

The floor was really dirty. In all the corners there was massive amount of dirt and dust. Under the black sofa the floor looked like not cleaned for years. There were no tools to clean it ourselves. Very inconvenient and disappointing.

Spacious rooms, good mattresses , pillows and blankets, excellent location.

Limited supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper. No paper towels and tissues. A mediocre amount of cleaning tools appeared only after a mail and a call.

The location is in the very center, but comfort is not in the first place.

The apartments are very spacious, the ceilings are high. There are several sleeping places. The big bed is really comfortable. The bed linen was of high quality and clean.

In the apartments with windows on the opera and the town hall there was a strong unpleasant smell of sewage in the toilet. At the same time, the entrance to the toilet is not directly from the bedroom. After I complained about the smell, the owner offered me other apartments ("Delux apartment") - it was a cheaper apartment and there was not a single window in it. Fortunately, I could stay in the old apartments and use only the bathroom and toilet in the proposed ones. A large hole is made in the wall between the kitchen and the bedroom from above, as a result, light, noise or smell spread freely. Of course, the view from the window is very beautiful, but this was negated by very dirty window panes.

It was a great choice for a couple to stay.

It was very clean, and the apartment looked better/bigger in person than in the photos. The bed was huge which was awesome, and we really loved the bathroom.

The only thing we didnt like about our stay were loud taxi drivers in front of the building, under the aprtment window, but besides that we liked kinda everything.

Shame about the taxi rank under the apartment. it was a hot night and wanted the windows open but the taxi drivers are very noisy and would be even on speakers in the car. so had to close the windows. luckily there was a fan in the room.

Nice apartment in the city centre

Very beautiful and very clean apartment with nice view. The location is great. Everything is close to you.

The corridor with bins needs a bit of work. I assume its shared with other buildings, flats and apartments. A private parking space would be great because of the location.

Not worth the money but location is superb.

Location.

Almost everything. Pictures doesn’t reveal the smell of dust (the curtains simply scream DUST!) and the feeling that they just dumped all the random furniture they had. These appartments aren’t well kept and really needs some love. The price is huge for what you get. Unless they charge for time travelling as tou really get back to 2000s.
