Fabulous stay with great location.

The hosts were extremely friendly, but also very good in allowing me to have my privacy as a guest. The apartment was very clean and tidy and also incredibly comfy. The location was also lovely, pretty much right on the seafront.

The only things that would've been nice to have were a shower and a freezer compartment (just so that ice packs could be frozen and used for taking lunch out for the day), but these aren't necessary things.

Excellent - Already looking to book again for next year!

Location is amazing. Host was welcoming and on hand if needed but left us to ourselves. Had everything we needed. We've been visiting this area for the last 4 years and kept switching accommodation. Can now say we have found an accommodation that we will continue to return to year after year.

Our stay at the Den was just the tonic we needed after a recent very close family bereavement.

The location could not have been better, just a few yards from the promenade with access to steps down to the beach and just a short stroll along the promenade to the centre of Withernsea. The apartment was self-catering with a smart, modern kitchen area with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle with tea and coffee. There isalso a large modern bathroom with bath and powerful shower head. – everything you could ask for! Also on probably the most coldest weekends of the year the apartment was lovely and warm throughout our stay. We certainly hope to return in the near future!

Just returned from a short stay at ‘The Den’ and can’t wait for our next visit. It’s very obvious a lot of love and care

Beautifully furnished and styled with high end fittings and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Stunning view and very peaceful location.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation.

Compact but well considered accommodation, very clean and nicely decorated. Lovely good sized bathroom and kitchen was very well kitted out, good quality products and equipment throughout. The owners had obviously gone to a lot of effort to make sure their guests had a very comfortable stay.

The Den has everything you need for a short break away, kitchen has everything, comfy beds, amazing bath and plenty of space. Morning views and 1km walk into town, perfect for me and my two small children.

Great Location, immediate access straight onto the wonderful beaches for the dogs to run on. Quiet with an easy walk into the town centre. Well equipped with modern facilities.

Lovely place lovely people, you won’t be disappointed.

We booked this very last minute, as the accommodation we did book was shocking. These guys couldn’t of been any more understanding, accommodating and just wonderful. We shall definitely stay here again. Kid friendly, dog friendly. Just a lovely cosy place to stay. I’d say it’s more for couples and possibly one child. But we had two children and they still managed to go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Honestly they couldn’t of done anything more for us. The location is right on the cliff top, where you are allowed to walk the dogs on the beach and look for fossils if you go cliff side. Or you can just walk into town along the prom, Tesco is not far away, and there’s an unmanned garage just for fuel close by too.

Location great, clean and light rooms, fabulous hall to put your bags and shoes without cluttering the apartment. Spacious bathroom. Loads of pots, pans, utensils etc for use. Chris was really helpful

Relaxing and hospitable I

We felt very welcome here. They had gone to a lot of trouble to make it comfortable with thoughtful touches. Right by the sea there was no traffic or aircraft noise. There is a supermarket round the corner, and the best fish and chips just down the road!
