It could of been a lot better!

No fresh breakfast, room in the bathroom wasn't clean then didn't have anybody to come clean til the next day. No towels was in the pool area

Great stay! This was my first time staying here and will stay here again.

It was clean, had a great breakfast, and great coffee. I loved that they had food that I could buy for my room, a washer and dryer in the facility and a great gym and pool.

We got 2 rooms for family members but they were on different floors.

Looks nice, but service is not great!

New bldg. good access to the interstate.

Cusions outside are full of snow and soaking wet. Should off put these away for this time of year. Heater in room wouldn’t shut off with set temp. Had to run the fan to cool off the room. Chips at front desk were 3.00 $ a bag and when I got to my room they were out dated, had to walk back to find out they all were out dated. Night employee didn’t do anything with this, and left all the outdated chips in the store. Pool looked yellow green and cloudy.

Home away stay made comfortable as possible

Loved how welcoming the night staff lady was who checked us in at 1am. She was helping us get checked in quickly, offered extra blankets and water. She was a pleasant surprise at the end of an exhausting 12 hour day of travel with my family.

The room temp (85 degree) was very warm although we turned the temp down it made little difference.

Fantastic!

Was very nice. Room With small kitchenette was perfect! Liked it so much I signed up for the honors card to stay there over and over again, LOL.

we have always liked this property, but this experience was less than expected.

The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, the pillows are decent, the room amenities are good.

The air conditioning unit was broken the first night so we had no air. Maintenance replaced the unit on Saturday, but when they left the room after the work, they did not pull our door closed. We didn’t return until evening. Fortunately, I had taken our valuables with us. We also asked to be moved away from the elevator, but our request wasn’t accommodated because we had booked through Booking. This was our 4th stay at this property, but we were not given any accommodation for loyalty. We will investigate other properties. When we checked out, the general manager said he would give us a discount for the first airless night, but he wouldn’t give me a receipt showing the discount but rather said he would work with Booking to make the refund. When I contacted Booking 3 days later, they had had no contact with the manager, and they asked me what the discount was going to be. Of course, I had no idea since the general manager had not provided that information. Booking was very accommodating and said they would follow up with the manager. I will see where that lands.

wow, I loved this place-will stay at Home 2 Hilton again

What didn't I like- NOTHING. The best stay I have had in years at a hotel. The facility decor was great, clean, well appointed. Staff efficient and friendly and nice. Pool excellent. Handicapped room 414 excellent-bed the best. Set up perfect for me in a wheelchair. Good handicapped parking. TV and channel/cable selection-the best. The breakfast was great. Little incidentals all accounted for-towels/extra blanket etc. Loved the eye make up remover pads in bathroom. I will be trying to stay at Home 2 Hilton's in future as much as possible.

Very good

I chose this hotel over our traditional choice of Hampton Inn, because I saw no mention of a charge for our Kitty. I saw the glaring mention that it was "pet friendly" ... So I chose your hotel. Needles to say, I was unhappy when told there was a $50.00 charge.

Terrible stay for the value. won’t do it again.

Room was clean.

They lost my reservation, I had to pay AGAIN to stay the night (more this time), breakfast was terrible, AND they were out of coffee. The front desk clerk was rude and not even apologetic.
