About this house rental

Update: NEW HOT TUB! As of 11/17/22 we have installed a brand new hot tub. Thanks for your service old tub but it's on to a new and more reliable tub for our guests to enjoy.

This spacious family home is both gorgeous and functional. Large enough for families or small groups. The unique design and architecture make this home very appealing. The hot tub, large master bathroom, spacious kitchen with more than enough room, 3 car garage, fireplace and 4 bedrooms make staying here easy and comfortable. The location, just steps from the multiple hiking trail and everything else Sedona has to offer makes the trip fun and awe inspiring. We are conveniently located near groceries, restaurants, breweries, hiking and biking, Oak Creek Canyon and more. This area has much to offer and this home is a great starting and ending point for each day.

We have secure, private wifi for your working or entertainment needs with speeds over 100mbps. We have found working and playing on the same trip to be an ideal combination.

We focus on providing you everything you need for a great vacation and nothing more so we can keep our prices lower. Sure a fruit basket upon arrival is a nice touch but do you really want to pay up to $100/night more for that?

While our listing is new, we aren't new to the vacation rental business. We have many years of owning and operating vacation rentals in Estes Park Colorado. Through that experience we understand what most customers are looking for in a vacation property. Guests want visually appealing properties that are unique, comfortable and functional. This home is uniquely designed and tastefully decorated as a result. We have furnished the home with new mattresses, luxurious linens and new towels. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to save money by eating in. There is a gas grill out back and outdoor or indoor dining. There is a smart TV with Hulu and other streaming options. And of course the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace for post hike relaxation. We also provide games, cards and books for family or downtime. If you have little ones we have a pack n play so you can leave yours at home. But we dont stop there. We know how important clean is to our guests . In fact, it's our number one priority . Our cleaning staff will ensure you feel good about being in our property. No excuses.

And of course value. Without providing the fruit basket or individual sized french milled soap we will charge you less, providing a much more affordable vacation by focusing on essentials. You're going to go shopping anyway so we will let you keep the $100/night or more the others charge and let you pick out your own apples and soap.

RESTAURANTS: There are lot of great restaurants in Sedona if you've never been here before. Even if you have you may not know that many of the popular spots are booking a month or more in advance at this point. Great location in Sedona. Easily accessible to hiking trails as well as grocery store and restaurants. House was clean and worked well for myself and three friends. Wished the gas grill was in better shape and held temperature better. However after a day of hiking in the red rocks the hot tub was a very nice place to end a day of hiking. Overall a very good experience and communication with the proprietor Andy was easy and timely. Thanks Andy.

We had the pleasure of staying here during 9 inches of snow. So we got to enjoy the place quite a bit! The place had everything we needed and was close to some hiking trails that came in handy when we couldn’t get the car out of the driveway .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but is just minutes to shopping and restaurants. As other reviews have pointed out, the hot tub was a bit of a situation, but it looks like they got a new one since our stay. This wasn't a big deal for us anyway. If we return to Sedona, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location in West Sedona. Walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Very comfortable stay for the whole family with plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Showers have great water pressure. Excellent communication with just about instant response to any questions.

The West Sedona home was perfect for our family gathering over Christmas. The location was excellent for access to hikes (including one trailhead 300 feet from the front door), shopping, and restaurants. We even walked to Dahl & DiLuca for a wonderful dinner. The layout of the house was great with a large open kitchen, dining room and great room. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. Our two adult children stated the back bedrooms and bathroom were great. The kitchen was sell stocked with cookware, spices and most necessities . We even cooked a turkey for Christmas. (We did buy a disposable roasting pan!) We especially loved the hot tub after a hard day of hiking the red rocks of Sedona. Unfortunately, it was a little too cold to experience the fire pit. It was very nice to be able to pull our vehicle into the large garage so that we could load for our departure without worrying about the impending snow. Alex responded promptly to all our questions, and was a great host. Thanks and we would book this West Sedona home again when we return to red rock country.

The property was exactly as described. We were impressed at how well it was stocked with household items. Our daughters commented on how convenient the west Sedona location is for many of the hiking/biking trails. Our family likes to play games in the evening and the dining table was great for that.

Accommodations were good. Room for everyone. Plenty of dinner ware, accessories and amenities. Was definitely comfy. Host was very accommodating when the a/c gave us an issue. Hot tub controls were not working, but we were notified ahead of time that there was an issue. . Blinds in several rooms didn’t work. Online Pictures were not in proportion as the driveway and garage looked bigger than they were. But parking was adequate. Overall experience was good. Definitely a great location to food and shopping

Amazing House

This was our first trip to Sedona. We got maps of the trails, canyons, water holes. Each hike was so beautiful. It was so wonderful to come back to an incredible house at the end of the day. To utilize the hot tub and relax in a well kept house! I would return to this home. It’s very close to everything. Thank you, Andy! You are an amazing host! We look forward to a return visit!

The property was wonderful overall. It had a hot tub that was great at night. It was near stores, but not so near that you had traffic/noise. There was hiking right out the front door. There was a neighbor cat that was really friendly as well as some jays and cardinals that frequented the back yard. The owners were always quick, friendly, and knowledgeable in their responses. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

This is a spacious house in a nice neighborhood of West Sedona - away from the crowds. The kitchen is well stocked including quality knives and good pans which was refreshing. The hot tub and fire pit in the back were nice in the evenings. Beds were comfortable. This house was a good home base for our family during our 2 days in Sedona.

This place was beautiful, it had everything we needed! The only thing was that the hot tub was not working at the time which was a bit disappointing as this was one of the key features. Other than that we were happy with our stay.
