THIS is an adorable beachfront condo with amazing unobstructed Gulf views from the living room and balcony! Thank you for visiting our condo online. We absolutely love this condo and we hope that you will too!

Located on Okaloosa Island, this third level unit is on the top floor of a quiet complex that sits directly on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful beach is our backyard! You just can’t get any closer to the beach! As a smaller condominium complex with 27 units, the beach is much less crowded and we have our own private boardwalk. The unobstructed panoramic view of the sparkling emerald waters and the beach from our living room and balcony is spectacular! The brilliant colors of the sunrise and sunsets are captivating. The moonlit nights also display their own glistening beauty across the waters. The spacious living room with two sets of sliding glass doors that open to the balcony overlooking the beach, includes a nice comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras for those choosing to eat in. The dining table seats four and we have the bar with bar stools. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for guests convenience. The bedroom has a brand new bedroom set with a king size bed and a new comfortable top notch Sealy mattress set. Off the bedroom is a private half bath. The full bath is beautifully updated and located off of the hall. We have nice linens and towels, and our housekeeping service will have our non smoking condo clean and prepared especially for you! There is a reserved parking place for our guest, as well as self check in/keyless entry for your convenience. Our outdoor pool is equipped with bathrooms, lounge chairs, a grilling area, and picnic tables, located in front of our condo. The back of our condo faces the beach, and from the balcony is the gorgeous beach view. The beach service we provide for our guest includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, set up daily from Mar 1 through Oct 31. We have two beach chairs in the bedroom closet for our guest as well. Kayak/paddle board rentals are also available during this time. Please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Our condo is a non smoking property. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
Due to our outdoor stair entrance into the condo, we are not wheelchair accessible. Our complex does not have an elevator.

Beach life fun is all around us! Okaloosa Island has everything you need for a relaxing fun filled vacation. Dolphin shows at the Gulfarium, a walk on the boardwalk, or fishing off the pier are five minutes away. Golf, mini golf, water sports, parasailing, jet ski rental, dolphin cruises, etc., are all close by. Outlet shops at Silver Sands are just a short drive, and antique shops in downtown Fort Walton are there for leisure shopping. We are away from the traffic and crowds of busy Destin, but only 6 easy miles from all the activity Destin has to offer as well. Many delicious local seafood and steak restaurants are available. Words cannot describe how beautiful and CLEAN this condo is! Pictures are accurate, but it’s even prettier in person! Victor and Valerie are tops when it comes to hosts!!!!! And the view… WOW! It’s incredible! I didn’t want to leave the condo, even to go out to eat (eating out is my favorite thing to do!) Just book it-you won’t be sorry!!! 100 stars wouldn’t be enough!

It was wonderful and relaxing the condo was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed a very short walk to the beach every morning we woke up opened the sliding glass doors to the balcony and couldn’t believe the million dollar views we had. The condo is on the third floor so there are stairs to take into consideration but for the price and the view it’s worth it. This was our second stay and we hope to come again.

We had a very enjoyable time at this condo. The hosts are wonderful and very attentive and have thought of every possible thing you could need in a vacation home. My husband and I stayed here for my 40th bday and we couldn't have been more thrilled by this breathtaking condo. The condo was immaculate and so clean. I adored the cute decor and all the details. The place is super clean and had the amenities we were looking for. The view is inspiring and the hospitality of the owners was incredible. We arrived in town early and they offered to get us in early after it was cleaned... this saved us from riding around in our car until the checkin time. We saw all kinds of marine life while on our visit. Perfect week!

1st time here & it was just as advertised! Valerie was on the ball with communication and the little extra touches were a nice surprise! There is no elevator here, so lots of steps, but the views and this unit are worth it🌊🌴! A truly lovely unit..I think this is the cleanest place we've ever stayed at in 6 years of VRBO.

This condo was so beautiful, and comfortable! You cannot beat the view! We stayed a week, and spent lots of time on the balcony. It was easy access to the beach, and I love how we had chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day! It was convenient to lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Our favorite seafood restaurant was The Shack! It was recommended by our host, and did not disappoint! We went there twice. Pop’s choice was an amazing little burger place if you are in the mood for takeout. We will definitely be back, and recommend this place to friends!

The balconies are under construction so the view was obstructed. I’m sure once they are completed the views will be spectacular! Overall the condo was very clean and served our purpose well. Very few people were staying at this site so it was very quiet. We did make friends with the few people that were there. The access to the beach was very close. We did not use the pool but it looked very nice as well. If we ever go back to this area we would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

The balcony was being redone and was boarded up (property owners were upfront and offered a discount because of it). We didn't realize how much we would miss being able to have the door open and enjoy the view. The property was very clean and the owners were great to work with!! Note: 3rd floor and no elevator. That could be impactful to some renters.

It was our first time to Okaloosa it was beautiful. The property owners were very friendly and helpful the condo had everything I needed every time I thought I wonder if they have something they did. Very clean. The beach front was beautiful. Close to food I highly recommend Stewbys right down the road. Close to shopping. I can’t recommend this condo enough or I will end up writing a book. My daughter and I loved, loved, LOVED this place! It was so nicely decorated and everything we needed was provided for the perfect getaway during the thanksgiving holiday! We stayed in the condo during Thanksgiving. We wanted to have the traditional meal, and knew it would be impossible to eat out. Being the cook, I prepared most of the casseroles and meat on the day before, so that all we had to do was heat it up. My husband was worried about the cutlery, and I was worried about dishes to heat up. We carried a knife to cut the turkey and ham from home, and I put my casseroles in the aluminum pans. We were pleasantly surprised this condo had a kitchen that was equipped like home. There were a set of cutlery, all sizes of Pyrex casserole, pots, pans, strainers, baking dishes, and plenty of serving spoons. There were plenty of plates, glasses, and coffee mugs. There was a coffee pot that was single or full pot service. We were able to cook like the comfort of home, and my brother joined us. We cooked new meals on top of the meal we brought. Victor and Valerie, the owners, kept in touch to ensure we were comfortable. We never ate a meal out which is rare for us. The view was incredible, and the hosts made sure we had all the necessities. The beach was private for property owners which made it nice, and the condo complex was not a high rise. The condo felt like home, and we hope to come back next year. All around excellent. Smooth admittance. Everything was as described. All the equipment a kitchen could need and more! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Convenient beach access. Only wish I had known there was no elevator. Quite a workout for a 79 year old with a weeks worth of luggage and groceries. Loved it anyway!

Okaloosa Island Condo was beautiful! We loved the view! Victor and Valerie were wonderful! We had everything and more at our fingertips. My family made lots of first memories on this trip! It was our first family vacation since Hudson was born. Hudson turned 2 and first time ever being at the beach. So it will forever hold a special place in my heart.
