Located on the desirable west-side of Colorado Springs and close to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Bridges hiking, Bear park, Muller park, plenty of breweries, restaurants, shops, cafés and MORE—perfect central location.

Each of these units is an independent, spacious, attractive home featuring quality of craftsmanship and modern décor. COMBINED, this place is one of the most practical values for larger families or groups in the entire Pikes Peak region. There are a total of (4) KING beds, (2) queens, and (6) singles in (3) bunks + multiple sofa beds for some serious sleeping capacity here in the total package.
Extra space downstairs for the kids to hang out, watch tv and play games.
Both units feature separate downstairs sleeping/bath/living areas perfect for children. Within each unit, the upstairs bedrooms offer stunning masters … with master baths and private, west-facing balconies for AMAZING sunsets under Colorado skies. The pictures listed here feature both units.

Just a few hundred yards from the Rocky Mountain foothills, this home is located on the Springs' west side, near Red Rocks Canyon Open Space Park … a hidden gem of a park offering many of the same spectacular rock formations and trails that the more well-known Garden of the Gods Park offers, without the crowds and tourists. Another park, Bear Creek Park, is also just up the road. Attractions such as Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, with their unique and historic artisan shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife are both just down the road, approximately 2 mins by car, or a 10 minute walk or bike ride. Downtown Colorado Springs is also just about 5 minutes away by car. Visitors to the Springs will inevitably spend most of their time on the west side, close to this property, and guests staying here will be gloriously close to all the goodness, natural or built, that Colorado Springs offers travelers and visitors to the region.
Getting Around:
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

We rented both sides and this place was perfect! Very close to everything and the neighborhood was quiet. The place itself is very clean and a nice place to stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again!

I rented this place for my extended family to stay together to attend my son’s nearby wedding. The two properties together provided plenty of space for everyone. Both units were very clean.. Beds were comfortable - although I do recommend you bring your own pillows unless you like very tall/high pillows. The one caution I have is that there are no bedrooms on the main level. If you have any mobility challenged guests, be aware they will need to walk up and down stairs to access bedrooms and shower/tubs. That was a little bit challenging for my aging parents. Also, to clarify, there is one bedroom on either side with a true en suite. Otherwise, the other two bedrooms upstairs share a hall bathroom, and the one bedroom in the lower level and pull out sofas down there share a hall bathroom. There is a nice little green back yard area, plenty of parking including inside the garage, smart tv’s on the main level, windows that open, and balconies to sit on. The kitchens had most things you might need with the exception of the ice makers. Although present with water hook ups, they seemed to be turned off or locked out. They were non functioning in both units, requiring us to buy ice for use during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet.
The management company was always fast to respond. Was able to offer us a complimentary early check in, and was a pleasure to do business with. We would definitely recommend these homes for your consideration.

This property looks brand new and has tons of room for a large group with room for all to sleep and lots of bathrooms. Conveniently located close to all the major attractions.
Bathroom towels were a little scarce and the tub showers were a little slippery with no grab bar to assist elderly getting out.
Overall a great property and renting experience.

The duplexes were in a good location for getting to many tourist attractions. We did have a problem with tv in main living room of one of the duplexes was not working when we arrived. Called on Sunday afternoon, they sent a text out Monday, determined it was not fixable, they got a new tv installed a couple days later. Electric cord too short, they hooked up through extension cord. Ceiling fans were very dirty, so were intake vents for ac in the walls. The kitchen trash was not emptied when we arrived & outside trash cans were full and bags of trash sitting by them. We did enjoy the furnishings and the outdoor areas in backyard were great. The front door locks kept cycling on/off, we thought someone was try to enter several times a day. We had a total of 18 people in the 2 units. We had room for all. I think with cleaning issues addressed, we would stay in them again.

My family gathered over a weekend in Colorado Springs to attend a memorial for our father/grandfather. We filled up both of the duplexes but even with so many of us the space never felt cramped. Everyone agreed that we couldn't have had a better spot to be together. I highly recommend these lovely duplexes. Loved the place. Room for everyone to spread out and it was so close to everything. But was unhappy with the trash in garages left behind from previous people.. We called and text to get the problem taken care of. But it was never.

Perfect multi-family getaway
With 5 families and ages ranging from 72-2 years, this wonderful stay allowed wonderful space for large gatherings as well as quiet "my space" moments for littles or grandpa's to nap while the louder types could enjoy plenty of space to play games, watch TV, start new projects together. Lots of variety!
