The staircase is narrow (see picture) and the roof slopes, which turn the turn the apartment into something special, may not be necessarily advantageous.
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you are only 1 km (15 minutes walk) from the lido, only 2 km from the city center, the waterfront, the railroad station and the ferry port( about 30 minutes walk). A supermarket is only 400 m away and easily accessible on foot. A bus stop is also only 5 minutes walk away. Or you can stay at home and enjoy the sun with open French doors and a small balcony with view to the mountains and the lake or you linger in our garden with large sunbathing lawn and many seats, which is available to all guests and is large enough for everyone. Deckchairs, cushions, lounge, as well as barbecue are of course of course at your disposal. Towels and bed linen are provided and there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board at your disposal. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be be safely stored. We hope you enjoy your stay in in our apartment. We have designed it in such a way that you will feel comfortable and that you can stay comfortably even on rainy days. even on rainy days.
