View over the river was amazing, lovely full length balcony. Comfortable and clean beds and sofas. Well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets. Washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel included. Apartment was spacious, warm and shower good. It was close to the lower ferry and lots of bars restaurants in close walking distance. Will stay again, great value for the money too.
Nothing-
Parking is hard to find in Dartmouth so nice really nice to have included. Make sure you research where the space is on the documents. Be careful if parking in the dark and rain, there is a drop on the left on entrance to the car park not easily seen.

The location is brilliant for exploring the town of Dartmouth. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and look out to sea. Allocated parking is a bonus as on street parking can be tricky in the town centre.
It is very noisy due to single pane windows. Early morning deliveries and glass collections right outside both bedrooms.

The coop next door does stocking at about 6 am which is very noisy and affected our sleep

Location, views were amazing
Parking directions were in accommodation rather than with email. There is no sign on the roadside which is what we were looking for. Not a deal breaker but that was our only issue.

great location and very spacious
could maybe do with updating/decorating. Also some nice pictures as only picture hooks with no pictures

The location was absolutely fantastic, the facilities were great too.
The only downside was being next to the co-op as deliveries came about 6.30 am and the noise woke us up every morning and went on for about half hour. Also the barrels were collected early from the pub on the other side.

Food wasn’t part of the deal. All meal’s were purchased at local amenities.

The apartment is great. Roomy and very comfortable and in the perfect location looking over the river with a balcony. We ere in Dartmouth for New Years 2022/2023 so there were no parking restrictions and we got parked right outside. The parking space was a comfortable walk up the high street which we did use on the first night.
I always think the people that rent out this type of property should stay in it for a few nights as there were some little niggles. Firstly although the location is great it is above/next door to the delivery entrance for Co-op so at 6am there are deliveries and the double glazing did nothing to help really. Maybe it needs more modern glazing but worth baring in mind if you are a late riser. Also the window at the side of the property in the lounge is an old single glazed window so you hear everything through is and there is a bar/restaurant below. it is a very narrow road much like an alleyway and it is loud.
Lastly when you sit down there are no side tables so when you sit down you can't put down a cup of tea or glass of wine. Just small things and we used the dining chairs but I think a set of side tables would be an easy and cheap addition to the living space. I'd like to make sure this is taken just as feedback and not a complaint as we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely use Dartside again if/when we return.

It was clean, comfy and had a well equipped kitchen.
Just needs a sign so you know to go up that set of stairs to find the property.

The harbour view from Riverside 1 apartment was absolutely amazing and we were able to sit out on the balcony watching the boats even though it is November. Very spacious and clean, the apartment was more than adequate for our two night stay. The apartment is over a shop but this wasn't an issue although the entrance leading to the apartment could do with a refurb. The ferry and shops are a two minute walk and there is a wide choice of restaurants. We liked Rosa and ROCKFISH which is a couple of doors away, booking recommended. Communication with Dart Holidays was very good. Overall, a good central base for Dartmouth.
Sadly, on both mornings of our stay, there was a 6.15 delivery at the Co-op store which is right next door, this was very noisy as the van pulls up just under the main bedroom. There was also a 5.15 refuse collection on Saturday morning. The car parking provided is a good 10/15 minute walk from the apartment but there is free parking outside the apartment if you go out of season. We were unable to find a space though.

The location could not have been better with a front row balcony view of all the Tall Ships that moored alongside, right outside our apartment. Lounge and main bedroom spacious, comfortable and exceedingly clean. Apartment is also ideally situated for town centre, Shops and Restuarant's.
Whilst understanding the whole parking situation in Dartmouth, the actual parking permit area for Dartside Holidays is some trek away for customers with walking limitations. It is also in a very awkward space (entry & exit) wise for some vehicles.
Whilst benefitting from a second bedroom, being on the side of the building makes it a very dark room and with the added problem of noise coming from the clear up procedures of the Pub/Restuarant on the other side of the alley I can see it would not provide a comfortable sleeping option for friends or children.
The kitchen window looks out onto an open shaft facing the bathroom window and unfortunately by not being covered at the top it gives rise to the view of an unsightly amount of Bird droppings on the windowsills and walls.
The TV has poor reception on a number of channels coupled with a habit of feathering. Also, in order to make use of the Catch Up and Freeserve facilities you require email and password codes, details of which are not published in the information booklet

The location is absolutely perfect with amazing views up/down and across the river. Central to all amenities and with free parking - albeit a 10 minute walk away which is fine if it's not raining. There is EV parking available but make sure you inquire about this on your booking.
Overall the room was excellent.
I think a chopping board and ice cube tray would be useful. Small simple things sometimes! The TV reception was very poor but as it was a Smart TV, we were able to get round this but others who are not as knowledgeable might not. There was a booster for the aerial, but it worked better without!
The Yale lock is also very poor and requires many attempts to unlock. The only bad point which might stop us staying again was the regular 6-6.30am Co-op delivery next door!

location, light and airy.
The microwave needs replacing as the internal coating is starting to flake and show bare metal. It would nice to have a fridge with a small freezer box for keeping ice especially for the warm weather. we mentioned both of these things to Amy on our departure.

Very clean comfortable apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Lovely view out to Kingswear. Excellent location close to amenities.
Picked this apartment because it had private parking, albiet it wasn't very private. It seems anyone parks there. The day after our arrival we went to pick the car up to find the car had a broken light, scratched paintwork and bumper where someone had reversed into it. We'd only had the car a week. Given the colour of the paint and height of the marks we felt it was a white van man. And of course they didn't report it and there isn't a barrier or CCTV in place.
Co-op deliveries next door at 6.00am in the morning.

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything, overlooking the river. Amy, the manager who gave us the keys, could not have been more friendly and helpful. She went over and above what she needed to do and let us access the property a few hours early as it had already been cleaned, which was so useful for us at the start of the holiday. Also because another apartment was not using their allotted parking space she offered this to us for our second car. We loved the service and the apartment so much we have booked it again for next year.

We liked the position and the view. Also the rooms were all a good size. We would definitely stay there again.
It was very good. The only negative is that there could gave been another settee or chairs in the lounge. We were fine as there was only 2 adults and 1 child staying.

No breakfast included
The bathroom would be better if there was a separate toilet. Somewhere to hang the towels would have been good as well

Large balcony with fantastic views of the river and riverside activities. Who needs television?!!!
Could have done with a small freezer in the kitchen and electric shaving socket in the bathroom

Location in the centre of Dartmouth on the embankment. View from balcony, lounge and main bedroom.
Slightly annoying if you want a lie in is the Coop store delivery next door about 6am but the beautiful river views compensated!!
