Chambre très petite, peu d’équipement de cuisine, porte de douche ne ferme pas et crée bcp d’eau sur le plancher, nettoyage bâclé.

Pas terrible

Nous avons aimé l’appartement pour le côté « luxe et moderne » seulement, et les équipements extérieurs (piscine, table de ping-pong). Notre appartement donnait vue sur la piscine qui était très agréable.

Les équipements dans l’appartement étaient la plupart défectueux. Le robinet de l’évier s’est cassé au bout de 4 jours (je pense qu’il n’a jamais été vraiment réparé), le bouton de la chasse d’eau ne marchait pas (nous avons appelé le technicien de l’hôtel, il l’a remis en 5 sec, et quand il est parti le bouton s’est à nouveau cassé), une de deux télécommandes de la TV ne marchait pas, nous avions une invasion de fourmis dans l’appartement qui était très très désagréable, nous avons attendus 2 jours sans nouvelles serviettes ce qui était agaçant.

Vannitoas ei olnud tualetitarbeid (olemas oli ainult juuste konditsoneer). Lisaks oli rätikuid vähem kui ööbijaid, seega pidime neid juurde küsima.

Nice apartment for party people - has the potential to be a 10

This building is newly renovated. The pool is nice as well as the garden. I stayed in a very large three-bedroom as a free upgrade. My booking was for a ground floor, and I received a fourth-floor unit, the view was nice of the surrounding neighborhood and the pool area. Staff was friendly and helped with an airport transfer. I was allowed an extended hour to stay due to the fact the magnetic key was not working and it would take an hour to have the battery replaced.

There was no blanket, I was offered another sheet. The apartment is higher end as far as stone flooring and very nice lighting, but the bathroom was not clean, and I had to retrieve my bath towels from reception. MY MENTION TO STAFF OF THE DIRTY mirrors and sink (with a picture of the missed dirt) was replied with - I looked at it and it was clean-. My booking offered a free bottle of water, not supplied. The nightclub right next to the apartment building partied until 5am. This is a perfect place to stay if you do not mind the music. The bed is very firm as well. The front door lock was not lockable with the deadbolt, only the hotel-style latch so I put a chair in front of it to secure it. I have seen this complaint on prior reviews, mine was apartment 16. The hotel states if you pay with Pesos, they tell you what they will make the conversion. Friday's rate was 17.2 they said they would make it 16.00. I paid with my credit card instead. Maintenance is required in this complex, hence the 7 rating.

No había habitación y me quedé sin hotel

Hablé para informar el horario de lo check in y me comentaron que no había habitaciones disponibles .. que booking hace reservaciones sin checar disponibilidad en el hotel. No me dieron ninguna alternativa.

Las toallas estaban sucias, la atención del recepcionista nocturno no era la más amable, el teléfono de comunicación con la recepción no servía, por dos días la señal de la televisión no funcionó.

El trato a una cliente como yo que vivió 2 meses y medio , y no le dejaron entrar el día de ayer , porque al gerente no le gustó que me hay quedado 20 min más en mi salida del día jueves y me querían cobrar late check out por 20 min , no se trata así un cliente Genius y todavía le alquile un coche de lujo durante 1 mes y lo tuve que cambiar por problemas mecánicos . El trato es el peor que he recibido en mis 20 años como cliente de Booking me gustaría que observen los comentarios nefastos que tienen . Gracias

The stay was delightful, with a perfectly sized and charming space, complemented by convenient amenities within walking

I appreciated the ideal size of the space for a 3 1/2 – not too big, not too small. The layout is both intriguing and easily manageable, exuding an overall charming quality. The convenience is outstanding, with appliances, restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, pools, shopping malls (like Las Americas), and entertainment all within walking distance. It's fantastic; you practically don't need a car unless you plan to venture beyond Cancun. The bus is easily accessible and safe, especially if you make yourself aware. I genuinely loved it and would undoubtedly return.

You can hear external sounds, but the room's sound system is so loud that it masks any outside noise. If you prefer a quiet environment for sleep, it might not be suitable unless you're a heavy sleeper. Weekends can be particularly noisy, but weekdays are generally quiet.

We slept well and enjoyed being able to have meals in the apartment. The location was perfect for us

the beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent. The apartment was clean.

I didn't know it was an AirBnB type of lodging. We had one towel per guest for the 4 night stay. No complimentary maid service. We had to ask for blankets. We could not have visitors without paying. Ameneties were sparse. When we checked in, we had to sign a document that we would pay for anything that needed extra cleaning, was broken, or missing. It made me very uncomfortable, so we opted to buy disposable plates and glasses to avoid using the ones provided.

Super Lage, sehr geräumige Zimmer (wir wurden auf das Deluxezimmer kostenlos upgegradet). Gute küchenausstattung, freundliche Rezeption, sehr sauber. Schöner Pool. Bus zu den Stränden und plaza Americana gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Great pool, but rooms and everything else is very deceiving

The pool area was very nice and clean, with many sunbeds.

The beds were the hardest thing we had to sleep on, ever. The noise on the weekends is absolutely terrifying and makes it impossible to sleep (there’s like 5-6 bars across the hotel that close at 5am). The staff was nice but just not present. On our first day, once we went up to the room, there was no water. My friends started to shower and was full of soap and the water stopped, impossible to call reception, there’s nobody there.

Overall comfortable but the steps are a problem when leaving out and no english television.

Location was perfect not bad. Very clean in hotel/ hotel rooms.

Each room had steps. This hotel did not have elevators to accommodate accessible or people unable to walk stairs. No extinction to call the front desk so when in need you have to go downstairs to ask for assistance. No english in tv channels and the staff weren't sure how to change the language so the entire stay so we basically had no television. Ants in kitchen area of hotel room.

Everything was good, in regards to facilities.

Especially it was something I didn't expect. I had forgotten two jackets in the wardrobe of this hotel, and even though I chatted and called to claim them, the staff told me "there was no report from the cleaners about it," so there was no much support from the hotel, and I have lost them.
