• This condo is located on the ground floor on the corner of Ocean Ave and 34th st. The 2nd and 3rd floors are not included and off limits.
• This condo has private entrance with two private patios (see photos) with exclusive use to my Unit #2.
• The only shared space with the other 3 units in the building is backyard gated area which includes the outdoor shower & trash area.
Other things to note
• Must be 25+ yrs old to book.
• All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 4 persons (not including under 2 yrs old) during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout. HOA Policy.
• Pet policy: Dogs only with restrictions. Must send a message disclosing dog breed and weight prior to booking the reservation. Must add dog(s) on reservation page prior to requesting to book which will add on a pet fee of $150. This fee is specifically for your dog(s) to allowed on the property and not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. All dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other animals other than dogs including emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions - (please find other accommodations). Dogs must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guests responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. No pets on furniture or additional cleaning charges will be charged. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately. Other unit owners may have dogs thus all dogs must be leashed at all times when on property for community safety & enjoyment. Dogs must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up, placed in bag and discarded in outside trash can. HOA Policy.
• No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $500 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas next to smoking outposts. HOA Policy.
• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises. HOA Policy.
• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a friendly warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises. HOA Policy.
• Prohibited from 2nd and 3rd floor areas. This area is not part of the downstairs unit #2. Outdoor security camera is present. HOA Policy.
• Early checkins and late checkouts when available and reserved are not guaranteed and will be refunded if unable to accomodate. When available, $25 for 2pm early checkin and 12pm late check out. Extended late check out please ask. Failure to check out on time may results in $50 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly listing fee originally paid.
• Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry. Any sand accidentally brought inside can be vacuumed immediately.
• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance. Review and fully understand cancellation policy prior to booking.
• Please understand this is a 4 unit multi-family vacation home, not a hotel. The HOA allows me to share my unit with you based on the specific rules listed above. Please respect all neighbors private areas to ensure communities use & enjoyment.

Owner-Andrew, quick response with communication. Andrew provided a list of restaurants and area attractions that was very helpful. Condo is steps from the beautiful beach. Spacious, clean condo. Condo is stocked with everything you may need from towels, blankets, cleaning products, laundry detergent, seasonings, salt, pepper to welcome snacks. Close to AC casinos. Can not ask for anything more, except when can we stay again:)

We loved Andrew's property. Neat, clean, easy check in. Great location. A short walk to the beach and just down the road are all amenities, shopping, and dining. We particularly loved the patio which faces the southwest.
Never been to Brigantine even though we live in NJ and was pleasantly surprised. Even better in the off season. Absolute peace and quiet. Highly recommend. Thanks Andrew for a lovely visit.

I had a pleasant stay at A Stones Throw. The property was clean and well-maintained, offering all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The views were lovely and added to the overall experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. My daughter and I were in the area for a bridal shower and instead of renting a hotel room we chose this property on VRBO. It is a lovely 'cottage' (one of only 4 units) in a house/duplex setting. Private parking, private interior, and entrance; just a shared outside shower. Very clean and modern inside with separate heat/air condition controls for the bedrooms and living space. Fully stocked kitchen. The best part? Extremely close to beach entrance. The owner was so nice and even left an assortment of 'welcome' snacks. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this lovely Brigantine condo for a February weekend. Although it was cold, we went to the AC indoor water park and enjoyed walking on the beach.

We came to area for Real Estate classes at convention center in Atlantic City. My husband and I chose to stay in Brigantine instead of Atlantic City.
The unit was very clean and nicely appointed. The owner returned our few calls within minutes. Centrally located. We could see trail to ocean across the street from the unit. Was in December so we didn’t use the beach passes.

This rental was so nice. It was only a block from the beach. There was a fenced side yard in which we could let our two small dogs out. Everything we needed was there. I would highly recommend this rental.

The property was perfect for a couple and our 2 small dogs. Beds and couch were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The only thing that is somewhat misleading is that “A Stone’s Throw” is not really that close to the beach. The path to the beach is “A Stone’s Throw” however it’s a very long path to reach the sand and the beach is quite wide in this area of Brigantine so another long walk to actually reach the ocean. We ended up driving to the other end of Brigantine where the ocean is easier to access.

This place was perfect for our small family for a weekend getaway! Extremely clean and had everything you could need and more. Proximity to the beach is great and host provides beach gear as well so you do not have to lug yours! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a great property to rent for a few days ~ easy access to beach & close to Atlantic City for the nightlife! My only issue would be darker window coverings in the master bedroom as it was rather bright at the crack of dawn but other than that... this place has everything you really need! I highly recommend!!

This is a very nice property that is well kept while providing much of what one needs while away from home. I can't tell you about what it's like in the summer months, but coming here the last days of April, it was perfectly and peacefully quiet. Exactly what was wanted. The beach is half a block from the property. Excellent location and plenty of food options if needed. Kitchen is very convenient if you are making your own meals which we did for half of them. We would stay here again.

It was very relaxing for My Husband, mother in law, my son, and my corgi. We all had an amazing time we all came with different reasons but certainly relaxation was a priority. My son, has cancer, and needed a way to get away for a little while and take his mind off of the stresses of this. We all just enjoyed spending time togother and being so close to the beach was a great asset.My dog loved running free on this beautiful beach that was honestly empty. We were the only people there. which makes it comfortable. My dog kobe really enjoyed this vacation most of all because he got to run free and see the ocean.

This was a perfect place to stay for our volleyball tournament this weekend. Only a 7 min drive to the Harrahs convention center. It was a well- stocked, clean and comfortable townhouse that worked great for our needs. Would definitely recommend and plan to book in the future.

Our first stay in Brigantine and now we're hooked. Andrews place is lovely, you "literally" don't have to bring anything. Anything you can think of is there. He even supplies bed linens and towels, which are extremely clean because I brought my own but didn't use them because I felt they were very sanitized. Andrew always answered my questions right away. Looking forward to next year. If I could give more then five stars I would!!
