One night accommodation

Very spacious apartment in the very center of town. The hosts very hospitable and answered all of our questions. Bit noisy, but we were told/warned about that beforehand by the host.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed. It makes screeching sound every time it's opened. Also, there should be a key at the bathroom door.

De locatie en de plek midden in het centrum

De Douchekop deed het vorig jaar al slecht maar nu spuit hij de hele badkamer nat!! Voor €5 haal je n nieuwe bij de Lidll. Aub vervangen en ook de verroeste afvalbak op de andere wc.

Οι χώροι παρα πολυ μεγάλοι και ανετοι Σαλονι και τραπεζαρια αριστοκρατικα. . Τα κρεβάτια άνετα.

Το κεντρικό μπάνιο δεν εχει καθρέφτη. Μετα το μπάνιο σου πρεπει να πας στο μικρό μπάνιο για να ξυριστεις η να χτενιστεις. Αν γυναικα θελει να στεγνώσει τα μαλια δεν μπορει. Μπριζες πουθενα. Ο κεντρικός καθρέφτης στο δωματιο είναι κομμενος με τσεκούρι κακ φαίνονται τα κομμάτια. Τα φωτα του δωματίου ειναι στο σαλόνι. Μπριζες δεν υπάρχουν στα δωμάτια. Στο μπάνιο ο διακόπτης για το φως κρεμεται. Η τηλεόραση παίζει δεν παίζει.

地理位置较好，离海边很近。步行可以抵达亚里士多德广场及海边。

这个房间的楼梯非常陡峭，对老人极其不友好！房间的设备损坏严重，尤其是两个房间的窗户都不能关闭，夜晚楼下的酒吧震耳欲聋，无法入睡！！！灯具损坏也很严重，很多灯都只能亮一半，房间灯光昏暗。

Very good location. Poor level of maintenance.

The location is perfect. The apartment was very clean.

We got the apartment at 16:45, although the check-in time is 15:00 (we informed the host that we will arrive on 15:00). The maintenance level of this apartment is poor: 30% of the lights in the apartment do not work, windows do not close properly, there is no handle for the oven, electrical wires are visible in the kitchen (safety hazard !!!). A lot of noise from the street during the night (probably, because the windows do not close properly).

Perfect location for walking Thessaloniki

A perfect location for walking and sightseeing without the resort / large hotel feeling. This location is in a neighborhood with downstairs bakeries and restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, large bedrooms, multiple sitting areas, and space to enjoy with a larger family.

Be aware that the windows do not seal well and lots of noise gets in from downstairs traffic and restaurants. As well, the curtains do not cover the windows completely, so an early summer sunrise floods the rooms with light. Some minor trim and decorative repairs would improve the quality.

We liked the location of the property. And availabilty of a second WC is a plus. But it seems to us that this is a property that selling mostly its location.

It would be better if there is - some soap in the bathroom - a kettle to make tea - some paper towel in the kitchenette - a curtain fully covering the window in the master bedroom. Otherwise you're exposed to direct sunlight in the morning and lack of privacy. - shampoo container in the shower which is "not fragile". Because during our stay, there was a glass container which had dropped down and broken into peaces. It was very dangererous for creating cuts. - discount aggreement on daily carparking with the nearby private parking Plateia

Unfortunately, due to the insane noise from the cafe/club downstairs, we couldn't really sleep at night.

The apartment was clean and very big, great location, everything is within walking distance. Great furniture and style.

The apartment is located on top of a bakery and a cafe, which turns into a club after 10pm. So in the morning it smells like grease. The windows are super old and there is no noise reduction, it's like you are sleeping in the street. One of the terrace windows/door do not fully close and there is a rock to keep them closed. The AC is leaking and drips all the time. After 10pm, the cafe downstairs turns up the music so much, it's insane! it's like sleeping in the middle of a club, super annoying! I was super close to calling the police to try and make them lower it. If I had been travelling with my son, this would have been an even bigger issue. No matter how convenient the apartment was as a location, I would not come again because of these issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Lavender apartment in Thessaloniki. The hosts were incredible, leaving the house in excellent condition and making sure we have everything we need prior to our arrival. The apartment is located in a beautiful part of the town, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance and in the city centre. It is very easy to get to from the airport and the main roads with the main bus station nearby. The apartment is incredibly spacious and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. It has fast internet connection and a useful smart tv if you wish to watch a film or tv show. Overall the place is incredibly cozy and very well suited for any traveller. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again!

Very central in the heart of the city, everything you need is just around the corner. Superclean apartment, excellent heating, warm and cozy ( especially in winter it’s usually a big problem ).Bedroom is very quiet, comfortable bed. The hospitality of the hosts was beyond words. They are amazing. I truly loved it. Can‘t wait to return there.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in a great location in the city center, in a street full of cafes and bars, a very lively neighborhood. The hosts were amazing! Tania even prepared a welcoming lunch for us, and her son was helping with translation in English. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, and if I go back to Thessaloniki I will definitely stay there again. :)

Like home

The apartment was super clear and has everything you would need. Tania was waiting for me at the entrance and she welcomed me very warmly. The location is excellent at the centre of the city - everything is really close. Tania even cooked me a delicious meal the days that I stayed. 100% recommend.

The best place to stay in Thessaloniki! Great location, the apartment has everything you might need and a well equipped kitchen. The communication with the host was perfect and she was so nice and friendly that she even cooked us a traditional meal and was constantly bringing us delicious food.

So nice we stayed twice

The place is very spacious for a couple and was equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredible. The host Tania and her son Chris are excellent hosts and really go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay.

Exciting stay in the heart of Thessaloniki

Tania is a very sweet host with a very warm and welcoming attitude. The apartment is in a very happening part of the city and the location really can't be beat.

Lack of natural light in the bedroom and no place for a female to get ready. The bathroom sink is very tiny. These are VERY minor things and were not a big problem at all. Communication with Tania in English is sometimes difficult.

Best hosts in Thessaloniki

Absolutely loved our stay in this apartment. The highlight was the host, Tanya, who allowed very early check in and welcomed us with some local snacks and homemade Greek coffee. There was also fruit and juice in the fridge. And if that's not enough, we than got to try also lunch which she prepared. The flat has perfect position to visit whole city without having to take the public transport. It is very comfy and perfect for a couple. Everything was clean and we felt at home. Grateful to both Tanya and her son for such a warm welcome. We would definitely come back!

Nothing I didn't like. I can only suggest to maybe add a fan in the bedroom.

Comfortable apartment and lovely host

The host was an extremely lovely lady with her son, who did all the translating for her. When we arrived, she had a welcome basket prepared with homemade greek salad, Halva, fruits and wine. She was very caring and did everything to make the stay comfortable. The next day she even brought a bit of dinner for us. The apartment was completely new furnished, renovated and very clean. The location is close to all the main attractions and surrounded by the bar area. Totally recommend staying there!

The bedroom is located to the backyard, so there is no direct daylight. But it didn't bother us, as it is supposed for sleeping. The living room is directed to the front of the house and has windows to get light
