Williamson Family Condo II is recently remodeled and located in Lighthouse Cove on Lake Delton in the heart of the Dells. Enjoy beach access, in & outdoor pools w/ hot tubs, and convenient parking. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of this condo. This condo is great for a couples or families. Let the older kids wander to and from Noah's Ark or go fishing at the lake while you take a much-deserved time out. Inquire about using our boat slip.
Perfectly situated near the outdoor pool and super close parking. A 1 -2 minute walk to the beach or indoor pool. The condo has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for year round enjoyment. In the summer you are just steps away from the private beach and you can fish from the docks. If you are bringing your boat, there is ample secure parking for your boat & trailer and a boat slip at no charge (ask about availability). Noah's Ark waterpark is a 5 minute (1/4 mile) walk so you can avoid paying for parking there and comfortably return to your own condo for lunch mid-day.

Lighthouse Cove is comprised of few rentals and mostly owner residents so the neighborhood tends to be quieter than some of the others that are primarily renters.
You can park right outside the front door and walk in using a small flight of stairs or you can park in the back to avoid stairs all together.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners
Association Rules:
• Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay
overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole
responsibility of Guest.
• Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to
4 persons.
• Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in
which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for
residents.
• Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
• Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep
noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the
whirlpool tub.
• Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool
areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in
pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are
reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim
diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on-
property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony.
• Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas.
Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over
the railings.
• Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any
accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its
facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss
of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this
reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to
the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from
their use of the premises or its facilities.
• Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper
• Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife
• Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in
the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one
by the grills.
• Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while
on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times.
• Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only
use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that
may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may
not be kept in #32 overnight.

This place was perfect for the 4 of us. The rollaway beds were extremely helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was an easy walk to Noah's Ark waterpark and an easy drive to anywhere else in the area. Christopher provided all the basics needed for a comfortable stay and was clear in the descriptions about what was not provided. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing.

It was a great family getaway. The kids did great on the cots provided and it’s way more room than a hotel. Great to have a kitchen and access to the pools and beach. None of which were crowded.

We loved our stay at this condo. Check in was a breeze as door code was provided via email. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The bed was comfortable & the fold away twin beds were convenient for the kids!
We would definitely look to stay here again.

We were in the Dells for a girls night getaway. The condo was extremely clean, and very nice. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the quiet neighborhood. Thank you for a great stay! We will stay again.

There is clearly inadequate noise deadening between the first abd second floor. This cant be overlooked. Otherwise, well done

Our stay was terrific! The pictures and description of the home were spot on! The location was perfect as we spent most of our weekend in Downtown Dells. The owner was in contact before and after our stay which was nice. Overall, our stay was great, and we highly recommend it.

Cons: outside pool was closed. Inside pool was across the street in another building. Not a big deal but it would’ve been nice to be closer. Overall we loved the unit! Thank you!

The unit was easy to enter and depart with door keypad. The remodel is nice and everything you need to cook was on hand. Close to the Dells, shopping and beauty.

We had a great time relxing, everything was easy to access, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset down by the beach. The shower is amazing totally worth it. Also owner was easy to contact.

We have stayed at Christophers place a few times and each time we have enjoyed it. It’s in a great location to do all the things the dells offers. Thanks again for letting us stay.

The property was in good order and the location was good. A couple of things that did bother us was was the limited coffee cups and wine glasses. 4 each would have been nice. We found out quickly why there was a white noise machine in the bedroom. The upstairs neighbors exercise/tromping/treadmill routine started at 11pm and sometimes lasted until 2am. Future guest really should be warned. It was a real nuisance. For that reason I cannot recommend this unit to anyone.

Excellent location and close to everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. the host provided documents with tons of information about the property which made our stay easy. We’re sticklers for a bug free place and I’m pleased to say we didn’t see a single bug inside our entire stay and the mattresses even had zippered mattress protectors, which you don’t see often!

We didn’t get to the property until real late the first night. It was very hard to find. Had no idea 505 was on the left side and facing the road. It took some time to find it. Also the listing says “park in the back and there’s some stairs or park right in the front to avoid stairs all together”. No, either place you park there is one set of stairs you have to go down. We were looking everywhere for no stairs. Also you don’t park right out front it’s to the left side of the door. There’s also a “no parking”sign there and we had to check with the host before parking as we didn’t want to get towed. That’s very misleading! But Chris answered back fast letting me know it was ok to park there. The place is small but nice. Tv in living room is nice with a beautiful electric fireplace that I loved! always kept it on the blue lights! The kitchen was decent for all we needed. The bathroom was amazing. So big and three showerheads are just never enough! Lol. Loved the defrosting mirror too. Just wish there wasn’t as much left over hair in the bathroom. Every where on the sink we were picking up other peoples hair. It was on the wall in the shower too. But at least it was clean other than the hair. The back bedroom was fine for all we needed. It does smell old or like musty in the back room though. But they offer a sound machine and we used ocean summer night and rainforest! Nice stay. We were only a 4 minute walk to Noah’s ark and it was so nice to not have to pay to park.!

If you have expectations about sleeping in forget it, neighbor above sounded like they were gonna come thru the ceiling. Unit is very dark only two windows in whole unit. You need to hire better cleaning service, food wrappers and cobwebs in whole unit. With that being said we had a problem with shower drain and they were right there to fix it! Just being honest!

Central location to all the dells have to offer. We were in the pool everyday. When we come back to the dells we will be looking for this listing. Only negative is there is no laundry in the unit.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. It really felt close to being at home. The bathroom has probably the best shower I’ve used, the bed was very comfortable and a T.V. in every room, muah! It was perfect if you’re the kind of person that likes to be close to the action but not in the middle of it. The suggestions on what was best to see was perfect. Nothing was too far away. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

My Fiancé and I stayed here for 4 days. We had a wonderful time. The property is very nice and the location allows for a short drive just about anywhere around the Dells. We greatly enjoyed the time we spent here.

Everything was smooth and easy, with the property having a keypad entry we never had to worry about holding on to a key and getting locked out. Place was very nice and clean. The only thing we had trouble with was figuring out what light switch did what! Comfortable large bed and surprisingly nice shower that exceeded expectations. Would stay again

If coming at night, try to figure out it’s exact location before arriving as it was a little confusing for me when I arrived at night. Can hear upstairs neighbors walking - so keep in mind if sound sensitive. Clean, tasteful decor, no problems. Would rent again.
