Beautiful, spacious single level home boasts a screened in heated salt-water pool and over-sized covered patio, complete with full-size outdoor cabana bathroom, gas grill and pass through window counter to kitchen for outside dining in a private backyard. This house is on a corner lot, with lush backyard grounds that have banana, lime and mango trees growing. When the wind blows, the smell of salt is in the air from nearby Jensen Beach! Minutes away from Jensen Beach Causeway and Hutchinson Island. Nearby Downtown Jensen Beach and Historic Downtown Stuart with many shoppes and restaurants.

The property was mowed and looked wonderful. The house was clean. The pool was great my grandbaby played from Friday when they got there till we left so if you are looking to enjoy your family this is the house for you and thank you

Do not rent this property unless you want to swim in a pool filled with algae. Also, the pool heater does not work and the water does not circulate due to a pump not working. The pool deck and screen framework are filthy. The frame of the screen enclosure is covered in algae. There are two lounge chairs, one has a rusted through arm. We kept it covered so we didn’t cut our arm and need a tetanus shot. There are two other plastic chairs that were cracked. We went out and bought four beach chairs so everyone (there were 6 of us) could lounge around the pool that we never entered. There were weeds growing in the track of the hurricane shutters that we had to walk around. Most of the banana trees of “Banana tree casa” as well as other shrubs were dead or dying. They looked alive and healthy in the online photos Landscape lights along the front walkway were not working and lying in the sand. Two non master bedrooms do not have a dresser, so live out of a suitcase or hang you underwater in the closet. The TV streams every few seconds, no matter what you’re watching. Photos online were staged, so all decorations were not there. Many items in the garage had to be moved in order to get one car parked. The jets in the master bathroom tub are disconnected for use. The entire house outside needs painting due to peeling paint all around. There are religious wall hangings throughout (The Last Supper) in the dining room for one. And with all of these problems, VRBO did nothing for us.

We had a nice time with friends and met our other friends that were staying in Fort Pierce which wasn't too far away. Jensen Beach is not far we went there lots of restaurants and weather got warmer only one rainy day but we had a nice salt water pool which was great

Had a wonder time staying at this property. It was very clean and had all the amenities. The heated pool is large and kept very clean and Travis who manages the property was wonderful and helpful with any issues that came up. He is also has a wealth of information about the area. The house is located in a residential area not far from downtown PSL, Jensen beach and Fort Pierce as well several golf courses. We would stay here again.

The home is clean and in good condition. The first impression I had was worrisome because the blinds hanging on the front bay windows were broken and hanging askew. This was not helped by the fact that the neighbor across the street on SE Robin Cir was also playing hip hop music at excessive volume the whole afternoon while he did yard and house work outside. After 24 hrs and as I settled into the house, that first impressions has been reformed.

Great house
One of the best houses ever. The house is very clean and has everything we need. We felt right at home from the minute we got there. Travis made the effort to come and replace the gas tank during our bbq when we had some issues replacing it ourselves. Overall it was great stay and we felt very comfortable and accommodated.

Quiet neighborhood! Easy to get around!
Our first time in the Port St Lucie area! We loved it and will be back! We had an issue with the pool and Travis promised to take care of and he did! The house it self was clean, but needed some updating! There are no current decorations on the walls! The kitchen had new appliances, but the dishes and silverware were a mess! All 3 beds need to be replaced! Very uncomfortable!
No issues with the management company, just the owners of the house need to paint and update!

Family Christmas vacation
The property was described almost perfectly. The pool was fabulous, and the kitchen/living area was well furnished, (maybe a little worn). The bedroom TVs were not particularly useful without cable. And the beds were less than comfortable - and noisy. I would recommend upgrading the beds in all bedrooms. But otherwise, it was an awesome place to stay. We would definitely book again.

Well equipped home away from home
House was clean and well stocked with essentials making it really feel like a home away from home. Check in was easy and directions for using various appliances and electronics around the house was much appreciated. Over all good experience and would stay here again if we visit the area again.

We stayed here in early April. The house was spotless, and well-kept, and has a nicely spacious open floor plan. The pool is very nice and is also well maintained, and I love the salt water compared to chlorine systems. We didn't need the pool heater because we like the water a bit cool, but I checked it out and it's very easy to operate - just like an HVAC thermostat. Management was very responsive to questions both by email and text and made the whole thing very easy and no-worry. Getting to the beaches on Hutchinson Island was an easy 15 minute drive and we really liked the beaches there - unlike some barrier islands where the beach is 100 or even 300 yards from where you park, these are just a 20 foot boardwalk over the scrub and you're there. So you don't have to plan out an entire daytrip to go to the beach - just go on a whim with a towel and some sandals (and, oh - don't forget the sunscreen).There are two Publix groceries within 10 minutes of the house and numerous restaurants within the same distance. I was out and about at various times of day all week and traffic was never bad, even going over the causeways to the island.In case you can't tell, we really enjoyed our stay. :-)

Relaxing Getaway
This property was everything you could hope for. Travis and Karin were extremely considerate and helpful during our entire stay. The pool was fabulous and the location was within 15 minutes of everything- beaches, shopping, resturants, even the hospital, everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was safe and people were friendly. Absloutely worth staying at! Can't help but wish we could've stayed even longer.

STOP! ! ! Search no more ,save yourself some time. If you are looking for a SUPER spot, you've found it. This property is VERY clean and ALL beds are comfortable. The large POOL is... Heated pool made the week!
This was a beautifully landscaped property with a beautiful heated salt water pool. The TV reception was lacking but the kids used netflix. Tub jets disconnected, but pool more than made up for this. Host was great.

Great Stay
My family and I enjoyed communicating with the property's manager, Travis. Travis ensured that my family enjoyed our stay and resolved any issues that arose. I should mention that the only "issue" the property had was the clothing dryer going out on the second night of our stay. Travis quickly responded to my messages and arrived promptly at the property to resolve the issue. Travis had the clothing dryer situation resolved quickly without and issues. Furthermore, Travis was able to recommended local restaurants and activity's that my family really enjoyed.
The property itself is very spacious and nice. It is a beautiful home in a nice location. The screened-in + heated salt water pool was amazing during the nights. We truly enjoyed being able to use the heated pool without paying an additional charge. This was one of the motivating factors when we decided to book this property over the others. For the price being paid, I was reluctant to book any property which charged an upcharge for using the heated pool.
My family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay at the Banana Tree Casa.

Beautiful property
There was plenty of room for our party. We don’t drink coffee, but we had everything we would have needed to make coffee. The kitchen is well for your cooking needs. The pool is amazing. It can be heated, but that wasn’t needed. Travis was quick to answer any questions we had, and Karin called to check on us while we were there. The next time I come to the area, we will certainly choose this house!
