Perfect place for privacy & quiet. Was in town for business & this was the perfect place to come back to every evening to relax. I felt very safe & even though it was street parking, there was always places available right near the house. Cedric was a lovely host and his dogs were just precious!

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. There was no issues checking in or with the unit and it is centrally located right in the middle of Burbank making it easily accessible. Added bonus for me is that I could walk to my work meetings! I would definitely recommend this unit and will try and stay here again next time I need to be in Burbank.

My top 3 priorities when selecting a property is Location, King size bed & coffee. The location was great, rental size suited us fine & dogs were friendly. Our first morning, Friday, I went to make coffee with the Keurig but only found 2 K-cups. My partner & I drink 2 cups each morning. It was 7 am so I texted the Host, who is on the property, asking for more. At around 8 am I could tell that the host was up so I went around to the front door and was able to get a few more K-cups from the housekeeper, just enough for Saturday morning, but none for our last day Sunday. When I got back to the rental, I saw that the host had replied to my text. He said: Yes, there are only 2 pods after that it's the guest responsibility. I can understand not supplying coffee to a long-term renter but a couple in for the weekend? To obtain more K-cups I would have had to hire a Lyft to get to the nearest store, .7 miles away, purchase a 10 pack, (I only needed 4) return plus tip. The total would have been $22. I have never in all my VRBO travels been rationed coffee. The property listed a coffee maker but made no mention of 1 cup of coffee per guest for the entire weekend.

Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Everything listed is very accurate. This place was the closest to everything that I was visiting and it is a lovely neighborhood. The Wi-Fi is wonderful and super easy to connect to. All the necessities were given and very clean! Parking is definitely not an issue as long as you follow the parking instructions given. The two little doggies were very friendly and cute. I would recommend this place if you’re wanting to feel at home and not confined to a hotel room.

This guest house is exactly as described and suited our needs very well. We recommend it without hesitation. We're not very computer savvy and had difficulty connecting to WiFi. Cedric explained how to navigate VRBO's app and says he will create a hard copy of his contact information and the WiFi log-in and password to leave in the unit for future guests.

Great location and fairly close to a variety of stores. With being in an unfamiliar area, I especially appreciated that the guest house was located in a safe and secure part of the property. Highly recommended.

My main concern and why I stay in rental houses instead of hotels is because of severe insomnia and that was palliated by the quiet of the host's servant's house. There was an issue with my leaving a space heater there and though I texted him as soon as I realized it, 6am the next morning, and he was very cooperative, his subsequent guest was unavailable and it was either leave the thing there and be out $100 or go in and get it without either of the host's nor the guest's permission. Cedrick was upset about this I know and I'm sorry for my carelessness and all but it was aggravated by my insomnia and lack of mobility in that very hard to get around LA Freeway town!

The layout of the property is deceiving looking at posted picture on Vrbo. There's not enough room to move around in the living room. The TV location is in the bedroom which is very uncomfortable if you care to watch a show. The vanity mirror is in the way when you try to wash your face. The place is only good if you want to spend the night but not to hang out. Coffee maker quit working the next day and was never replaced for the rest of our stay after I notified the owner. Who ever wants to stay on this place please make sure you are aware of the time that you can't park on both side of the street. I got a ticket for parking on the day & time of street cleaning. The owners' dogs were friendly but you have to watch out where you step as they love to poop in front of the door.

Quiet and lovely neighborhood and accommodations were as advertised. The only negative was maneuvering the gate to get to the back ADU with no lights and no lights at the front door so I had to use my phone flashlight. Dogs are charming and very friendly.

Me and my partner had a great stay the last couple days! The place was great, we enjoyed the cleanliness and the access to washer/dryer, full kitchen, and the smart thermostat made it so the temperature was perfect. The hair was quick to respond to any concerns and even let me know about parking rules, saving us from a ticket! Bottom line great place stay here!

Easy check in instructions. Place was clean and adequately stocked. Cedric was very responsive. You are staying behind a main house with occupants which seemed awkward but they probably deal with guests all the time. Plenty of open street parking.

This Burbank location is close to Disney studios and walking distance to nearby restaurants. Lovely neighborhood with easy on street parking. Our hosts were very private, their two small dogs greeting us whenever out and we were passing by. An enjoyable stay .

Upon arrival space was 89 degrees. There was unavoidable dog poop by the entrance gate that smelled with flys swarming. Shower dispenser leaked a continuous large amount of conditioner onto the floor of the shower creating a slippery, unsafe condition in the shower. Owner sent lots of texts on how to save energy and to turn off thermostat when you leave. Also required trash to be taken out and dishes to be washed when leaving. Sponge was old, and smelled badly of mold. Had to was hands several times to get mold smell off my hands If you’re going to ask dishes washed provide a new sponge every time. I am a frequent user of VRBO. This was a very bizarre and micromanaged situation with dog poop, a slippery shower, and smelly sponge. I won’t be back.

We were in Burbank to celebrate our soon to be granddaughter. The location was perfect in a very pretty neighborhood. We had a flight from hell and didn’t arrive until the middle of the night. It was easy to get into the guest house and we were happy to see the house was exactly as described and had everything we needed.

Cedric's place was comfortable, well-equipped, and quiet! The washer and dryer are really nice to have, and the AC was a godsend during the hot summer day I stayed over. Instructions to check-in were easy. An extremely nice space!

We loved staying in this cottage! I got to come back, after showing my horses, to a peaceful, quiet and well appointed cottage. My husband worked remotely from the cottage every day and felt very comfortable doing so. We would definitely be back!!

Extremely comfortable, had super friendly dogs, the lock box was a bit tough doing with longer nails lol, way more spacious than I originally imagined and perfect for 2. Maybe add a mixing bowl or 2 in case there are guests that cook like me. I couldn’t find a hamper or trash bags so sadly I couldn’t replace the bags or put the used towels somewhere good other than the bed. Other than that 5 out of 5! I highly recommend renting!

This was such a sweet place to stay, with a lemon tree right outside the front door. It was very comfortable, with everything that I needed! Its location was perfect, and Cedric was a fabulous host. He was very responsive to every message and extremely helpful.

The hosts of this property were very helpful. We enjoyed the ease of accessing the property and the location being very close to Warner Bros and Disney studios where we had made arrangements to tour the studio and see our relatives. Thanks Cedric.
