The place and the environment is awesome.

Communication about security , access control was difficult without being updated. We had to run around the whole place looking for help instead of getting informed by the host. Security photo system was down, QR code expires without our knowledge and we only find out about these issues when we need to go out.

We had a great time and would love to visit again soon.

Beautiful place

The iron didn't work and the tv kept on asking for login details as if someone somewhere else was trying to access Google/YouTube.

Uncomfortable stay but lifestyle centre was mostly great

Lifestyle centre and spa was peaceful

Dirty and smelly couch and cushions which made the whole apartment have an unpleasant odour. Cheap linen. No basics: no milk, water, hand soap nor lotion. On site restaurant service was very poor. No one greeted us, menus took long to arrive, no drinks offered, long waiting time and when waitress eventually arrived, she did not greet us - just stood in front of us to take order. We eventually left

My stay was comfortable and truly felt like home.

The property is clean, well maintained and aesthetically pleasing.

The bedroom curtains should be black out, the sun and night lights easily shines through the curtains which makes it difficult to sleep.

Easy self check in and out. Privacy is awesome

The cleaners put deo blocks in every cabinet and every wardrobe, the smell was so overwhelming and when I looked for them I found all the top shelves dirty. Also the Detergent dispenser of the washing machine was disgusting

I love how cozy and quite the apartment was

It is a mission to get in there , got lost try to find my apartment 3 time, it's was too much excise for me to just go sleep. I understand it's for security perposes but no hey that's a lot of work, also the apartment had cockroaches😭😭 the place is beautiful and quiet but make it easy for us to find our way and the key

Construction at the lagoon. It's too noisy and a bit risky to be walking around scaffolds.
