About this house rental
This is the perfect home to serve as base for all of your Northern Arizona activities. Guests can walk to the Rim Trail which is perfect for easy hiking, biking, walking and running. You can walk to downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shops unique to Page. Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas are a 10 minute drive to paddleboard, kayak, boat or play in Lake Powell. Minutes from Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. 2 - 2-1/2 hour drive to Grand Canyon, Zion National Park or Monument Valley.
After a day spent sightseeing, adventuring or playing on the lake, our home is perfect to come home to and relax, enjoy making dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the patio BBQ, kick back on the comfortable sofas and chairs to stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV equipped with the Amazon Fire Stick or sit out on the patio and bird watch.
The common area is a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas combined for easy social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped.
When you are ready for bed, settle into the master bedroom's king-sized bed with new linens. The en-suite master has a semi-private double vanity and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds with new linens. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. Also available is a pack-n-play for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick.
Amenities include fully-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar; gas BBQ grill with utensils; in home full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent; complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash; 4 flat-screen TV's equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks; free high-speed Wifi; linens, towels, central air conditioning and heat; free parking with extra space to park your boat and more!

- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including using the WIFI for those purposes.
Pet Policy:
- Up to two pets are allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.
- Pets may not be left unattended at any time unless crated.

Just my kids my husband and I … with 2 small puppies… the backyard was amazing . The house was the perfect size for us . The house was so clean as well. I would definitely recommend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this very clean and cozy home. Restaurants and Safeway grocery store are a few minutes down the road. Glen Canyon Dam is 2 miles away, a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Ideal location to visit Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and other nearby attractions. We made some unforgettable memories. Highly recommend it.

This house was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. It was located very conveniently for Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope canyon and much more. It is within walking distance of a beautiful park with stunning views and a few restaurants.

Property is a 3 bedroom Ranch. Host provided everything in home and more. Was super clean and 5 minute walk from Lake Powell Rim Trail. Great for people with Pets and the views are fantastic. Everything else on Lake Powell is within 10 minutes and Host provided all the Links to sightseeing you would ever want.

We were a family of 5 adults and this 3 bedroom house was perfect for us! It was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We loved relaxing on the huge, covered back porch. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to many restaurants and services in Page. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The owner of this home has seen to it that maintenance is kept to a high standard. Home was exceptionally clean and everything you could possibly need was available. Backyard is fabulous for dogs and relaxing for adults. Rooms were good size. Furniture was comfortable. Location was perfect for all the tourist spots in Page. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location to Lake Powell, Antelope Canyons, both north and south rims of the Grand Canyon. Property was quite and just enought for three adults and 1 child. Master Suite had sky lights which made the day start very early. Great backyard.

Our family of 5 stayed four nights at this house! It was perfect for us. The manager was very prompt with responding back to us when I had a question. The location was perfect-easy to get to all our Page vacation destinations. The owners left an informative binder with hike information, sight seeing locations, and good places to eat in town. We loved Page and this house was perfect for us! Very clean, comfortable, and convenient!

The property was VERY centrally located for everything we did. It was easy to find, great view, was a great house, was very clean, updated, and efficient, Great backyard. We had everything we needed and it was very comfy. We had two teenagers with us and they loved their rooms. The host was easy to reach and very easy to deal with. Check-in and out were super easy. I would highly recommend this property there were 4 of us but 6 would be just as comfortable in this beautiful home.

This place has everything you need for a family vacation, lots of space, clean & comfortable. Our dog loved to play in the backyard. Close proximity to restaurants and stores. Lots of things to see and do around Page.

This is a great base for activities in Page area. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the stack of board games - weather was too cold for evenings out so we hunkered down with a game. Kitchen very well equipped - all the gadgets, pans, utensils you could need. Master suite is huge (loved the skylights for stargazing!). All beds very comfortable. Kitchen diner and lounge good size and plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the house and the backyard. However, the road is busy which makes it inconvenient to park your boat because you have to back your boat in the driveway, there is no other place to park it, and we had to unhook the boat nightly due to a small driveway.

Wonderful house!
Very well appointed house, it has all you need, really well maintained. The garden is particularly beautiful, ful of birds, including hummingbirds, and gecko also visit it. There is view of the cliffs from the front. Horse bend, Glenn canyon and lake Powell a stone throw away. Highly recommended.

We had the most incredible stay here. My husband and I were in Page with our 2 dogs and this place had it all.
House layout was great with large rooms and equipped with everything you could need. But the garden oasis they have created is what really made it special. It was great to sit out back after days of adventure in the desert and enjoy the patio, yard, and flowers. Our dogs loved it too.
The location is also fabulous - a quick drive to any major destinations and you can also walk to restaurants in the area.
Tanzia was wonderful to communicate with and made our stay nice and easy.

This house was perfect for the two of us and our dogs. The back yard was private with a great lawn and wonderful birds. Great restaurants were super close. We did jet skiing, and three tours, all of which were super close. This location is fantastic and the host was super responsive. We will be back!
