Plenty of room and rooms. Plenty of parking. Kitchen fully equipped. Great pool, outdoor eating and grilling area.
Steep stair case to second floor, but we didn’t mind.
Location works just fine.

We had a great family trip but were disappointed in the home. There was one minor inaccuracy in the listing as it stated there was a swingset, when in fact it was a tire swing. The kids loved it so it is not an issue but it was noted. The biggest issue is the terrible, musty smell that is present throughout the entire bottom floor of the home. It seems to be coming from the basement which is clean but not properly ventilated. This smell caused an issue for all of us. It is immediately noticeable when entering the home and caused our clothes to feel damp. The garbage disposal did not work but that was addressed by the property manager in a timely manner. The main level felt quite warm even with the air running. The furnishings were all very old and mismatched. The home was dimly lit. There were no pool towels. There were no beach passes. The owners had random personal items around (like nail clippers and invoices). Overall, the house was a good size and decent layout for us and the beds were comfortable. But for the price we paid to rent it, we expected the home to be in a much better condition, especially the smell, and for it to have a sufficient amount of towels for the pool. If the owners are interested in selling the home to a family who will renovate and care for it, please let us know as we are interested in purchasing a vacation home in the area.

The house and yard itself were gorgeous. It appeared to be clean enough when we arrived, however a lot was lacking. For the price I would have expected it to be much cleaner, and a little more thought put in to the set of things, especially the kitchen (indoor and outdoor)

Great house and location
Great house and location for a Narragansett getaway. House was well equipped, nicely maintained, and deceptively large, plenty of space for a family.
