Close to the arena but in a old council estate and house old unkempt.

The bathroom and one of the bedrooms were decent

So many things falling apart and cleanliness was shocking the amount of cobwebs about like the cleaner could not even be bothered to dust up. The entry way vegetation over grown and really dirty. Living Room and kitchen were so old. The pictures from the booking were strategically taken, not as per what I found. Old and stained sauce pans, hob not cleaned well and damp smell down stairs and cold house. Stairwell carpet really old torn up and no effort in cleaning it well.

Would not recommend staying here to anybody. False advertising on the photos provided, the house is filthy, dangerous and not fit for purpose. The boiler was leaking in the bathroom near the electrics, messaged the host who said he was coming the next day nothing else said on the matter. Hole in the roof of the kitchen, mould in the bathroom, the bedding had not been changed, the full house smelt of weed. Myself and my family have come home Ill. The privet outside was over grown, very dangerous getting into the property. How this is even allowed on booking.com I don’t know, would not recommend.

Not like the photos but somewhere easy to stay

Easy check in using a keysafe

The place had not been well cleaned or looked after before we checked in. The bins were full and dust in kitchen. There is a lot of mould and paint peeling off the walls in places.

Disgusted n feel shortvchanged.

Nothing that i liked.

Property is located in a slump. Poorly maintained. Safety hazard esp for seniors. Got to climb 4 flights of v narrow and steep stairs to reach bedroom. Bathroom slippery n dangerous. Access to property is like a military obstacle course. Suggest Booking.com disassociate with this property.

Ideal for short family stay, all the basics are provided and everything works.

Everything was there for a short family stay, good WiFi and TV provided, everything was clean and functional.

Needing to park half a block away is a minor annoyance, kitchen could do with a refurb but everything works.

Booking.Com should require the owner to repay the money or strike them off the list.

The area was as expected; an old, working class residential part of Leeds.

The house was filthy, inadequately equipped and the information lied. No toaster. No kettle. filthy, smelly. Yes it was cheap but one does not expect that therefore it will have a lack of seating, no decent cooking pans, or cutlery, or china, or for that the cupboards to be filthy. Even the picture of the bedroom was a lie. It did not look like the picture. A cleaning charge was part of the cost. This is a bad joke! In our opinion Booking.com should not be handling this kind of property however cheap it may be. The owner was willing to go out and buy the equipment it should have had but the smell was nauseating and we decided to leave, which we did in a hurry and left a picnic box behind in our haste to get out. We had to book a hotel in order to have somewhere to stay and to enable us too have the few days holiday we had planned to spend with friends.

The property is a good size for groups. Check in was easy, close to the city centre.

The property needs refurbishing and wasn’t clean, quite damp and the area is very run down.

Good value for money, great host

Good value for money. Host was great, good communication, friendly. Arranged a parking permit for us to park right outside the house. House is small, but furniture is new and comfortable. New kitchen units and new bathroom suite. The house is not in the best area of Leeds but we did not feel uncomfortable. 10 minutes from Roundhay Park where our event was located

Unfortunately for us the house next door were not quiet, 2 parties in 2 days meant little sleep.

Host was very easy to reach. Key safe was easy access. This was my second time here. Lovely house.

The beds were amazing and so was the living room.

Next time add central heating as it was very cold for us. The door handles were stiff so needs some easing up.
