Zu teuer für die Ausstattung

Die Nähe zur Seilbahn

Kochen eigentlich nicht möglich. Zwei kleine Stieltöpfe (Kasserollen) in denen konnte man keine Spaghetti oder andere Nudeln für vier Personen machen. Keine Dunstabzugshaube. Zwei kleine Kochplatten wie in einer Teeküche. Küchenausstattung schlecht. Alles für vier Personen abgezählt. Vier Gabel, vier Messer etc.. Küchentisch, einzige gemeinsame Sitzgelegenheitet, sehr klein für vier Erwachsene.

Perfect Location, right in the thick of town and you can fall out of bed onto the Penken lift!

The company called me and our apartment was ready early so we could check in if we wanted and they gave full and accurate details on how to get into the property. As it is spread over 2 buildings this might have been confusing but the instructions were perfect on how to get to the right apartment and it was obvious where we needed to go.

The only thing I think could be improved is the addition of a second toilet in the Bath room as it's massive and seems a waste to not have 2 in there. It would also have been useful to have a clothes airer (again maybe in the bathroom as so much space) to help dry wet ski clothes off with.

The apartment has all the facilities in order to feel like at home.

The rumorous young ones in the street late in the night.

Pleasant

Very good location, but very basic accommodation. Parking is quite far away and it was full one day. If you aren't looking for anything special, just a bed to sleep that is a good choice as the location is perfect.

Spacious and cozy. Central location close to everything.

No air condition, very warm nights. Had to keep windows open all the time and then you could clearly hear all noise from the main street.

The area and location and the view from our balcony.

I was not too happy where I had to park my motorbike. It was a long way from the apartment, but it was ok and no one had touched it for the 2 days it was parked.

never met a worse landlord than this one

parking not on site the landlord did not give us safe code to get into the apartment even after we arrived at check in time. We called him. no one answered. we called several times using international phone call fees. after one hour later than check in time, he finally picked up the call. He did not even apologized for keeping us waiting in front of the door for one hour. Very very bad landlord. and he threatened to hold the deposit with every minor reminds. If he is so afraid of tenants, he might just keep the apartment to himself instead of renting it out

It was a great vacation for us. However, during the period we stayed here, it was too crowded.

The location is perfect.

If we would knew the requests imposed on us we would never have booked it ! Never again!

Indeed, only 4 minutes to the Penkenbahn. It was clean and well heated.

Only after the not-refundable booking we found out the tough rules, regulations and requests imposed by the owners, all in a sequence of weekly e-mails which came all as a nasty surprise, i.e. vacuum cleaning the apartment, arranging all the dishes back into the cupboards, etc, all with warning of strong penalties if we failed to comply. I've felt like pushed in back in Army times having to obey roules and exaggerated requests under threat of repercussions if failed, such as 40 Eur for looking up the safe, 100 Eur for letting the key in the POST box !, etc.. There was no toilet paper, no extra blankets or pillows, the furniture was merely spartan, the towels really aged and some nasty odour could be felt raising up from the toilet basin due to faulty siphon. The apartment on the main street was so noisy until 1-2 every night due to drunken yelling people. Smelly and poorly furnished kitchen with only the basic stuff, no dish washing machine and we could smell everything the neighbours would cook due a common evacuation duct above the cooking hood. Skiraum without any fresh air intake - if unlucky to be the first in the morning to open the door we were struck by terrible stink. For all the money we paid what we finally got was a poorly furnished apartment with tough rules to obey and no direct contact whatsoever with the ones supposed to friendly receive some guests. Very expensive yet disappointing experience.

Perfect location, very poor service

Location was perfect.

A lot of money for a sober appartement. The mails we recieved before like digital check-in are not friendly. I stay in Austria for about 50 years and never approuched with penalty’s. Also how to leave the appartement. Again threatening with penalty’s. And the kitchen did not have enough equipment. To cook is actually quit impossible.

Almost perfect.

Location is awsome, basic facilities were enough, apartment was very nice. With just few hick ups.

There was only 1 key for 5 people! Same key for the apartment and ski cellar which was a choir. Second key would help a lot. Also noise complains from bellow owner. We received one while we were cooking dinner at 6-7pm - which kinda bummed us for the week.

location was very good, central, shops nearby, car park included (but 5 minutes walk from the accommodation)

Furniture is basic and is not the newest. Self-service style of accommodation management compensates for lack of service, on site presence of personnel to serve you as a guest. No reception desk to check you in (self service online check in is not a job customers supposed to do, manually typing all details of guests), no one to greet you, give and take over keys from you. Self service rules are imposed by threats of 100 Euros penalty charge guest is not informed about before booking and for which owner has no right for. All rules are easy to follow without passive-aggressive style of written communication. I think this statement from the departure message sums it all : Please do not call us on the day of departure with the information that you are leaving. Thank you very much! Despite nothing was particularly wrong, this communication sheds bad light on it and how guests feel about it.

Location was amazing, right beside the main ski lift, Andy was very nice and friendly!! The private ski holder room was great

More pillows, changing the towels more than once - just because it is a ski resort/area so most of us would shower every day afterwards

Could be so much better with a little care and some changes to furniture and kitchen.

Place literally next to Penkenbahn. Ski storage ground floor.

Small kitchen (only 2 burners, no oven). Nothing cosy with big lights everywhere, really uncomfortable seats, no real contact with owner, strange email demands and no answers. They don’t seem to care at all.
