Great location

Convenient to everything we were going to - yet off the beaten path of traffic, only noise we had were the motorcycles going by on rt 11 & the kids above us running the halls (believed to be guests as well as they disappeared Sunday)

The bathroom (toilet / bathtub- shower) you have to step into the tub to close the door - bed was a little too firm for me but was fine otherwise - rest of condo was good - only drawback I had was it was on second floor and I have BAD KNEES - up and down 2 flights of stairs was a killer for me

We really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the space. Thank you!

I thought it was very clean and was an amazing location. Nothing was too far away which helped us stay close to the action for the kids.

The furniture seemed a tad outdated. The bed mattress was extremely noisy and the couch cushions fell off the couch too easily. Our daughter was sitting forward on the couch and the cushion gave way and she hit her face on the table. Just recommend some velcro on the cushions to keep them in place!

Misrepresented property name. Poor location. Loud HVAC. Walk up apartment.

1) THE PROPERTY’S NAME IS MISLEADING (essentually: FRAUDULENT) It is located on Plautus Bay _ _ not Lake Winnipesaukee. It is 3+ miles from Lake Winnipesaukee. To name the property honestly: Change the name to: “Plautus Bay Apartment” 2) What does the classification of “RETREAT” mean? It is nothing more than a sterile 1 bedroom apartment that faces a busy street. It is on the 2nd floor. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The View of bay Plautus is blocked. 3) The climate control (HVAC) is TERRIBLE. Fans were always on and LOUD. 4) No trash can in bedroom. No trash can in bathroom. One giant trash barrel in kitchen area.

Everything was fair to good except for the bed and sheets. I like that it had a bathtub and also the restaurant below was a bonus. Also the view was nice to see some of the lake.

Bed hard like a slab and sheets super low end. Scratchy. I could not sleep on them. I had to put a soft blanket down. Target sells soft sheets and they aren’t terribly expensive. Maybe a thin gel pad would help With how stiff the bed itself is.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The inside was great.

The set up of the unit was great. It allowed us to bring in our own food, make our own breakfast, and have a place to keep things cold so we could pack a picnic lunch for our day trip to Gunstock Mountain.

The exterior of the building was somewhat scary. Broken exterior doors on the first floor, contract debris on the ground, all made it look like an abandoned building. No elevator to the second floor. The unit itself was a great relief but upon first sight of the exterior, I thought we'd have to be looking into something else that had a room available.

Great place to relax or enjoy the area.

The location was excellent. The restaurants and shopping were easily accessible. It was quiet. Met all my expectations except the below. I was happy with my stay. It had everything we needed to cook and had plenty of towels.

The beds are not comfortable at all. Very springy and couldn't sleep well.

Great location, lots of great restaurants around, close to Weirs Beach.

Bed was horrible it was as loud as a Diesel engine.
