Prosperity was clean smelled great , beds were comfortable, wasn’t far from the places we wanted to go

Great place

Great location of you have your own automobile. Taxi, bus, or Uber to reach the tourist sites. Restaurants and stores are not close. The apartment and staff are excellent. We stayed for 5 days in our two bedroom apartment and did our own cooking. Beds were very comfortable as was the whole apartment. Lots of room with a very large bathroom. Onsite parking was great. The apartments upstairs have very steep steps if you have a problem with climbing. Two downstairs apartments are exactly like the upstairs apartments. Great place I'll stay again 👍

It was clean and quiet. The owner of the property was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to and accommodating.

The neighborhood looked a bit rough but it was still quiet and everyone kept to themselves.

Give it a try you won't be disappointed!! I will be staying here again definitely!!

I loved the apartment it looked like everything was so new!!! It had comfy beds and it was spacious for my family of 6!! I was skeptical about the location, alot of walking traffic but I felt safe no one bothered me or my family! The host was very kind!! We even had complimentary coffee and tea with several kinds of creamers and sugar substitutes which was a plus!! Last but not least the ac unit in there was great!! (Note.....Had sink in kitchen and washer machine and dryer)

I loved everything! I just think it'll be better if the bedrooms had tvs!!

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

The property was very clean. Dilapidated neighborhood but quiet. Short driving distance to main attractions. The apartment is on the first level with a space to park in front of it.

Backyard needs more upkeep.

This is a spacious ground level apartment.

The neighborhood was questionable. An UBER driver warned us to be very careful.

It was enough space for my group. 15 mins plus traffic to French Quarter

Didn't like the layout. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to the other bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There was no pullout couches.

This was extremely uncomfortable for my family and I. We stayed because there was no refund availab

Everything. Apartment had old smell, sofa was at least 10 years old. Dead bugs and flies every where. Pictures did not match what we walked into. Took us an hour to figure out how to get into the apartment. Tenant was nice enough to call manager, and she gave us the code over the phone. No trash bags, dish soap, sheets kept coming off. Just can't do it again.

The place is a lot bigger than it looks in the picture it accommodative all five of us excellent. Had a couple places to eat and to buy snakes at. The lady that was looking after the place went above and beyond helping us a big thank you to her

not your best location but I felt a lot safer than I thought I would. I hate it didn't have a stove. would of loved to cook!
