Close to shopping area and train station which meet our requirement.

It doesn't like other Sotetsu Fresa hotel, this one has new bathroom style, which means the basin and toilet and shower room are seperate. It also has a bathtub. The room is larger than other Sotetsu Fresa hotel as well. It's very close to the train station, especially the line goes to the Haneda airport.

The size of the room. Although bigger than other Sotetsu Fresa hotel, but still quite small.

チェックイン　チェックアウトが非常にスムーズ

とにかく狭いベッドを小さくしテレビまでの距離や通路を確保してほしい終始カニ歩きでした

住宿的地點很棒！離橫濱站很近，有手扶梯跟電梯可到月台，拖著行李箱去羽田機場很方便，附近的大型百貨購物中心很多，喜歡購物者的天堂，逛累了，房間內可以泡澡很讚，前往各大觀光景點也很方便，飯店樓下有便利商店及咖啡廳旁邊還有義大利麵店，飯店住宿性價

住宿的地點很棒！離橫濱站很近，有手扶梯跟電梯可到月台，拖著行李箱去羽田機場很方便，附近的大型百貨購物中心很多，喜歡購物者的天堂，逛累了，房間內可以泡澡很讚，洗髮精.潤絲精.沐浴乳.浴巾.睡衣都具備，前往各大觀光景點也很方便，飯店樓下有便利商店及咖啡廳旁邊還有義大利麵店，飯店住宿性價比非常高價。

沒有梳妝台，需到浴室卸上妝，比較不方便。

立地のよい新しいホテル

立地がよい。コンビニが併設されている。新しくてきれい。セルフチェックイン、アウトのシステムが簡単。無料アップグレードしてくれていた。

ベッドは大きく広いが、部屋がほぼベッドで他のスペースは狭い。

Efficace pour visiter Yokohama

On est proche de la gare ce qui facilite les déplacements et même si on est proche c'est assez insonorisé. Les équipements mis à disposition sont assez fournis également

Seulement 4 machines à laver pour tout le bâtiment. Ça mériterait le double à minima Prix toutefois un peu élevés pour une petite chambre.

此處在JR橫濱站旁邊，沿著鐵路，對於喜歡看各式JR列車的人是一大亮點。早餐是Beck's咖啡的套餐，三種選一種，都非常好吃，唯獨多日連續住宿時，早餐會有重複的問題。

至れり尽くせり

2度目の利用です。 2年前に宿泊し、今回も真っ先にこちらのホテルの空き具合を検索しました。駅近、コンビニ有り、コインランドリー有り。アメニティもシャンプー関係だけでなく、クレンジング、洗顔、化粧水、乳液などとても充実しています。ヘアアイロンの貸し出しもあり、至れり尽くせりです。新しいので綺麗ですし、白を基調としていてとても清潔感があります。ベットの寝心地も良いです。ホテルの方もとても親切でした。また次もおねがいしたいです。

困った時の常宿

駅から近い。お風呂とトイレ別。ツインの部屋で大きなソファがあって広い。コンビニが1回にあって便利。セキュリティでカードがないとエレベーターが動かないこと。

アメニティを1階から持っていくのだがそれらを入れるビニールの袋があるといい。男の人だとエコバッグなど持ってない可能性が高いので手に持って荷物を持ちカードをかざしてエレベーター乗るのが地味に大変かも。

大変満足です。

駅からとても近い、新しいのでとても綺麗。部屋のレイアウトが良くてとてもくつろげる。 1階にコンビニがあるので便利。アメニティーも充実している。コスパもとても良い。何においても満足です。また利用したいです。

Staff were kind, room was clean and is very close to Yokohama Station

The location is great, a short 5 minute walk from Yokohama Station and has a Family Mart closeby. The room we had was small but the bed was very comfortable, all amenities were provided on the first floor which was easy. But because it is close to the train station, the trains can be a little loud so be mindful when booking, otherwise it was a great place to stay.

コスパ重視のホテルなら最高だった。良かった。次横浜来る時も一人旅なら利用したい。

清潔感があった。スタッフさんも明るくて優しかった。チェックインの時（自動精算機）にルームキーが出てくるはずが出てこなかったが、すぐ対応してくれた。チェックアウトの時もトラブルがあったが、すぐに対応してくれた。フロントのスタッフさんは日本人っぽくなかった人だったけど、日本語も流暢で対応も早かった。駅から徒歩2分位ですぐ隣にファミマとカフェがあったのでご飯にも困らない。

部屋が少し狭いと感じた。スーツケースを広げたら、足の踏み場がないくらい。ベットの下にスーツケースを収納出来るが、自分は荷物をすぐ取り出せるようにしておきたい派だったので少し不便に感じた。あと自分はどこでも何時でも寝れるタイプなので快眠だったが、騒音が苦手な人は耳栓必須です。（ロビーのアメニティコーナーにある）線路のすぐ横にホテルがあるので、電車の音が割とします。ほんとにちょっとだけ揺れます。それが気になる人はやめた方がいいかも。

住宿經驗十分良好！床很大很舒服，房間內雖然看似有點小，不過把行李箱打開攤平還是沒問題的，攤平後還是有走道可以走路，床底下也有可以收納行李箱的地方

位置很不錯！這次去日本主要是為了聽演唱會事前曾因為找不到日本當地可以幫我收件的地方而傷透腦筋，還好飯店方允諾我可以幫忙收件，真的幫了我一個大忙！最後票有順利寄到，我也有順利拿到我需要的東西真的非常感謝🥹

お風呂、洗面、トイレ、水回りがすごく綺麗で快適でした。　お部屋も広くてゆっくりできた。スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で良かった！

ソファのある部屋で、ソファのシミが少し気にはなったが、それ以外はとても良かったです。

バス・トイレが別で、お風呂も洗い場がちゃんとありとても気持ちよく入浴できました。ソファもあってゆっくりとテレビを見ることもできました。朝食もカフェでちょうどいい感じでした。

An enjoyable stay and really close to JR station.

Clean, had interconnecting room, the staff was really helpful and friendly. Despite its next to train line, it wasn’t noisy at all at night and during sleep. Location is fantastic. Would love to come back again.
