About this house rental

A long time favorite in Long Beach. Welcome to THE BEACH HOUSE! This beautiful brand new 3 bd/ 3 ba home is ready for your enjoyment. It sits on a quiet neighborhood street and has ocean views from every room. This property is close to many entertainment venues the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. So whether you want to soak up the sun, catch some fish or waves, go for a round of golf, shop till you drop, hit the casinos or even enjoy some of our amazing food and happy hours this home is your spot!
As you enter from the street, you have your choice of two private driveways to park in. You can get two cars in the south driveway and he east driveway can accommodate three cars. There is no street parking
You will walk up the back covered stairs to access the door that has a smart lock on it.
First floor:
As you enter, you step into a beautiful open concept living space that contains a living room,dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is highlighted by custom quartz countertops, modern new appliances (including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot). For those who enjoy cooking, we have fully stocked the kitchen with pots, pans and cooking utensils. You are also equipped with silverware plates and glasses for 10 people plus a few extra. There are some large wooden plates should you want to walk downstairs and eat on the large picnic table under the home.
The dining table accommodates four, with and additional five barstools at the kitchen island. (There are some extra chairs in the downstairs master bedroom closet) The living room has a spacious couch that focuses on a 65 inch flatscreen smart TV. There is Cable Tv and 5G Wi-Fi available throughout the home
Main floor master:
It will not take you long to get settled into the master suite. Unpack your bags in the walk-in closet with built-in shelving. Take a nap on the queen size bed or enjoy a show on the TV. You also can step out onto your private deck that is set up with two chairs and a small table. There is a desk and chair if you need to get some work done. This room also connects to the master bath which features a glass walk-in shower sink and separate toilet room.
Covered ocean view deck:
Last but not least, walk out onto the porch and take in the gorgeous views of the beach. The porch offers seating for four. Drink your morning coffee out there, a glass of wine in the evening or simply enjoy the ocean breeze.
Upstairs:
When you reach the top of the stairs to the right is a large barn door, if you slide that back you will find a new Samsung washer and dryer.
Straightahead is the upstairs master.
The upstairs master boss of a king bed along with a daybed. This room is all about the view! It is just breathtaking! It has a large en suite with double sinks and a huge walk-in glass shower. There is also a walk-in closet with built-in shelving. There is a smart TV in the room but who can watch TV with those amazing views right there.
Bunk room:
The bunk room has two full beds in it and one twin. It has a bookshelf with games and puzzles on it. A large 55 inch smart TV. A walk-in closet with built-in shelves. The connecting bath has a walk-in shower and a single sink both with amazing beach views.

The property was described perfectly. The house was stocked with everything we need and comfortable. Would defiantly stay there again. The location to the beach was great and the beach was not crowded the whole week, maybe two other families on it. Restaurants right up the road and the kitchen had everything we need for cooking.

This property was immaculate, beautiful and the decor was lovely. The house layout is ideal for families, as each bedroom has its own bathroom and spacious closet. Our kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen was gorgeous and great for gathering. We had terrible weather during our trip, but the proximity to the beach allowed us to run across and get some beach time during the moments that we had! The area is very quiet and non touristy - peaceful rather than a "night life" sort of place. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was an amazing house and location. Just beautiful with everything needed for the family. The beach steps away and the views from every window was perfect. The balconies were well furnished and relaxing. Long Beach is friendly and offers great dining and things to do close by. Immaculately cleaned, spotless! The host was so attentive and available for any questions. Plenty of parking and space to gather lower level plus all the beach chairs and toys provided! The wash off shower was perfect to clear the sand. Check in and out simple! The entire family had a great time. There were 9 of us! Would definitely recommend and will book again!

House was wonderful. Had everything you could want - tp, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, aluminum foil, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs. Downstairs master shower even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. (I didn’t check the 2 upstairs showers.) I was very impressed with how it was stocked with essentials. Would definitely stay here again!!

The house was cozy and all the beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the private bath and TV for each room. Kitchen adequately equipped. Lots of beach gear and games. Easy location. Would rent again and recommend to friends.

Beautiful views, quiet little street, plenty of parking and a GREAT picnic table under the covered patio that sat all 10 of us comfortably! Not sure if you could ask for anything more! Bedrooms were roomy and bathrooms were as well. House was immaculate! We all agreed we would definitely stay there again!

We were there for July 4th holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was spacious, comfortable, Clean and well stocked! Only hiccup was the door lock which was electronic and gave us some intermittent problems, but the owner was very responsive and easy to contact. It was a pleasure staying there and we will be back!

This is a beautiful beach house with such great views of the beach! We rented it for our girls' weekend, and we loved it. It is very well maintained and decorated. It is very clean with everything we needed for our stay, and there was so much room to spread out. Marnie is very friendly and pleasant to do business with. She even answered my question about things to do in the area. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future!

We have stayed in several beach homes, but this has been the best one yet! Gorgeous views from every window! We loved our stay and felt right at home! The location was perfect for walking right across to the beach or to the quaint downtown Long Beach area. Marnie is a wonderful host!!

Beautiful home in a great location, just as advertised, with so many thoughtful touches and details. We had to cut our stay short, which was disappointing, because we would have loved to experience all we could at the beach. We came to enjoy a family Thanksgiving at the beach and had a blast! The home was beautiful and had amazing views! Only complaint was the cold front that moved in and kept us from being able to enjoy the decks and beach as much as we would have liked but the view was still amazing! Hope to be back soon!

Marnie's home is the perfect size for a family getaway. Beautiful views of the beach and close to Biloxi and Bay St. Louis. The neighborhood is not too crowded and the bedrooms and living areas are so comfortable. Marnie was very attentive and quick to communicate when we had a question. Definitely recommend this property!

Beach house perfection!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for an easy, fun beach trip! The property was very clean and somehow looked even better in person than in the pictures. Our group had such a great time and we had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, and an outdoor shower to wash off from the beach. The host, Marnie, contacted us the morning after our first night asking if we needed anything and we literally couldn’t think of anything! It was that great! If we ever visit Long Beach again we’ll definitely book this place!

Our family of six stayed at The Beach House for our annual summer trip to the beach. I could not have selected a better home for our vacation! Everything was so well thought out and it was immaculately clean! We were very comfortable and felt right at home. I was so happy to find that beach chairs and towels were also provided, so that we didn't have to haul those along with us from Texas. The owner, Marnie, was also great to answer questions and offer help. This home is a must if you are staying in Long Beach, Gulfport or the Biloxi area!

The Perfect Vacation

The Perfect Vacation

This house was perfect for all we did. Just steps away from the beach. The view from every room was unobstructed and fabulous! It's close to so many restaurants and the always necessary Wal-Mart. The treasure chest of beach toys was well used. We were able to park all 3 of our vehicles off the street and not bother the neighbors. I highly recommend this rental for your next getaway!

If you are reading this, Im confirming and you can rest assured that every positive comment is the truth. My stay consisted of 8 ladies. My only regret is that we only did a weekend getaway. Walmart is literally less than 10 minutes down the street. Dinner at Steve's Marina and daiquiris/nightlife at Coastal Daquiri Bar and Grill is great and in walking distance. Super Host of this dynamic property. I had OCD snobs in my party and there were no complaints. Be aware if you have limitations that access is via stairs and so are the other bedrooms. There is a large room downstairs. Other than that, you shouldn't have not one ounce of an issue.
