Great stay for our group
There were six adults in our group, one couple and four individuals. The house perfectly fit our needs. The house was stocked with necessities. Quiet, residential location with easy access to downtown by car. Would definitely stay again next time in Tulsa.

Great Experience
This was a last minute booking for my family, our booking and check in was easy, the property was exactly as described. The communication with property owner was excellent. I will definitely look to rent properties from this owner in the future.

Family vacation
This is a super cute little house. A couple minor mishaps but it was taken care of. We had 5 adults and a 2 1/2 year old. We all slept comfortably. And would recommend staying again. There is someone in the neighborhood behind us that has a bird or rooster of sime sort that is quite vocal in the morning.

The property was fantastic. It is stocked with everything you could need, and then some... Easy check-in process & smooth communication with the owner. We had a great weekend getaway for the Tulsa Ironman!

Great Little House
My family and I were visiting Tulsa for the first time and I wanted a space where we could all be together for a few days and enjoy each other's company outside of a hotel lobby or crowded restaurant.
This house was very sweet with enough bedroom space for all of us and a back patio to sit outside, have a cocktail, grill some food, and enjoy the beautiful spring weather in Tulsa.
Though the area, as stated in the listing, looks a but rough. You can tell that they are working on restoring it which is something great to see overall. I can’t wait to visit again and see what it looks like in the coming years.
Don’t let the looks fool you. My parents took early morning walks each day in the neighborhood and felt very safe there.
The hosts were responsive to our every question, need, and concern. They are committed to providing a quality experience for their guests and ensuring your satisfaction.
I gave my stay an overall 4 because of a few small hiccups that occurred during the stay, however the hosts addressed them while we were there or are committed to ensuring they are addressed for future guests.

Tulsa Getaway
The area, as stated, is in transition but you can definitely see potential. The location was conveniently located to the downtown area and about 15 minutes from the airport.
The property was nice overall. The only thing that caused the 4 start rating instead of a 5 star are the beds. The mattresses are extremely soft and uncomfortable but believe that is because they do not sit on a platform frame and do not have a box spring to support them. They only have a few wood slats running from one side of bed frame to the other.
There were a couple of things that need to be fixed but we were able to work with what we had and the owner was responsive to the issue and guaranteed that he would make the repair for the next person. He had not been made aware of the problem prior.
Overall it was a nice place to rent and when we come back to Tulsa I will definitely be looking for this rental again.

Nadirs place was great!
Nadirs property was lovely. There were six of us staying at the house and we all had enough space to fit comfortably. The house was clean and cool when we arrived and all the beds and towels were freshly made. Nadir was a great host easy to communicate with if I had any issues. Overall a really great stay.
