This is a beautiful home in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. Everything is the same as listed. I would definitely come back and bring my kids here.

House was very nice. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Bed slept great. Spacious back yard. Good parking. Landscaping looked great as well. Host was very friendly and helpful and had great communication. Would definitely stay again. Was a short drive to downtown Knoxville so close to lots of attractions while still being quiet and cozy and private.

Great experience from booking through checkout. The hosts take great pride in the property and were very accommodating. So many little details made our stay comfortable and pleasant. South Knoxville can be tricky if you don’t have a vehicle or an Uber budget but it was well worth the extra few minutes to get downtown and out west. I highly recommend and would stay again!

This property was very clean and an ideal location for downtown Knoxville and UT. It was extremely peaceful and quiet there. I don't think this owner missed a single thing when trying to accommodate guests with kitchenware for baking, cooking, utensils, etc. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Knoxville.

My mother and I stayed here for my niece’s graduation from UT and found it to be a great place to unwind. The house is tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and very comfortable. Luke has thought about everything a guest may need. We were greeted with a snack basket as well as personal necessities(toothbrushes, makeup remover towelettes, etc) that we utilized after a very long day! It is located just about 10 mins from downtown Knoxville and University of Tennessee. There are board games, a nice outdoor space, and parking spots for two vehicles. The beds were very comfortable, lit with under bed lighting if preferred for a natural night light and a nice spacious kitchen and more. As a fellow VRBO host, I was impressed. Highly recommend for a family or just a couple of people! Thanks for hosting us!

We really liked staying at Luke's house in Knoxville. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room and privacy. One day it was raining in the afternoon and we cozied up with books. It felt like home. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area.

Pictures doesn't do this place justice. It's close enough to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts are quick to respond and provide a variety of items for you. My family and I had a wonderful time here and would return.

This rental is obviously in the exterior remodel phase, but the inside was very nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Unique decor and fixtures as well as wonderfully large windows and a big backyard area are a nice touch. Would recommend for families looking for a nicely laid out place to relax while traveling.

Nice decor and very comfortable. It is literally 10 min from downtown Knox but you wouldn’t know it when you get to the house. It is very residential with lots of beautiful trees and lush forrest surrounding the area. Big plus having the laundry available. Would come back!

We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights for our son’s engagement weekend. The home was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed to stay, cook meals, & get ready for weekend activities. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, as well as the iron/ironing board and steamer. Everything looked newly remodeled, including a beautiful kitchen & bathroom. The dining area is open to the office area and allowed us extra space to arrange our belongings & gifts, as well as get ready in front of the huge mirror. Living room furniture was comfortable & functional with a sleeper sofa. The bed was also very comfortable & the sheets were super soft. There is lots of closet space in the bedrooms & a huge deck with furniture. There is a tenant that lives downstairs. We only saw him once (when we arrived) and he was very pleasant. He told us to let him know if we needed anything during our stay. We did not hear any noise at all from downstairs apartment. The home is in a nice rural location with other ranch homes around it...but also close to stores, restaurants, and groceries (~8 min. away). The owner was quick to respond to any questions that I had...including what kind of coffee/filters to bring = the answer is KCups ;) We loved it here & hope to have a chance to stay again! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

The home was beautiful, and modernly updated, but still felt very homey and welcoming. The location is close to downtown knox and easy to get to everything. Our kids loved the streaming services offered, just like at home, nice to relax after a day of adventures. They also loved the games provided as well as some books. Super comfortable beds and couch, added little touches like the coffee table that lifts up into a dining height table top, and lamps on the nightstand with tap on and USB ports, dimmable living room lights feel like a movie theater. The entertaining area of the house (kitchen, dining, living room) are VERY open and spacious, which is great if you have an even bigger group then just 4. There was one little hiccup upon arriving, that was just a miscommunication, but Luke was very kind, went above and beyond and took care of everything right away. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a cool and relaxing place to stay while in this area. Thanks!

It was ok. Nicely furnished but in a poor community. If you are staying in this house it's in the Southern end of Knoxville which is very low poverty so the neighborhood was erie. We should have stayed in North Knoxville but we didn't know the area too well before booking. We were 20 minutes from the zoo (which we thought the zoo was rundown and barely any animals out, we are spoiled with the Cleveland Zoo it's huge and beautiful). This house again was nicely decorated and we enjoyed being in the home it was just it's location. Would stay here again.

Every aspect of this listing was accurately portrayed, with excellent and timely communication from the owner, Luke. The location was ideal in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to any area of Knoxville you intend to visit or explore. We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend and stay if in the area again.
