Beautiful home! Hosts were helpful and easy to reach. Would definitely go back and recommend to others! My only word of caution is that the use of the resort pool is not cheap. We called and were told $10/per person per day or $20/per person per week. It was actually $35 per day per adult and $25 per day per child, so a total of $120 for just a few hours at the pool one day for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had access to all activities at the resort for the day for that price but it was hot and we only wanted to use the pool.

House was clean and large enough to house family of four adults and guests. The setting is serene and peaceful, and the accessibility to Zion and Bryce National Parks was ideal.
Two areas which oils be improved are replacement of ceiling fans in the main floor bedrooms and improvement of the water pressure.

We were a group of 4 couples who stayed 11 days. The property was perfect! Each couple had a King bed and ensuite bathroom, which made it comfortable for everyone. There were lots of spaces for us to spread out for some quiet time - 3 porches, a fire pit, livingroom and a lofted "game room". We used them all. We especially appreciated the firepit and used it almost every night. The stars and surrounding nature were beautiful - several times we had deer coming through the yard and the view out the windows was amazing. There was also a hiking trail right behind the house. There was enough distance between houses in the area that we felt we were truly away from it all. The kitchen was very well stocked with great cooking utensils - a cook's kitchen. There was lots of storage for our food in the pantry and an extra smaller fridge in the garage. The location was perfect - we easily visited Zion, Bryce, Kanab and Coral Sands, so it was a great home base. It was very comfortable, and even better than we anticipated. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, very helpful in providing recommendations and information on the area, and checked in with us in the middle of our stay to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this property!

Overall, this place is gorgeous. Loved the location, and it was the perfect size for 2 families. There were a few minor inconveniences but great communication with the owners. The latch to the washing machine had broken off. After some looking around, my husband found a spare latch that they were able to replace. Dryer door needed to be tightened. The top shelf of the refrigerator freezes if the shelf is full. Didn’t see the note on the back of the refrigerator not to place groceries by the motor until the last day. Threw out 20 eggs that were frozen and sour cream. Lost power since there was a planned power outage that was not communicated to the owners. Water line also had a leak at the main resort and we didn’t have water pressure for a few hours. Neither scenario was the fault of the homeowner, but the resort and the electric company should’ve contacted the homeowner.
I communicated via email to the owners about the little things that needed attention. I would stay here again, but because of the little minor inconveniences I could only put 4 stars.

The home was amazing and had plenty of room to accommodate our family of nine. The location was great for us to experience Zion and Bryce. The owners were excellent and provided us information and suggestions for our stay which were incredibly helpful. We’re looking forward to the next visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home. Spacious. Perfect for our family of four. Well equipped kitchen. We used the fire pit a couple times in the evening, which was a nice feature to enjoy the desert sunset. Property is perfectly located to enjoy Southern Utah, 10 minute drive to the East entrance of Zion National Park and a 90 minute drive to Bryce Canyon and the slot canyons in Vermillion Cliffs. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was a great base for exploring all of Zion from the far less crowded East side. Great location.

Super nice property with everything you can think of furnished. The house was stocked with everything one might need as if they were living there. Great trip, thank you!

Amazing home in beautiful setting! Great location close to the east entrance to the park. Our party of 6 was very comfortable here. Our adult children particularly loved that each bedroom had its own bath. Would absolutely stay here again!

We went to Zion for a family retreat and this was one of the house we rented. We were able to get an early check in. The house is clean and very roomy! Beautiful inside and out! The owners are very accessible and easy to communicate. Highly recommend this cabin if you are in the area. Would definitely rent again! 5/5

We LOVED this property! It was perfect for our 3 couples, close to East Entrance to Zion, enjoyed cooking our dinner at the house and enjoyed eating at the restaurant nearby. Loved walking out the door and seeing all the wildlife. The fire pit was one of our favorite places!

Absolutely gorgeous property. Large kitchen with all of the amenities. Open floor plan on the first floor for family time. So much space with 4 large bedrooms for our three teenagers to spread out when needed as well. Garage attached. Short drive to east entrance. Most of the park has to be accessed from the west side but I actually enjoyed driving across the park each day. I absolutely recommend this home and would stay there again.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. The place was spacious, clean and well stocked. There was no desire to leave to house. We were at such peace, enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch and seeing deers, rabbits and birds greet us. The playground was a huge hit for our 4 year old. We came to visit the National parks nearby, but to be honest, we didn’t want to leave the property. We also enjoyed a game of putt-putt golf and an ATV tour through the nearby resort. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Great house in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood just east of Zion National Park. This is the place to stay if you want to enjoy the less crowded side of Zion but also have access to a more secluded, but upscale home. Lots of deer, wild turkeys, places to walk and just enjoy being outdoors. Enjoyed our stay tremendously and the house was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful custom home with a great amount of space. Extremely well appointed, you will need nothing except what you bring. Only minor issue was an inoperable refrigerator due to power surge prior to our arrival. Extra fridge in garage and ice delivery allowed us to work through it without too much of an inconvenience. It’s a bit out of the way but we’ll worth the extra drive time to Zion. Would recommend this rental anytime.

Zion Stay
We recently stayed at this property for five days with family ranging in ages 10-76 years, and we all had a very pleasant and memorable time.
Pros - the size of the house and amenities were perfect for what we needed for our family of seven. The style and decor was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped for making breakfast every morning and lighter meals during the day. We typically ate out one meal a day, usually dinner, thus we didn’t do any major cooking. The house had fun, challenging puzzles that we did as a family, had an outdoor fire pit where we made s’mores and enjoyed nice conversations; it also had a nice play structure in the backyard that our kids enjoyed!
The location of the house was perfect for access to Zion national park. It was also extremely close to Zion ponderosa resort where we enjoyed several activities as we as meals.
It was very easy to deal with Oksana and Greyson directly as we had to do on a couple of occasions. They were prompt in answering questions, even just relating to our planned activities, but especially small issues that arose during our stay. Please note cons below.
Cons - during our stay there were two issues that arose, one unforeseen. The kitchen refrigerator broke, which we were told about the day that we were supposed to check in on a Saturday. This remained nonfunctional during our stay especially as part of it included the weekend, however, the property owners were evidently trying to address it. Fortunately, there was a smaller refrigerator in the garage that we were able to use and overall the situation was manageable.
The second issue was the owner’s decision to install a car charger in the garage during our stay, which we felt was inconsiderate as this entailed the installer coming into the house and drilling both in the house as well as in the garage while we were there. The owners did mention this to us a head of time and asked if there was a particular day that this would work, but as it is with kids and older travelers, our daily itinerary had to change from what we had planned before arriving, so we were all at the house when the installation began. We felt that the owners should have planned for something like that when they didn’t have any guests. The owners were overall extremely responsive and apologetic and provided as a refund for our last night.
Overall, we enjoyed staying at the property and would recommend it!

Great Zion vacation home
This home was in a great location to get away & enjoy Zion. The neighborhood was quiet & had nearby trails if you don’t want to travel into Zion. Half my family did not care to hike & were able to go to the resort next door to use the pool & go horseback riding. The house had more than enough space for our 10 person party to hang out inside & outside. The house was stocked & had many more things than I expected such as a playground. The only draw back is the water pressure. I highly recommend this home.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Wish I could give more than five stars!
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We’ve never stayed in a rental house that was better stocked and equipped; the owners have literally thought of every detail. Because of the remote location, we made dinner at the house every night and the kitchen was a delight to cook in (I mean, double ovens?!). The owners were super responsive to questions we had before the trip.
Our group of 8 had plenty of space and everyone was happy with their bedrooms. The loft area was perfect for the 11 year old. The water pressure is not great, but was not an issue.
Regarding the resort, we used the pool, mini golf and hiking shuttle to Observation Point (highly recommend this hike and definitely use the shuttle). The resort is decent, kind of has a camp vibe. I do not recommend the star gazing tour from East Zion Adventures (just head out to the fire pit one night!). The trail right behind the house leads to the Checkerboard Mesa overlook (also recommended).
It is quite a distance from the main Zion gate and there can be a lot of traffic getting there. We left the house at 6:30am the days we went in and had no issues. The location is great for visiting Bryce, Kanab and Page, AZ.

CHECK OUT THIS PROPERTY!!! It was amazing for our group of 8 adults - but is great for families!!!!!
Amazing property!
* Miles from Zion National Park - perfect as a home base for Zion and Bryce Canyon.
* Very clean and very well stocked for cooking multi-course meals. Plenty of cooking utensils, storage containers and spices, etc.
* 4 bedrooms - each with own bathroom and shower and very comfortable King size beds.
* The house is part of Zion Ponderosa Resort home association so you have access to pool, mini golf, restaurant, tours, etc. less than a mile from the house. It was very convenient and the resort fees for using the amenities were very low.
* The owners Greyson and Oksana were phenomenal to work with!! They replied to any questions very quickly and offered suggestions to fit our needs. We had 4 older adults and 4 younger adults in our group and everyone enjoyed their experience at this property.
* We had two rental cars that fit easily in the 3 car garage, which was very nice to have available.
* The weather conditions allowed us to enjoy the fire pit in the backyard during the evenings, and the two covered porches allowed us opportunities to relax outside and eat meals outside when we wanted.
We can't say enough good things about this property. Renting this house was one of the smartest decisions we made and helped ensure a successful trip.

Large beautiful home perfect for groups!
We are 3 couples who rented the home for 6 nights . We had a great trip, beautiful hikes, canyoneering, biking thru Zion and visited Bryce Canyon. There are some short hikes right from the house also from Ponderosa Ranch . Observation Point was a group favorite.
Everyone had their own bathroom, beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well appointed.
The house is remote which we liked. We enjoyed cooking at home and gathering in the large living room in front of the fireplace.
I recommend you gather your alcohol in Nevada and shopping at Glaizers in Kanab. Glaziers prices were very good and we found everything we needed. All grocery stores are at least 40 minutes away so plan accordingly.
House is very clean, quiet private area and very nicely appointed. You will great time.

Incredible home
A beautiful, incredibly comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious home. Our group of eight family members used the home as a very convenient base to access Zion and Bryce NPs. Additionally, this home was exceptionally well stocked with everything you will need to move in and enjoy your stay with minimal purchases. Greyson and Oxana were very gracious and supporting host. We will definitely request this house on our next trip!

Gorgeous house
This house was just beautiful, very, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was also very nice. It had excellent location. We liked that it was removed from town and got to see lots of deers. Our stay in this property added so much enjoyment to our family trip!! Thank you!!

Amazing and quiet house
This is one of those houses where the pictures can't do justice! Huge house, kitchen and family room. Very quiet around the house...there were 4 deer in the back when we first pulled up to the house! And Oksana is a very caring and attentive host - she called us when we were in our way to check if we needed directions or anything. The east side of Zion is about 45 minute drive through the park to get to the visitor center at the south entrance...but worth it in my opinion. We did use the East Zion Tour company (right there on the Ponderosa property) to drive us up the road to short cut the trail to Obsevation Point. Great hike and view!

Quiet getaway
There were four adults and four kids in our group. We were looking for a place that everyone could enjoy some private space as well as gather to play games and eat meals together. This was the perfect place to stay! Every morning and afternoon deer came through our yard. We also saw wild turkeys while walking around the gated community.

Awesome house near Zion National Park!
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was extremely convenient to Zion National Park and on a great piece of property. There was so much room, and the house was great for our family, as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the living room and kitchen area was great to gather and be together. We also enjoyed the fire pit area and the foosball table in the evenings. The house was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The owners were great to communicate with - there was a breaker blown during our stay and as soon as I let them know they were working to get it corrected. I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful house.

Better than a hotel
This home is beautiful, as seen in pictures! The home was equipped with everything we would need. We booked this home because each room had it's own restroom. The only issue we had was, the water pressure would drop when appliances were running or more than 2 people were in the shower. We definitely will be returning.

We spent a wonderful week in Southern Utah. Your beautiful home made it extra special. We visited Bryce National Park, hiked in Zion and took a bus through Zion. We also visited the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We loved your home. It was even more than we expected.
