This spacious, newly renovated vacation rental sleeps 8 guests and is ideal for big groups/families. The home offers a gourmet kitchen, elegant dining area, private backyard and game room.
The home has recently been remodeled and boasts new stainless steel appliances, including new beds with memory foam mattresses, four LED Smart HDTV’s (55" 4K, Two 40", 32") with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video. There’s A/C, high speed WiFi internet, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, waffle iron, blender, washer, dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, 6-person dining table, kitchen island with 3 barstools, 6-person patio dining set, and BBQ grill. For families with little ones, there’s a Pack ‘n Play (portable crib), high chair and 2 strollers. Game room includes pool table, table tennis, darts and a Street Fighter arcade game. The futon in the kids room was badly broken and unusable. Railing on the top bunk was broken and sharp. The bed in the master had no mattress pad and the mattress was badly stained. Pillows are stained yellow and smell bad. Horrifically mildewed showers that we scrubbed ourselves. Ants attacked us in every room. Freeway overpass literally in the backyard. It was the only house available for the week we stayed. We bought pillows and a mattress pad and suffered through it, since we were gone during the day.

It was a great place to stay with the family. Close to Disneyland as well as just a 15-20 min. Drive to the beach. Property manager was great! My daughter accidentally left behind a beloved stuffed animal - the cleaning crew found it and we are hopeful to get it back. Highly recommend staying here. Looking forward to coming back!

We were an extended family of 8 with 5 adults, 2 teens and an 18 month old. There was plenty of room for all of us. There was ample seating in the kitchen and the living room. The location was great for us since Disney, Great Wolf Lodge, Newport Beach and local parks were all within 10- 30 minutes. The house was clean except for the high chair. A large spider fell from it upon opening and it appeared moldy. We avoided all other infant/toddler items after this. We appreciated being able to wash and dry a few loads of laundry onsite (not coin operated). For the price point we felt like the house, property and location were all great. We would definitely stay again (this is not a high end property but an older property that is clean and maintained).
The seating outside looked lovely but we were unable to use it due to rain. There are many fruit trees in the backyard and the small grass area is large enough and soft enough for an infant to play. The teens enjoyed the pool, ping pong and arcade games in the garage.
Minor inconveniences included noisy and very firm mattresses on all beds, non-usable infant items, no darts for the dart board, continual traffic is heard since the backyard borders highway 55 and the shower water pressure in the hallway bathroom is poor. None of these would be a deal-breaker for staying again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The place was DOUBLE BOOKED!!! And there was plenty of time for the owner to check his calendar to avoid double booking. The owner and VRBO did not assist my family (I have small children and a baby) and I with locating another place to stay. We drove 9 hours and upon arrival (at night), saw there were suitcases in the rooms. We called VRBO immediately and all they could do was issue a refund, a weak apology, and NO assistance in locating another place. The owner simply told me I had to vacate the property and find another place to stay! Mind you this was at 8 or 9pm! There was no assistance with locating another place to stay. They didn’t even offer a coupon or credit for future stays! The whole experience was completely was more than a nightmare. It was inexcusable. I will not be using this service ever again.

This was a great place to stay for a quick family get-a-way weekend. It has a huge kitchen with a very good sized table...perfect for family board games. The garage also has a ping-pong table and pool table. The Ms Pacman was a bonus treat! The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a great stay!

The house was open and had enough space for our group that included 2 little ones. The location was close to food, shopping and Disneyland. There was a small ant problem that could’ve been prevented with regular pest control, but overall it was a good place to stay.

We stayed at this property for 11 nights in July/2023. Pros & cons listed below:
Pros:
-Owner was very responsive. Communication was via text and Jay responded immediately to any issues we had.
-House was very clean.
-Nice neighborhood.
-Ping pong table was a hit with our two teenage boys.
Cons:
-Pics are a bit misleading. The kitchen was as advertised, looks like it was renovated nicely, as was the living room. The rest of the house needs an upgrade. Baseboards damaged, poor paint job, toilet paper holder coming off the wall, bathroom ceiling fan falling off the ceiling, master bedroom bathroom cabinet doors are so old and dried out they won't even close, etc, cosmetic stuff.
-The ping pong/pool table is a nice touch, but damaged, and in the garage, which has no airflow. Being July, we had to have the side door and main door open due to heat.
-Since we had the place for 11 nights, it would have been nice to hear from the owner to see how things were going. No contact except from me when we had some issues. He is responsive, but should be a little more engaged with his renters. I had to call him to let him know we had arrived, since no entry info had been sent. I'm not sure he remembered we were coming.
Takeaways:
For the amount we spent, I thought the place would have more attention paid to it. I doubt the owners have walked through it in some time. I think it's overpriced, but it was very clean and Jay was willing to correct things quickly.

This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. Even has a pack n play for little ones! Good location close to conference centers and Disney. Quiet neighborhood and friendly hosts quick to respond to messages. Would stay here again!

This house is perfect. We used it while visiting Disneyland and enjoyed all the space and comfort. There's some road noise outside but the house is quiet. Great neighborhood and very convenient to nearby attractions. The kids loved the game room and all the TVs. We would definitely stay again!

The property is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The thermostat was hard to figure out but Jay helped us get it to work. The neighborhood is clean and quiet even though there is a freeway right nearby, you don't hear it. The decor is pretty with art on the walls and soft colors. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and yard as well as the game room, which was lots of fun and a big hit. There are stores located conveniently nearby and Disney is less than ten minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

House was perfect for our weekend Disneyland trip. House is as advertised. For our family it checked all the boxes.....Clean, comfortable, spacious & good location in a safe neighborhood. It's close to amenities and close drive to Disneyland. Jay and Sara were very easy to communicate with and check-in & out was super easy. Would definitely recommend this property, and would re-book for our next trip to the area.

Disappointing
The pictures of this property that I looked at online were standard of a clean, reasonable, usable space. When our party got there, we unpacked and began our evening. We noticed more than a couple cob webs, the refrigerator barely cooled and the freezer kept things cold. We attempted to enjoy the 2 nights we were there and we did but the stay was underwhelming. I had high hopes because the pictures were reasonable but there was a lazy attempt to cover repair work, enough openings in parts of the kitchen for ants to crawl in (and they did) and unclear checkout instructions. There were almost no cleaning supplies.. there were clean linens and the house was functional, but sadly I would not stay here again and I didn’t not appreciate that the house seemed unattended to. I paid almost 1,100 dollars and regret it.

Okay for a 3 day stay
The pros about this place is the space. Ample of room for a large group of people. Nice kitchen and garage with pool table, ping pong table, and mini arcade game (street fighter). 15-20 mins away from Disneyland, about 45-1 hour from Universal studios. A lot of places to eat near by.
The CONS. Our check in experience. Our check-in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5pm. Key was not in lock- box. A car was parked in the driveway and garage was wide opened. Our family notice a lady ( which was the cleaning person) stuffing Amazon boxes in her car. Sort of strange. What was strange was she was in the house cleaning AFTER our check-in time. What was she doing there at that time you may ask, I don’t know. But according to the owner she was cleaning.
The very next night, we arrived back at the property at 11pm from Disneyland. There was a car parked in front on the street. It was the cleaning lady laying in her car. This was REALLY strange. One of our family meme we was afraid to go out because of this. As we walked outside to check who was in the vehicle, the vehicle drove off with their light off. Again very strange.
I’ve contacted the owner several times regarding the lady being here around that time, he never responded why she was there. I followed up after our stay but still haven’t heard back from the owner. SO, I would rate this place maybe about a 2 1/2-3 stars. Space was great, but Cleanliness and communication could’ve been better, we do pay a cleaning fee and service charge so I would have expected more.

Filthy
This rental was absolutely filthy. There was mold in the shower, dirt/dust/debris everywhere, hair in the sheets, random stains and spots on the walls, broken furniture, etc. The owner was responsive to messages, but not helpful at all. This home was not worth It. For the price they charge, you deserve much better. Don't rent here.

Comfortable large home
This home was a great, big house with lots of room for our family. We loved the fruit trees and grass area in the backyard for the kids to play. The neighborhood was private and quiet. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating which was very helpful. We loved our stay!
