Professionally designed, this light and airy home encompass the beauty of Palmetto Bluff by allowing the outdoor environment to become part of the indoors. With a push on the folding glass doors, the great room opens up and includes the screened-in porch area to enlarge the entertaining space. There are two master bedrooms complete with their own spacious and private bathrooms on the first floor. They have been designed for maximum privacy with the bedrooms located on opposite sides of the home. This is not the case with the homes located in the Village. Upstairs is a loft bedroom that currently has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The kitchen is large and fully stocked and can accommodate a professional catering staff is requested. The home is walking distance to the MONTAGE Hotel and Chapels and is perfect to host baby showers, bridal luncheons, and family gatherings.

Upon entering the beautiful community of Palmetto Bluff, we were blown away at the beauty and serenity. Entrance to the gate was quick and welcoming. Our pup was even treated with a doggie biscuit by the gatekeeper. The property was in a prime location next to pickle ball courts., which we enjoyed as an amenity for a couple of days. The online pictures do not compare to seeing the property with your own eyes. We all enjoyed some quiet mornings with coffee on the large screened in porch. The space provided in the kitchen and living room were more than enough for our party of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed and more for our visit. A specialty coffee was provided, so you won’t need to pack that! The bedrooms were luxuriously appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We were surprised by two gift bags from the management company that made us feel extra welcome. Renting the golf cart for the week is a must, as you can explore the property in all its splendor. We brought our own bikes, but it you don’t bring your own, I highly recommend renting. We enjoyed our time shopping and eating on property and truly felt the southern hospitality. Check out was unbelievably easy, like none from any VRBO I’ve experienced. I could go on and on about our time, but you really have to experience this gem for yourself.

3 couples stayed in house to attend wedding. Well appointed and spacious with a great kitchen, living and dining areas. Great location as we were able to walk to pool, tennis, restaurants, wedding and golf within 5 to 10 minutes. Would definitely stay there again!

This house is wonderful and convenient to everything in Palmetto Bluff. We love the proximity to the golf course and you could hear the sounds of the busy pickleball courts nearby. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The check-in manager was well organized and contacted us at just the right moment and we also communicated a lot with the concierge. We are new members of Palmetto Bluff, which did allow us to engage in all the activities – it’s a little trickier as just a renter, but the concierge is there to help out.
We are very pleased with the decor of the house and the wonderful screen porch where we spent a lot of afternoon time.

This was a well located home with great amenities in a wonderful location. The interior was immaculate. The kitchen was adequately supplied. The rental company accommodated my husband’s request to play golf on several occasions. My only issues were that the house was a bit run down, and not well maintained. For example the heat needed maintenance, as did the dryer. They didn’t work well. The microwave is very old and needs to be replaced, the oven makes terrible noises. The porch was filthy, and there was no broom or dust rags or even an option to have housekeeping during our 2 week stay (later we were told we could have had it?). They need to upgrade the linens, badly. It’s a nice place, but dated and neglected. I offered to make these comments available to the people who rented us the home, but they did not respond.

Great rental. Nothing fancy but everything you need. Patio was super comfortable and huge plus. Only compliant is that it may be time to update the bedding (mattresses were great) to be a little more comfortable. A few items that needed maintenance that the property managers were going to address. We would definitely rent again as we are members and haven’t built yet.

We found the property to be very nice and more than adequate for our needs. The only issue we encountered, which was very disappointing, given the bitterly cold weather, was that the fireplace in the den did not work. (The handyman attempted to fix it, but apparently it needed a gas fireplace technician.) This was very disappointing.

This property is located in the heart of Wilson Village and is within walking distance to RT's Market, the tennis and pickle ball complex, and the golf course. The house is beautifully decorated worked well for three couples. The management company, StayinPalmettobluff.com, responded to our every question.

This property is beautiful, warm, inviting and cozy. It is perfectly located with an easy walk to RT's Market, The Montage Inn & Spa and the May River. The management staff was very attentive prior to our arrival and during our stay to ensure all of our needs were met. We will definitely be returning for another visit in the future.

The house was very nice and clean and convenient to the Market and Wilson Village. Palmetto Bluff is beautiful. The bicycle rental is expensive, however. And we wish there were some more dining options.

Lovely, clean home with every amenity we could need in a gorgeous neighborhood and property. Communication with Jeffrey was easy, he is responsive, helpful, and professional. Check-in could not have been easier. We enjoyed a VIP experience in this home. We had fun cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed dinner on the nicely appointed, screened-in back porch. The beds in all 3 rooms were extremely comfortable and after a long day kayaking and biking, nothing could beat the deep jetted tub to relax, and the cozy bathrobe to hang out in. A quick walk or bike to several on-property restaurants, RT's Market, and the water were an absolute plus. Thank you for helping make our much-needed vacation restorative and restful in a truly peaceful setting.

House was OK. Inside, generally fine with the exception of lots of stains in the carpet in one of the Master Bedrooms as well as some significant dry rot at the shower in one of the bathrooms and some mold at the sinks. The outside was a real mess, roof was cluttered with debris, gutters full, etc. Yard was terrible, poorly maintained. Garbage are was full of garbage and despite my best attempted to keep the garbage enclosure closed, the garbage man continued to leave it wide open with garbage strewn all over.
We did have the pleasure of the Beverly Hill Billy living next door with all their junk and crap. But is is their house.
The real kicker was upon arrival we were presented with a two page letter describing all the things and services we could NOT use at Palmetto Bluff. A real disappointment and a true lack of candor by the Stay at Palmetto folks. I found these folks to be misleading to be kind.
We did manage to enjoy ourselves despite all the nonsense, we found some good restaurants off property worth going to and other things to do off property.
Don't go to this place if you're thinking you're going to enjoy all the amenities of Palmetto Bluff because you will not be.

Home was perfect! Beautiful property. A little disappointed with the fact Montage wouldnt take reservations for their restaurants if you didn’t rent thru Montage and the fact that Buffaloes was temporarily closed. Besides that we enjoyed Palmetto Bluff and recommend this home It was perfect!

Pleasant surprise
My family and I had no real expectations of Palmetto Bluffs when we booked our trip, but between this home, the property surrounding it, and the amenities, we were blown away. To top it all off the weather was much nicer than expected and we got to enjoy several days in the sun.
This home is beautiful- from its layout to the landscaping to the beautifully furnished and fully stocked interior. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Fall Vacation
Palmetto Bluff is the quintessential "perfect" vacation spot. This property was gorgeous, and very spacious to stay with my family and my husband's parents. Great location w/in the Bluff! Weather was perfect in October; cool enough for the fire pit at the house, and warm enough in the afternoons for the Canoe Club pool. We also loved the smores on river front. And we took advantage of many services at the Montage Spa. Restaurant options great! And lots of other fun activities such as tennis, bocce, biking, golf, fitness center, shopping, tree houses, trails, nature!

Great stay in the Low Country!
This was our second trip to Palmetto Bluff and just love the area! There is so much to do, and area is simply beautiful. We rented a house this time and loved the location and home. The house had everything we needed and had ample space for the 2 of us. Loved the open concept and cathedral ceiling which made the whole feel bright and airy. Definitely hope to be back!
