About this house rental
A beautifully presented alpine styled house located on Queenstown Hill. Stunning views overlooking Lake Wakatipu with panoramic 180 degree Mountain Views from the large deck.
Positioned 1/2 way between Frankton (Airport) and Queenstown center.
Sleeps a total of 8 adults (An extra 1 child or small adult can be accommodated on the trundle bed at an extra cost)

Guests access the property via a lock box at the property. We will provide checkin information 3 days prior to your arrival.
Divine Property are available on call from between 8am to 9pm for any issues. Otherwise you will have complete privacy for the duration of your stay.
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood that has council noise restrictions in place (for example you can't use the spa pool after 10pm)
A car is best to access the property and surrounding area but there is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. You can purchase a BEE bus card from the local depot in town for $2 bus fairs around the districit.
It is also worth noting that most activities will provide transport from in town or local pick up points along Frankton Road (10 minutes walk)
Walking into town will take about 25 minutes and it is all downhill - an uber back up the hill will be around $15-$20 depending on demand.

I was blown away with the view upon arrival, it is hard for cameras to show the true size and awesomeness of the surrounding mountains and lake. Just lounging or eating dinner with the massive windows really helps you appreciate how beautiful Queenstown is.
The house itself is very accommodating and comfortable and warm when we needed it to be. The beds were amazing and I had a better sleep here than I do at home. The spa was also amazing and very welcome after a long day of snowboarding. The main living area and kitchen was the highlight for us due to the large space, high ceiling, big windows and breathtaking view. The master ensuite was to die for with the bath having and equally great view of the mountains and lake. A very popular activity amongst the us.
Also, the location was very handy as the way into to town was away from the main road and would avoid the traffic heading into to town, so driving in was always a breeze.
Thank you to our host for providing such a great experience, we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

The house was set up very well and clean throughout. Some of the items in the house are starting to show age such as kitchen, TV furniture etc but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our time! Would recommend.

The majestic views from here are breathtaking! The collage of views you get as the climate changes is amazing!
The flow and layout of the house is awesome! The hosts exceptional.
The driveway takes a few times to get used to, but this is 1% of the 99% of things we love about this place!
We look forward to staying here again! This has def been a favourite place to stay!

Better than the pictures
My group and I had the most amazing stay here over the New Years period. The check in process was breezy, the house was immaculate and the views are better than the photos. There is a very well equipped kitchen, it has everything you need to cook and a pantry with all the basics. Beds were all very comfy and the black out blinds meant that we slept for hours! It doesn’t get any better than the deck though. The view is priceless and very sunny with lots of seating for you to relax and enjoy the views. 10/10 recommend
