- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 terrace with cozy living room and dining area, facing the pool and sea view
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom equipped with a queen size bed 160x200cm and a large storage cupboard (superb panoramic sea view)
- 1 high-end bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet
The kitchen has: a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, gas hob, a filter coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a fryer, a gas plancha, a babycook, etc. All kitchen utensils are at your disposal.
The living room is open to a large covered veranda which has a dining table, a bar and a very pleasant outdoor lounge.

The salt pool (3 x 5m) is secured by a barrier to safety standards. The cover that covers it at night allows it to keep a perfect temperature in all seasons.

Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool and garden out of sight.
The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with the family, in a relaxing and quiet setting.

The villa is located in the Ruisseau district, very close to the city center of Les Avirons. 8 minutes from the Route des Tamarins, this beautiful rental is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island... the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all sports activities (horseback riding, golf, diving, paragliding, sea walks, helicopter ride, whale watching etc.)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
