Solarea 224
Communication with manager is nonexistent. The first day we realized that one door lock was broken, fans in the master did not work properly, door from master to deck would not unlock, no light in one bedroom. Ice maker was frozen up. A few days later the central air conditioner stopped. We got these resolved but lost two days waiting for service men because we had the only key.

Nice property but neglect is apparent
The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. It serve our purpose. However, when we arrived on the 20th the elevator wasn’t working which was reported to security. A member of our group who can barely walk had to use the staircase. 9 days later the elevator was still inoperable. The sliding doors locking mechanism are rusty making the doors difficult to close. I think it’s a wonderful and beautiful property, but it’s it quite apparent that the property is experiencing some neglect specifically on maintenance related matters. It is too pricey for a place that needs some upkeep and quite frankly, beach access is an adventure and not pleasant. Address the maintenance issues and reasonably price the units and it’s not a bad place.
