Unconscionable that they are in business. Have photo of floor and bug and submitted video of room to

Liked nothing. It was a horrible experience. Avoid this place.

Everything. We booked for three nights and fled this hotel on the first night. Room had an unpleasant odor and was filthy, especially the bathroom floor and tub, where we found bugs. We received a refund for two nights but were charged 150 for a room that would be disrespectful and unhealthy to any guest. Health Department and State AG notified.

I booked a good room...the first time second I don't know what I did to make him mad but he gave me a room that was not acceptable now they kno my face and don't want to turn my money down they are given me a ok room

Overpriced for what was offered.

Location was convenient for our travel plans. Staff was friendly.

The room was not very clean. Dirt in the corners. did not take showers and the tub looked unclean. No Kleenex. Stains on the sheets. There was no breakfast nor coffee. I saw a coffee maker in the hotel vestibule, but when I asked if they made coffee, they said no.

Cheapest around but still not even close to worth it.

Someone was on staff when we came in late.

Room was dirty, not vacuumed, used shampoo bottle in shower. Hole in bathroom wall where the door knob went through but they hadn't fixed yet blew air in that smelled like smoke when vent was turned on. No remote but didn't matter because TV did not work. Sheets stained with yellow spots, slept on the bed cover. Beds EXTREMELY hard, really hurt my back. Check out is 11 but had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up and he was rude.

This hotel has a shooting training nearby

Place is to dirty carpet probably be washed in years,the restroom was so dirty,the bed sheets has the strong smelling impossible to sleep yearly morning you can lot shoots sounds like a shoot training nearby.

Room was cozy. Can tell they remodeled recently...the bed was super comfy and the lights above the bed were bright enough that only one needed to be on.

The ac made noise every time it came on and made the noise until it went off. The ac worked great, but the noise was irritating.

I needed some thing inexpensive for one night and this fit the bill! It was the only hotel in the area that was inexpensive. Had all good reviews. now I see why.

Staff displayed no interest in maintenane or housekeeping or guest satisfaction.

Did not eat breakfast

Room smelled, no covering on filthy pillow cases, spiderwebs& mold on floor corners & next to bed, dark & smelly room, no hot water or drain covering in sink, bathroom dated plaster cracked & dirty. Only 1 coat hanger, when asked receptionist said they didn't have any. Given another pillow by man smoking, could not sleep with smoke smelly pillow. Offered another room around 11pm to an adjoined room. Fearful of sleeping with 2 entrances to room without locks that were missing chains to doors. Staff had negative attitude with my complaints.
