This super spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bath family home is located less than 1 mile from the ❤ of Music City. You can instantly get the city feel because you are surrounded by the high rises. The unit has ample comfy bedding and easily sleeps large groups of friends, family, or co-workers vacationing in Music City. The main floor offers a large kitchen with high-end appliances, open area dining with bar seating for four, and a sunny living room for rest and relaxation.
The space
The home is multiple levels with gorgeous, art-themed decor located throughout the entire space. Your jaw will drop to the floor when you step out on the rooftop deck and get your first taste of the unrivaled skyline views. This is just one of two viewing decks featured in this home. This house isn't just for fun and play, because of the ultra-comfortable bedding, rest and relaxation are key when staying here. It has multiple beds ranging from a luxury king to comfy singles and bunks, 4 full baths, 2 half baths, a laundry area, and more.
The kitchen area features 10-12 people seating at the dining table with another four seats located at the island bar, all new appliances and fully stocked with ample cooking supplies, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, and more. The living room is decorated with a contemporary, city-themed mindset accompanied by our large floating television above the mantle. The living area was designed to maximize the space of the open area making the home feel even bigger.

Property is at a great location and has adequate space for hanging out and sleeping. The wifi was spotty and there was an ant problem (but likely seasonal due to the rain/spring weather). Luckily we were eating much at the house, but the one time we got takeout the ants were out like crazy.

The sinks and showers were somewhat clogged. I sent a online message. A bit later someone knocked on the door saying he was there to fix the issue. I looked back at the message and there wasn't a response telling me there was a person on their way to fix it. It was nice the issue was fixed, however, it would have been nice to be made aware there was someone coming to fix it. So a gentlemen showing up on the doorstep wouldn't have been a surprise. The kitchen doesn't have much in way of cooking supplies so made it difficult to make a meal. Otherwise it is a wonderful place: clean, great location, and safe neighborhood.

This place was perfect - definitely a lot of thought went into the design and finishes in every room. Especially loved the outdoor patio with a TV to drink coffee in the morning. Walking distance to Broadway ~25 min or 5 minute uber ride. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful and Spacious!!!
We loved this property! We were three couples spending July 4th weekend together. Each couple had their own bathroom and ample, comfortable sleeping arrangements. The main living area was perfect in that there was plenty of space for us to comfortably hang out on the two large sectionals. Everything was extremely clean and the owners were nearby, attentive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend this property! Thank you!

This property is beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting out on the upstairs deck and the bedrooms and bathrooms are great too. Everyone got good nights of sleep so they could enjoy the days and evenings on Broadway.

Daughter turned 21 so took her and some of her friends. 10 of us total. House was even better than expected. Only draw back was we where there during the worst snow storm and cold in decades so walking was not an option. Taxes and lift Uber where very expensive just to go 1.5 miles downtown. Would stay here again no problem.

House was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Great for a large group the elevator is a “God send” for anyone with ambulation issues as there are alot of stairs. Only concern was location as it was quite a distance from downtown. 30 min walk or a 10 minute ride with Lyft

We rented this property for a group of 12 girls and it was exactly what we needed. The property was even better than pictured - large, new bathrooms with large walk in closets in most rooms. Incredibly high ceilings made the already large space feel even larger. Unfortunately there was incredibly loud construction next door during the duration of our stay so we didn’t get much quiet time at the house, nor did we get to use the outdoor space. However, would highly recommend!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of 12. The house was lacking a few essential products like garbage bags and dish towels but the property managers responded promptly and made sure those items were delivered. We had a great time!

This property is beautiful and spacious. Every bedroom has a comfortable bed or beds and it’s own spacious bathroom. Plus extra bathrooms next to each entertainment area. TV in every room and great TV/music Bluetooth sound bar. Rooftop view is awesome and several decks for hanging out. Great place for several couples or a bunch of people for a girls or guys weekend. Kitchen had everything you need and both a regular coffee maker and cup option. There is even a nice Weber gas grill to use. 5-10 minute Uber to Broadway. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Management was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Property has a lot of stairs if that is a problem for someone, but does have an elevator if needed. We did not use it. All furniture is very comfortable and stylish. Very posh! Loved it and so did the 9 women I stayed with for girls weekend.

The beds were so comfortable. Better than most hotels The balconies were so nice. You can go out and play and totally relax at the house.
10 min walk to Gulch. 6 min walk to Music Row. 35 min walk to Broadway but an easy Lyft/Uber ride if you don’t want to walk that far. The management communicated so promptly and was very accommodating.
So much to see so be sure you map out what you want to do. 3 days wasn’t enough.
