Great location near Union Station and downtown. Used as our base of operations while in town for shows at Red Rocks. Property was as described and we would stay here again

Great location, room was nice. Had issues with the entry, our password and key fob weren't working, but that was an issue with the property not Kasa, but still a problem when we had to wait to gain entrance, sometimes as long as 15-20 minutes, which was not good after you have been out all day or walking your dog.
Also, the Starbucks coffee machines in the common area were not functioning the last 2 days. We did have a coffee maker in our room.
Kasa was helpful once we explained the situation.

Perfect little spot for my husband, dog, and myself to land when we first moved to Colorado. Clean, great location, and wonderful amenities.

Good experience
Great location, would rate it 5 star but carpet was stained, needs replacing, bathroom grout needs good cleaning, dishwasher washer was dirty and I looked for a broom to sweep but couldn’t find one. Otherwise good rating!

Great Location to downtown and Union Starion
Overall the property was very good. A few hiccups such as the entry code wasn’t’t recognized on a couple of occasions. The windows to the balcony and out of the living room were filthy. Clean sheets, kitchen, living room and bedroom. Low noise level which made it easy to sleep. The room was very close to entertainment, grocery and right across the street from a great park. We would recommend this place and stay her again.

My best VRBO experience yet

Great location & stay.
We were visiting Denver. Exactly as described and pictures are exact. This was in a beautiful area close to downtown so we could walk everywhere. We wanted a little bigger space than hotel room would provide. Had a pool which was nice for the 90 degree days. The furniture wasn’t the most comfortable.

3 nights in Denver
Hope the host works out a better situation for parking. - pretty inconvenient. Couldn’t get in building with key card after 7pm, grateful for residents who let us in and that I wasn’t traveling alone. Automated responses from host about issues frustrating as well. 2 stars for the pool.

Great Downtown Denver Location
The Kasa is located a couple of blocks from 16th Street and Union Station with a park across the street where your dog can meet plenty of canine (and human) friends. The walking trails along the river are great way to see the city. The Kasa has nice amenities and friendly guests.

Our stay in LoDo
We were pleasantly surprised that we received the same room that we booked on VRBO. The property was beautiful and we really didn’t run into many people at all. The only bad things we noticed is that our room (418) was pretty dusty, the windows were dirty with smudges, and there were big spider webs above the door to the patio. The other thing was that there were big pots but no pans/skillets but we made do with what we had. Overall, a great experience.

Perfect spot
My favorite location in Denver. The place was very clean and convenient with a perfect little balcony too. I extended my stay another week! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment!
This apartment is gorgeous and impeccably decorated. The location was great and we took advantage of walking through the park along the river while there. Not a ding against the host/apartment/listing, but I would probably reconsider staying here if we were to bring our 3 yr old again... lots of decorations to keep out of small hands and I didn’t see another kid in the complex at all. But if it were just myself and my husband, we’d definitely stay here again!

Medical visit to National Jewish, comfortable, good location
The property had a very comfortable bed, was pretty quiet which was most important to us since we were at NJH most of the day. The coffee table was very rickety and the couch wasn't super comfortable but the square footage was nice, the decor was nice and there was a lot of natural light. There was a bit of lag in text communication. We first texted them on Monday that the coffee pot didn't work. They said send a picture and they get us a new one, which we did. I had to text and call a couple of more time and wound up getting the new coffee pot Thursday or Friday. But we would try Kasa again especially since we usually travel with our pups.

Great place and great neighborhood.
This is a very nice place, inside a nice new building with great on site amenities. Pretty spacious for a one bedroom. Neighborhood is great, and a park and river across the street. Only issue is the parking. We had designated numbered spot in the garage, but most of the time there were different cars parked there. Once the spot was open and I parked there, a note was left by a previous car that the numbered spot was theirs. We both had the same number on our parking pass left in the dash. We parked in nearby spots and had no problems but I guess there was always a risk of being towed. Also, the access code into the building front doors stopped working the day before we checked out. We were able to find workarounds and could still get in through garage. Overall I recommend the place, it is very nice.
