Overall the place is very nice, good sized rooms, good location. The pre check in and check in process is tedious and annoying. We only stayed one night and it seemed not worth it. If we stayed longer it would probably be less of an issue.

The 2br 2ba apartment was in a great location near Union Station, Ball areana and various restaurants and activities. Spacious and comfortable. Loved having coffee available in lobby in the morning. Secure, easy access to building and apartment. Helpful to have early check in, thanks!

Clean, well appointed and spacious unit in a great location. Property management provided clear instructions and were available 24/7 to address any questions. Will look to stay at a Kasa property wherever we can.

We had a party of 4 staying at this condo ( me and hubby and our daughter and my mom) I'm not an overly finicky person but I immediately noticed the kitchen laminate flooring was sticky. Not sure if it was mopped in between reservations. Also, the master tub was clogged and we were showering in a puddle of dirty water for every shower. The other bathroom sink had the same issue. Clogged drain. I also noticed a urine smell in the master bathroom. There was also a receipt left on the living room window sill that was in plain sight (from the previous guest I assume) so I am wondering if just the sheets/towels were changed and things were just quickly wiped down. The "thank you" for staying post card on the kitchen bar said the gift left was a thank you gift. There was nothing there. Which wasn't a big deal but it struck me as odd and in addition to the other items that I pointed out, I just felt like the house cleaners aren't really up the par. The location was good. I probably won't stay in a facility like this again since I like more privacy and not really into the downtown condensed living scene but that is just preference and no fault of the rental company. Overall I give this a 3.5 star for cleanliness. I felt like the amenities inside the kitchen were sufficient and there was a nice supply of coffee/tea/sugars for the guests. If you stay, don't walk on the grass, you will likely be stepping in dog urine as there are lots of dogs being let out in these condo buildings.

The location and amenities are great at this location. Easy walk to most places downtown and right on the river. The check-in process was extremely well-documented and easy to follow. Best I've seen.

This is a great property to stay it if you are attending any event in Denver. We had concert tickets one night and baseball tickets another night. This is conveniently located to all venues and numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Property has a great pool area and a great fitness facility. The inside parking garage is also convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again if we are in Denver!!!

Great place for a weekend getaway. Perfect location from Union Station, restaurants, parks and more. The facility was wonderful and provided all the items needed for a nice weekend. Only comment is the kitchen is limited with supplies such as glasses, plates, etc... but overall has the basic items needed.

I came with my teen daughter, and another mom + teen daughter. We loved staying here. Lovely unit/space, super clean and secure, great beds, and excellent location. The in-unit laundry and office were nice surprises. I would definitely stay here and again and would recommend.

Clean & modern apartment in great location!
Clean, well laid out apartment in modern building. Roomy bedrooms are on opposite sides, each with an en suite bathroom & comfortable king sized beds. Location is within walking distance of downtown and parks. The apartment is a bit spartan, and couch & dining chairs are not very comfortable, but overall, I would definitely recommend!

Great location, wonderful property!
This was the perfect place for our family of 5 to stay for the week in Denver. It’s walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, Whole Foods, and the ballpark. The property was very safe and clean. The pool was awesome and parking was a breeze.

Great Location
The location was good, the apartment was very clean. The furniture is very cheap, not super comfortable and the elevator was broken while we were there. The stairs force you to have the key fob from the room to get out of the stairs and you only get one of those. My teenagers had the key card and we got locked in the stairwell. They told us we could print another one out in the lobby, but we never found the printing kiosk. Groups of more than 2, should have more than one card, especially when one elevator never worked for our stay and then the second one broke as well for a day.
The location is fantastic and we enjoyed the stay overall. I would stay there again and figure out the key card issue at the beginning.

LODO
Very impressed with my stay here. Location was clean with easy access to the main attractions that Denver has to offer. Check in process was simple. The only down-side to this stay is that they didn't allow for a late check. But overall great stay!!!

Summer get away
The check in process was a little glitchy because the kiosk that dispensed the key malfunctioned. While waiting for a resolution. I found a second kiosk and got a key. No big deal but after long drive a human would have been nice. Other than that apartment was perfect. Clean ,well stocked , as if no one but my family had ever been there. We’ll definitely come back if we visit again.
