This micropod (as they call it in Seattle) is in a perfect location on Capitol Hill on a quiet street. The hosts were excellent in fixing anything that came up including providing a portable AC unit when the temps flared and the windows are restricted to small opening. Only negative is that the description is indicate that the bed is a Murphy bed. When open there is no place to sit. There is also no place to unpack anything if you are staying more than a night or two, especially for two people. It is really small. The best part is the roof on top of the building that has an awesome view of the city and a place to relax.

The "lofty" condo was all but lofty. However it sported well equipped efficiency kitchen with good tasting coffee, soap and coveted in unit washer and dryer; Highly recommend replacing the cute but very uncomfortable Murphy Bed; Noisy! Property Owner should have disclosed the building construction in front that began at 6am; Heads UP! No parking; Unit is bright with high ceilings, east facing wall to wall windows, best for one person.
