The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. The boat slip was perfect for my 27’ boat. Couldn’t be happier with my stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The stairs were a little rough at times but other than that it was perfect. My kids fished pretty much the whole time we were there. They loved it! Defiantly a nice getaway.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and comfortable. We love Laguna Harbor and stay here at least once a year. Wonderful little community and a premier fishing spot! We can’t wait to come back!!!

Kitchen was well supplied with appliances, dishes, and basic pantry items. Toiletries, towels, and linens were adequate. Docking our boat at our back door was convenient, and the public launch is very close. Fishing was great right off our dock. Caught sand trout, speckled trout, flounder, redfish in numerous quantities and many in legal size. We had a great time. Only negative is that the kitchen and views are on the 3rd floor. That’s a lot of steps to carry your groceries for us old timers.

Home is nice and boat slip is very handy for anyone wanting to bring their boat. Parking can get a bit tight with a trailer and two vehicles.

No boat dock made this a bust.
I've leased in this cove before just a few doors down from this property. We specifically rented this place and paid a premium compared to other rentals because it is advertised as having a boat dock. Well, the boat dock is all torn up and not usable. The three-story layout of this place makes it a bit "wonky" to use. Again, we were willing to overlook this so we could have the covered fishing from a boat dock. We brought this to the attention of the rental company immediately upon our arrival and were told they'd let us out of the contract if we wanted. Well, this was a big family gathering (son's high school graduation) and we had a bunch of family renting a second place closer to the beach as well as having many other family members staying in RV's etc. so we couldn't just abandon the event and drive back to Dallas. Having talked to some of the neighbors it sounds like the boat dock has been out of order for a very long time but the place is still advertised as having a dock. This shouldn't be allowed. I feel the fact that the boat dock wasn't operable is a material breach of our rental agreement. I'm going to pursue a partial refund.

Adventures at the fishing Cottage
The property was exactly what our family needed. A place to slow down, rest, and fish. The atmosphere at Laguna Harbor itself is super quiet. The house provided daily exercise with all the steps between floors. The home was nicely furnished. It was a great experience.

Quiet, lovely piece of heaven
We stayed for a weekend and wanted to stay a week once we got there. 😊 The house is amazing! The kids fished and crabbed right outside the door. I enjoyed the porches and quiet! We will definitely be back!

For the price lacking comfort and charm
Supplies limited like no paper towels. Very few towels, thankfully washer dryer so you get to do laundry while on vacation. Absolutely not baby friendly or safe. Boat slip broken and ropes off. All patio furniture falling apart if you even touched a chair piece es would fall off. Had to buy batteries to get bed to work. It is a sleep number but without batteries in remote you stuck sleeping on last person setting. I would not stay here again. Felt like a motel more than a home.

Darling Condo!
Perfect for our family if 6 and grandma. Views of the bay and watching the ships go buy over a cup off coffee was great!

Cute canal home
Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. Having 3 full bathrooms was a treat. This is a quiet area with fishing steps from the house. We saw 2 dolphins in the canal and caught a 41.4 lb black drum on dead shrimp. We also caught flounder and a redfish at a fishing hole nearby. The beach is only about a 15 minute drive. The dock behind the house was falling apart and was therefore unusable.

Fishing
The fishing was great. The home was very nice, the only thing I didn’t care for was the kitchen and living area was on the 3rd floor. Other than that it was awesome.

It was great renting the property! The only thing I had a problem with was we are not smokers and there was dirty ashtrays outside.🤮🤮

Bolivar Bay fishing
Property is excellent if you are looking for a place to dock your boat and do a lot of fishing.

Incredible view
Pros:
Very clean
Great location
Incredible sunset view of the bay and inter coastal
Nice layout
Fishing out the back door
Cons: ( note these are really personal preference)
Master bedroom with private porch has just a full size mattress
Bunk beds are actually in a hallway at at the top of the stairway. Probably not the best place for small children to sleep my daughter chose the couch instead.
Under building parking is narrow. A full size(3/4 ton+) truck needs to fold its mirrors in to fit into the parking area.

Our mini vacay
Great location! We chose this property due to the boat slip. It made bringing our own boat so easy! Beautiful property and very clean!

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset view on the top deck. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacay!

This is NOT a three bedroom house
In short this is not a three-bedroom house. There are two proper bedrooms on the second floor and a hallway with bunkbeds on the third floor by the kitchen. It has no privacy so it might be good for children but not anyone looking for a private room. In short this is not a three-bedroom house. We rented a place for three nights and did not have a working fridge the whole time. We spent a lot of money every day vine ice and coolers to try to keep our food safe but in the end had to throw away a lot of food. Well the property manager was polite and apologetic, it appeared no one checked the property prior to bc the “repair” guys said the fridge had been out of Freon for some time.
This put a major damper on our holiday weekend. We would not rent this property again.
