AM room service was great and the front desk was so helpful.
We stayed for Christmas weekend, the whole weekend was great. The decoration were lovely. Made our Christmas perfect.
Our pets were with us and they were comfortable foras well.

Beautiful view.
Our bed was wet on one side and we could not change rooms. Instead, we had to change our bed sheets and put towels down over the wet spot. Even the mattress was wet. So the new sheets ended up wet as well. House keeping did not come in the next day to change out towels or sheets. They did take $25 off the bill.

The only thing that didn’t make our stay at 10 was the service we got at the denim restaurant in the lobby. But the manager of the restaurant took care of the inconvenience, which was very customer service, oriented and professional.

The staff from the valet to the front desk were amazing
The bathroom was dirty and broken, the rooftop bar ran out of essential items and the service was terrible, food at the rooftop bar that was available was disgusting (brisket was 90% fat) was told that that’s how their brisket is, no heaters on the rooftop bar or they just decided not to use them

Your front desk crew is outstanding! The young lady who checked me in should get a raise. This was my second stay. She went out of her way to make our visit special. Very impressed.
No help with bags. Bellman was busy on his phone. Paid for valet parking and got attitude too.

Location was excellent, right next to river, watched kayakers, enjoyed the pool and restaurants all walkable. Brian at check in was awesome, we were early, our bags were held for us, and he contacted us when room was ready and bags were already brought to our room.
The hotel/rooms are beautiful, stylish and decorated very nicely; booked a room with 2 queen beds, however the bathroom is not functional for more than 2 people, as always not enough towel bars or hooks lol; wait your turn to get ready while someone else is showering, only full length mirror is in the bathroom; there was another mirror behind the Keurig machine and used that area to blow dry hair.

It Is modern, clean, good located and it has different good touches that we loved. The breakfast was outstanding, really delicious flavor and excellent presentation, good portions and a delicious coffee.
The smell of the shower soap, and the pillows.. is pretty hard to sleep is something that that that big… I had to sleep over towel lol

Staff fabulous- especially Eunice at Eighteen 85. Love the pool, love the valet parking, love the view from the roof. Love the proximity to the river walk and to the Uptown area.
Our bathroom could have been cleaner on arrival. The coffee machine must have been pre- filled with water and flooded everywhere. Did not have enough coffee cups each day.

One lady at the front desk was rude& unnecessarily so. Everyone else was so helpful. We will never go back to that particular location because of her. Unfortunately we were so upset didn’t get her name.

The checking was easy but at the check out the staff realized the check in was all screwed , they charged me twice at the check in addition I was marked in the system as if I never showed up to stay at the hotel

The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had a great view. Both the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant were very good.

It is very nicely decorated and the common areas, except for the pool, seemed exceptionally clean. We had the choice of parking in public parking or using the valet, so we took advantage of that. We loved the valet attendants! Ashlie from the front desk was so sweet to us!
Our room wasn’t properly cleaned. The first thing that we noticed was that there was hair on the bathroom floor, which I cleaned up immediately. Then before we took showers later that night, we also noticed that there were hairs on the shower floor that hadn’t been cleaned up. Whenever my husband went to plug in our devices on the night stand that night, we noticed that there was an old piece of chicken or jerky on the nightstand from the previous guests. The next morning I also found what looked like a piece of bubblegum or putty, stuck to the carpet beside one of the beds. In addition to that, when we were packing up, I found a spot on the floor underneath an ottoman/stool that was so sticky. I had to wash my feet before I put my shoes on.
When we told the staff at the front desk that night they were very apologetic and stated that they would clean our room or move us, but my kids were in bed already. I also spoke to the manager the next day and he was apologetic and said that was not up to their standards. 
My problem is they really didn’t do anything to rectify the situation. They took care of our $12 valet charge and let us choose something from the snack area.
Then they offered to sign us up for IHG rewards points, but all they gave me was an enrollment number. I have no idea how to access those rewards or use the enrollment number. I’ve downloaded the app but it’s asking for a password and pin. So, now I have to try to go online and figure out how to use the enrollment number that they gave me to make an account.
In addition to that, the pool water and area did not seem to be cleaned well. I’m not sure if that was because it was used a lot the day that we arrived or not. But the water was cloudy. 
We also loved that they had restaurants on site, but as it turned out they did not have options for kids to eat, so we had to change plans and find somewhere else local to eat.
