This exclusive holiday villa is located in Veliko Brdo, near Makarska, Dalmatia, Croatia. Situated only 1,5 KM from the sea and a short walk from the nearest restaurants and stores, this villa is an excellent choice for relaxing family vacation.
From the ground floor you can directly access the spacious terrace surrounding your own pool, where you can spend your days soaking up the sun or relaxing in the shade on high quality sun loungers.
The modern and luxurious, two-storey holiday villa consist of three bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a spacious living room, a terrace with a fireplace and outdoor infinity swimming pool.
This beautiful villa has charm of minimalistic moder touch. On the ground floor you will find an elegant living room connected to the dining area and the villa's fully equipped kitchen. Both the living room located on the ground floor, as well as the bedrooms are air conditioned so you can fully relax during the hot summer days. Two bedrooms are with single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed as well as bathrooms are at your disposal, however, there is also a sofa bed in the living room which means that the villa can accommodate up to eight persons.
The beach is about 1,5 km and short walk from the nearest restaurants and stores.
