Good stay but beds need to be updated.

Location is great and place is super clean

To many requirements for everything like getting the WiFi or not being able to share the WiFi with more than one person.

No lotion shower was handicapped. No pressure water. Didn’t feel it was 5 yrs old. Seem older

Good for the price and convenient location.

No breakfast was included.

Darkening window curtains as window was on outside which was well lite. We also had a handicapped bathroom but with no lip on shower entrance and shower curtain that was too short water splattered onto the floor which made for a slippery surface as you excited.

Clean and quiet, good value.

The property and the room was clean and quiet.

I expected it to be like most other hotels with some basic amenities. There was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap. But I guess that was my bad.

Good for overnight

The location was great! Right off the freeway. Gas stations and fast food adjacent and Mall just down the road. Bed was comfortable. Fridge in room was convenient.

Room was pretty plain and there could have been more toiletries but was pretty much what I expected from the photos so I can't really complain.

Gloomy hotel and staff to match. Noisy! No coffee!

Nothing. Scariest place I've ever stayed frankly. Has the feel of an institution.

Unfriendly front desk people. Extremely noisy at times. A person in the room next to mine had violent coughing bouts which made me feel unsafe. Called the front desk and they told me nothing they can do (really? You don't have an open room to move me?). The WiFi was horrible. Dog poop is everywhere because no one cleans up after their pets. Strange people wandering the halls. No Coffee pot or coffee at the hotel. I would not recommend it.

It was most regrettable.

The location was convenient.

There was zero curb appeal. Once inside there were 2 “security doors” that required you to use your room key in order to get into the hallway. There were NO ICE MACHINES! There was no breakfast available. Our room resembled an Army Barracks with a metal bed frame that was about 3 feet off the floor! There was absolutely NO DECOR & the place was devoid of personality. In addition to all that some of the staff was rude & unaccommodating! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! It was a huge disappointment

Poor

The room itself was spacious with ample storage space. Very clean and the kitchenette was set up for maximum functionality. Sitting area was well arranged like the rest and the bathroom was very nice, awesome shower, could use more storage but still 10/10

Hidden fees and charges that were added on during check in but not mentioned or explained once we noticed. Staff is limited and rarely seen nor helpful or professional when they are. Not 2orth the amount quoted let alone what you actually end up paying.

Waste of money

Staff was rude! Bf asked the maid for toilet paper, 20 mins later management was at the door saying they had him on camera stealing off the maids cart lmao please!!!! They kicked him out the night before we checked out! Liars!!! And charged me 28.00 for "free wifi" staff was obnoxious and totally unprofessional smh never again! Stay elsewhere dont waste your money here! Floors were dirty hallways reeked of cat urine and cigarettes beds were cheap and uncomfortable towels were dingy and you have to bring your own toilet paper

I really don't think I could've done better for such a short notice.

The location was okay. The hotel, appeared to be clean, but could have been a little better. I think it was so so for the last minute price that I had to pay. I just would have preferred a little bit more for the price I had to pay.

It was an extended stay hotel for what looks like road workers/truckers etc. The room though clean in appearance had an unpleasant odor (which I didn't like)

Kitchen was not fully furnished with pots, pans and dishes. Would like to have known that before booking room. Had to take out trash to dumpster Checking in after hours was cumbersome No hairdryer or iron in the room

It was conveniently located to my family. It was clean. it was bare bones minimum but we only needed to sleep there.

the hotel was doggy friendly and I appreciated that. However the places where the dogs could do their business was dirty as people were not picking up after their dogs. Also my dog will only go on grass. So we had to get up early and get out so we could drive and find a park. The air conditioner was loud and occasionally that was just intermittent high pitch noise. So we didn’t sleep very well. the mattress was on a wire frame so the bed was hard.

Staff was very helpful when checking in late. The property location was great.

Mini kitchen, large refrigerator and laundry was a plus. Also anytime you went out the doors you needed your room key to let you back in.

other than the pet hair, you get what you pay for and staying at this facility you get more than what you pay for.

the kitchenette and fridge were awesome. we came in late and the front desk receptionist was so very pleasant.
