About this house rental
****Summer 2024 vacation weeks July-Sept will be booked from Fri-Fri****
The house is cozy and comfortable, it's easy to feel right at home. Relax in one of the 3 reclining chairs and watch a movie. Pour cocktails and play games at the bar/bar top table. Cozy up with a book in the papasan chair.
In the warmer months we put out a large comfortable hammock which is great for both napping and relaxing. The large screened in porch offers lots of seating and beautiful views of Long Lake. The kitchen is modern and well stocked with more than just the cooking basics. The large combo charcoal/gas grill, which was moved off the porch for safety, is located under the screened in porch now. Cook up all your favorite grill foods and enjoy them with a view of Long Lake!
We are conveniently located, just minutes to a lake/pond of your choice to swim, relax or play at. Rainy day? No problem! Bridgton (and the surround area) offers loads of rainy day activities. Some of our favorite anytime activities include
Picnics on the beach
Family hike/exploration
Park hoping
Catch a movie at the drive-in or local movie theater
Candlepin bowling in Fryeburg
Gray Wildlife park-also fun on a rainy day
Exploring the local libraries
Day trip to one of the many surrounding/beautiful communities such as Bethel, Norway, or North Conway!
You can find it all in or around Bridgton, ME! (except sharks, you may want to stick with Cape Cod if you are a fan of sharks)

This place is gorgeous. Way too much room for 3, but was centrally located so that some could mountain bike while others could get out on the water. Fire pit and hammock outside were so relaxing and the screened in porch is phenomenal. Fantastic host. Very happy with the stay.

Wonderful holiday home in Bridgton. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate to enjoy the outdoor spaces much but they were lovely as was the entire home. It had everything we needed and was convenient to the town.

This is a great property, very clean, a nice location. Very close to Harrison and Bridgton centers. Beautiful screened-in porch with a nice view of Long Lake. Nice, private lawn with a road across the street that is great for walking dogs. A large deck with seating for many and a nice fire pit too. The host was very pleasant and thorough with instructions. A minor drawback is the that the road right in front of the house is noisy with quite a bit of traffic for a smallish road. However, that did not deter us from having a fantastic stay! Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We had a great time, even if the weather wasn’t always cooperating. Erin is easy to get in touch with, and able to answer questions quickly. The property was great for our family of four (plus pup), and very clean. We enjoyed Crystal Lake, which is about a mile away from the property, as well as mini-golf in Naples, exploring downtown Bridgton, and lots of ice cream! Highly recommend!

House is clean and well stocked. A little of all you would want for a lake vacation. House layout allows for sufficient space indoors during winter months and outdoors during summer. Bedrooms were good sized. Screen porch large and perfect for relaxing rain or shine. Short walk to Ice Cream/Pizza in town, along with public beach and boat ramp. Nice fire pit and deck in back yard. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of seating for mealtimes (an issue we've had with rentals in the past). Short 5 minute drive to downtown Bridgton, 15-20 minutes to Pleasant Mountain. Owner great with communication and available when needed. Plenty of linens/towels. Would recommend for anyone looking for a getaway during any of our New England Seasons. Thank you Erin!

The hosts were helpful from the time I inquired about the property. Checking in and out was easy. A binder was provided explaining everything we needed to know about the house.
From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The house is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and airy for spending time together, while providing access to privacy if needed. It was nice to be able to cook in a well-stocked, kitchen with lots of pots, pans and utensils! The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. The screen room was an amazing space! It was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee, a cocktail and eating our meals. The backyard is private and the perfect place to relax at the end of your day with a fire.
There is a Hannaford Grocery Store just a short drive from the house. Without traveling too far, we rented a pontoon boat in Naples, visited York’s Wild Kingdom Zoo and Amusement Park and Nubble Lighthouse, bought delicious fresh lobster from Trailside Lobster Pound (minutes from the house). If you don't want to cook, the Olde Mill Tavern and Morning Glory Diner is minutes from the house along with many other restaurants only a short drive away like the Freedom Cafe & Pub which we loved. There are also hiking trails nearby.
If you’re looking for a house to rent in Maine, this property will not disappoint! It is evident the hosts want you to enjoy your stay. We would absolutely rent this property again!

Just what we needed - a relaxing vacation in a favorite area of Maine. Our family of four loved hanging out by the fire pit, swimming every day, going for walks & runs, ice cream and just being together without an agenda. The house is spacious, well-organized, and Erin is very communicative and accommodating. A wonderful stay, and so happy to see our family at a beautiful location.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, spacious, organized and well kept. Erin was always very courteous, accommodating and available for questions before and during our stay. The location is great for being able to access the local lakes in the area for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. When we come back to Bridgton we’d definitely stay here again! Perfect getaway rental
Everything about this property was great. Communication with Erin throughout the entire process was fast and easy. The home is well kept and very spacious. We spent a lot of time on the screened in front porch overlooking Long Lake and by the fire pit making s’mores. Can’t wait to go back!
