Holiday Rental House Ellesmera is a unique and stunning holiday home ideal for large families. This spacious abode is only 300 metres to Patonga's beachfront, Ellesmera is a spacious abode with three bathrooms and two living spaces. With modern fittings and European style furnishings, Ellesmera is an elegant property that backs on to bushland Explore the beautiful surroundings or simply unwind with coffee or a glass of wine in hand. Ellesmera has everything you need for the perfect getaway.
Patonga is home to the popular The Boat House Hotel with a great seafood restaurant, general store and tennis courts also available, and only a 10 minute drive to Umina Beach and Ettalong Beach. Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in robe and en-suite with double vanity, bath and overhead shower. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 all have queen beds and built-ins. Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds and built-ins.

2 nights old friends & partners we have visited & stayed at a couple of other properties in Patonga this one perfect for our group as we relax eat drink go for walks & swim. The property is beautiful extremely well equipped in a great location quiet street but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The host is very helpful & prompt with providing loads of information definitely a 5 star listing. Thanks so much will be back..

Always provided detail information about the trip and stay and allowed us check-in and check-out flexible although we didn't require extra time. Very good condition house and all things are available in the stay even cooking materials.

We are 5 senior couples who get together regularly. This house exceeded our expectations. A clean tidy house with the best equipped kitchen of any property that we have stayed in. Plenty of room to move around. 4 Queen bedrooms and 1 twin. There is beautiful art on the walls and the most amazing decor and collections. The house is situated a short walk from the hotel in a quiet area. Very happy with our weekend away.

Lovely big clean house. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to creek and pub. Comfy beds, great central air con to warm up the house. Lovely balcony at the front of the house. Leigh & David great to deal with, very accommodating with us having to o reschedule due to a family member with covid.

A beautiful house with comfy beds, Leigh was so lovely to deal with and even went as far as to leave us complimentary chocolates!
Our weekend catchphrase was “we love Leigh”.

Feels like home!
It’s the sort of place that makes you feel like you’re at home! Beautifully decorated with some paintings done by the owner which is a lovely insight. The pantry was filled with items like multiple appliances like a mixer, sandwich press, electric frying pan, cling wrap, foil and rubbish bags already which is handy! Mobile broadband wasn’t the strongest so Leigh has provided internet for you to use. Leigh was very responsive and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place

My friends and I (8 of us in total) had an amazing time here!
- Location was great, just a few steps away from the boathouse and not a long drive to the other major beaches!
- Style of the place was wicked - so many interesting and fascinating pieces of art!

Beautiful clean home n a quiet area
Had a great time away with the family, only problem was keeping our 3 young children away from the many breakable decorative items. House is beautiful, very clean and very spacious bedrooms. Leigh was am excellent host who always replied quickly to any questions we had. Thanks Leigh :)

An Absolutely Stunning House
A group of 7 ladies had a wonderful 3 nights in Leigh’s beautiful stunning house. When we walked through the front door we all gasped in excitement.The house is huge, the artwork and furniture is so beautiful. The house is well stocked with everything you could ever want. We didn’t want to leave we would love to stay again.

The house was fantastic. Our group were 4 couples and the house suited us perfectly. It was large enough for us not to feel crowded. It was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. I would definitely recommend it for families or a group of friends.

Beautiful, well-kept home
You can tell this house is well taken care of from the moment you walk in. The interior deco is beautiful, the house is spotless, exactly as pictured and well-stocked. Even the bbq was scrubbed clean and ready to go. The chocolates upon arrival were a lovely surprise. Walking distance from the beach on one side and lake on the other. Leigh is a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond. Thank you Leigh, we had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to be back!

Nice weekend away in Patonga
I visited this weekend with 4 couples and a baby. We loved the location of the place and the house was a great size for a big group with multiple entertaining areas to accomodate our group. The house was well stocked with all the items we could need in the kitchen, pantry and throughout. Ducted aircon was appreciated during the humid February weather. A bit of baby proofing was required for our toddler as the owners have many decorative pieces throughout. Thanks for the stay!

Family affair
Every one of Our family enjoyed every bit of staying at this property, from the perfect location, luxurious bedding, towels, every kitchen and cleaning item we ever needed or wanted including good quality plastic crockery for the kids.
Leigh made the booking process extremely easy and was flexible, with my change to numbers at the last minute and she offered a late checkout.
I Will definitely recommend to others and be back!

Lovely house in nice secluded location
Leigh’s property was immaculate and perfect for what we intended. She was super helpful along each step and would answer every question we had. No doubt would come again. If staying for long periods of time, I would advise to stock up on groceries etc as the drive to woolies or coles is a bit of a trek.

Great getaway for larger families!
Leigh's property was spacious and very clean. There was an abundance of amenities and plenty of towels. Great location and a very easy stroll down to the water. Leigh was great with responding to my enquiries prior and during my stay. Would definately recommend staying here for a get together with family.

Excellent Stay in Patonga
Leigh's house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The decor was lovely. She was easy to contact and provided us with clear instructions regarding key access. The house is located in a quiet but scenic area, right by Patonga Beach. We also enjoyed the chocolates and oreos left for us. Highly recommend this house for holidays.
