The hosts provided great recommendations for lake activities, restaurants, and other nearby places to check out. The location was perfect! We were steps away from the lake and a short drive away from downtown Saratoga. Checking in and out was very easy.

All first timers to Saratoga. And Nick could not have been more helpful. He recommended a great restaurant, nearby store that had everything we needed and even made recommendations for the racetrack. Right near the lake in a very quiet area. Outdoor seating was perfect. Kitchen very well equipped. Would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying right on the lake in this cute house. There was ample parking for 3 vehicles, lovely outdoor space for relaxing, loads of towels & linens to use and a great a/c that kept the house nice and cool! Easy to get to the horse show grounds and downtown Saratoga. The hosts were very accommodating about adding people to the reservation. Would stay here again!

We came for a concert at SPAC and forecast was for rain so we didn't use the dock or lake. Gorgeous views driving to the place. Very convenient location, close to restaurants on the lake and quick 20 minute drive to downtown Saratoga Springs. Nick and Regina were great hosts, super responsive and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable and shower while on the smaller side had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Outdoor firepit area was nice. Perfect for 2 couples, but any more would be tight - as Nick and Regina mentioned in their description of the property. Would definitely rent here again!

Great place for some good old fashioned time together. Check in and check out we’re both very easy and simple. The house was everything we needed it to be! 3 seperate bedrooms all with comfortable mattresses, bedding and pillows! The kitchen was stocked with a great coffee maker and an electric hot water maker for tea, coffee filters and a bit of Starbucks coffee which was very handy for our breakfast the first morning. The owners responded almost immediately to me on a couple of different questions I had. I will be looking to stay in the area again in June and will definitely be booking with Nick & Lisa again if this property is available!

After prelonged period of "work from home", I decided to take a family vacation during the holiday season. My family love nature and hiking. Besides Saratoga Lake, we hiked the Geyster Loop Trail , Indian Kill Nature Trail, Peebles Island Perimeter Trail, etc. After hiking, we returned to the cozy home to enjoy the family time. Thanks to Nick and Lynn for this well-cared home.

Second ⏰ just as great as the first ⏰.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, which was close enough to Saratoga’s downtown and the track for us by Uber or taxi, while far enough away — and on the lake — to feel apart from all the craziness of town! The home was as-advertised and very clean, and the owners were extremely prompt and thorough in their responses. Plus, check-out was a breeze! The only criticisms (and they’re minor) are (1) that nearby residences are close by and (2) that the road condition leading to the house may not be suitable for some summer cruising vehicles (though it was more than fine for my and my friends’ sedans!).

Adorable Bungalow
The property was very cute and comfortable. It was close to everything we needed. We had a 7minute drive to the Saratoga Classic Horse Show which is why we were there. Nick and Lynn were terrific hosts. I will definitely reach out to them the next time I go to Saratoga.

This property was perfect for our stay in Saratoga! The house was clean and check in was easy. We picked this location because we wanted to be close to the race track which was less than 20 min away! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Clean, comfortable rental by lake
Great location to all we wanted to do in the area - lake, downtown Saratoga and local breweries. We don't have a boat so dock access was not as helpful as we thought (we thought we might be able to swim from dock) but fabulous Brown's Beach was quick drive away.
3.0
NOT a Lake property
A clean, comfortable, well-kept house, but NOT one that should be advertised as a Lake property. The only view of the lake is at the end of the driveway, and it’s narrow and obstructed, and there is no access to the lake anywhere within walking distance. Frankly, including the dock in the pictures feels deliberately misleading. There’s no dock involved.

Great Summer Vacation Spot
Everything in the house was clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful few days. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Amazing lakeside cottage, perfect for small group
Nick's property was an amazing cottage, situated right by Saratoga Lake (dock is 20 meters away from house). The place was recently redone so all the fixtures and rooms are very modern and well-designed. The kitchen has brand new appliances, and the living room area has a couple really nice couches and a huge smart TV. The outdoor patio area and yard also provides plenty of space to relax and hangout. WiFi works very well - we had 3-4 people working at times and the signal was always strong.
Location is great. You are basically right on the lake, with dock access, and also walking distance from a public beach and a marina. Nearest supermarket is a ~7 minute drive away, and there is also a gas station closeby for convenience items. 15 minute drive from Saratoga Springs downtown, so it's fairly easy to get into town.
Nick's service is also incredible. We were really made to feel at home during our 5-week stay and Nick / the property manager were always available to answer any questions we had.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we're back in the Saratoga Springs area.
