Amazing hotel, totally reccomended! Great huge room with beautiful sea view and very delicious breakfasts and dinners!

the food was not good

The room and balcony was exceptional
The food, and in the restaurant, it felt like you were in a cattle market. It was a real letdown for my special birthday.

Beach front location was excellent.
The pool was brilliant and there were plenty of beds available around the grounds. However, to get the front beds you had to be up early as towels were almost always placed on the beds by the time we got down to the pool area.
All Staff were so kind and extremely helpful.
Room 1021 was superb throughout. The bathroom was huge, as was the room and our balcony, which had two sun loungers on, had the best views ever.
The entertainment was varied and appealed to most if not all guests.
I'm not saying we didn't like the food as there was plentiful for every taste and palette. We certainly ate well enough. My only small concern was some of the meat was tough and not of the highest quality. The example I can give is the lamb stew on our last evening. It felt like inferior cuts had been used or the lamb was cooked too quickly.
That said, the chefs were excellent so I'm definitely not being unkind to them.
In contrast, the joint of roast lamb, a few days into our stay, was the best I've had in many years.

We had a fabulous time at this hotel which is positioned towards the end of the 8 km long beach. There is really easy access to the beach by simply going through a gate in the hotel garden down a very short flight of steps onto the promenade and then another couple of steps directly onto the beach. The beach is wide and sandy and glorious, and the sea is crystal-clear but a little cold! You can walk along the promenade in either direction to reach local restaurants. We ate out at Leo's for lunch, which was excellent.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, though they do tend to greet you in German as 99% of their guests are German! This did bother us as it was a good chance to practice German. Our room was large and comfortable with a beautiful balcony looking out over the sea and the palm trees. There were some loungers on the patio with cushions. There was a small bottle of wine and fruit in the room on arrival. There was a walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. The food in the restaurant was good, with enough variety for the 4 days we stayed. The swimming pool was heated which was excellent.
There is a watersports centre a short walk up the beach where you can hire a catamaran or windsurf board. We took a catamaran out for an hour which was great fun.
Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return here.
Nothing really.

Very clean and tidy room, close to the most beautiful beach, friendly staff, comfy beds, coffee/tea service in the room, range of activities
Smoking customers, food was average, loud music each evening until late but some people benefits from that, noisy lift and heavy slamming doors next to the room

Very kind staff, ocean view, location, good dinner and breakfast.
Shows were a bit boring in confront to Gran Canaria standards.
Two slow elevators for the whole hotel is not enough. Everybody uses stairs.
Dinner could be at least until 9.30.
To many germans... and the program is adapted to them.. songs, coctail school, .. even the personel speeks with you in german. It's a bit odd... I would prefer English as a second language of the hotel and Spanish the first.
4.2
Spacious, smart, fabulous views, very nice room and balcony, great food, friendly and efficient staff.
4.2
Nice and very clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, well organized and comfortable.
Some good music in the night.
The food was not of good quality, very poor breakfast, large space for improvement.
