About this cottage rental

Cozy two bedroom, two bath cottage located in a quiet community. Home is over 100 years old with many original details. Wide wrap-a-round front porch with side deck and back patio area. Updated appliances in kitchen, wifi throughout the home and streaming TV services available in main bedroom and living room. Outside seating on front porch and back patio. Sofa bed in living room. Laundry room has washer and dryer, as well and ironing board and iron. Towels and linens provided. The infamous Tupelo trains come through downtown so please be aware that you may be able to hear the horn sound several times a day/night.

This little cottage was perfect for our family vacation! I brought my three kids and my close friend/family brought her child too. The neighborhood was quiet, convenient, and cozy. We weren’t far from anything in Tupelo, and there was plenty for us to do with our children for the 3 nights that we stayed. I reached out to Kim regarding an issue with one of the TV’s, and she was very quick to respond. The issue was fixed that evening! 10/10 I would recommend this property and owner to anyone!!

We absolutely loved this little house and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. The beds were comfortable and so was the furniture in the living room. We enjoyed our coffee on the side porch and took in all the peacefulness this little street had to offer. It is in the Historic part of Tupelo and close to downtown where you will find many places to eat. The owner was easy to work with and always answered our questions before and during our stay. We look forward to many more trips to Tupelo and hopefully will get to stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect. It was very clean, well accommodated, and was very safe. We had all the comforts of home during our stay. There were even a couple friendly neighborhood cats that visited with us each morning as we drank our coffee. Conveniently located close to downtown while being away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend visiting Queen’s Reward Meadery during your stay, you won’t be disappointed.

Totally supplied with anything a guest might need. Beds were comfortable and we loved the porch swing. Hosts made a real effort to make this property desirable. We loved it. Only downside was the weather. The Natchez Trace was closed due to flooding.

Wonderfully quaint 100 year old cottage with many original features. We were in town for a wedding and had the good fortune of being able to stay here for 3 nights. It was very convenient to downtown but with a quaint country feel . Cottage was very clean and the Kim & Dee, the hosts provided everything that we could need for our stay. Will definitely try to stay here on my next visit to the area :)

My husband's siblings and spouses met for a brief stay at Mill Cottage. The house was all that we had hoped it would be. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well appointed with every convenience one could hope for and included lots of creative details. We especially loved our time spent on the wrap around porch looking out over the lovely neighborhood! Mill Cottage is a great meeting place for us, so we will definitely consider staying there again!

Where do I start??? From the moment you walk into this lovely southern home, the feeling of peace and love surrounds you... excellent communication from the owner, she sent several check in and informative messages, she left lights on and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. The home is super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Beds were comfy, linens were soft and smelled amazing. We absolutely loved our stay in this cute cottage!!! I would highly recommend this property. It’s close to everything in town and has charm to boot! Thank you!!! My husband and I will be back for sure!

This was rented by me for my Niece and her husband, new born baby and 2 month old. Having to sign a lease for the first for me. I did not see the home, however, they said it smelled bad, not sure what that was or just an "old house smell". My daughter got married and it was a crazy busy time the whole weekend. My son and I have stayed here twice for swim meets. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and close to the Aquatic center. The beds are comfortable. There’s plenty of space to eat and rest. We have really enjoyed this house.The owner is very responsive, too.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Cottage house. I was in Tupelo on business which means I would leave around 7:30 in the Morning and be back at the house around 5:30. The house is in a good location from my customers. I would defiantly stay there again on my next trip to Tupelo.

The house was clean and conveniently located. The check in process was smooth and the owner was available/responsive to answer questions. The beds were comfortable, toiletries were appreciated, and a fully stocked kitchen was nice even though we didn’t make use of it. I plan to stay here again when we’re in town for swim meets.

This is a cute cottage with lots of room. It has easy access to lots of the area and is in a quiet neighborhood. My husband does not walk well and he had no trouble getting in and out of the house. The owner was very kind and was there when we needed them. We are very please with this Cottage and hope to return next year.

This is a great place to spend your vacation. The house will welcome you from the first moment on. The location is ideal to reach everything in shortest time. Kim does a great job of preserving the original character of the house but also providing modern comforts. The home was just as it was listed! Everything we needed in the kitchen to have all of our meals at home. Felt safe in the neighborhood and there was plenty of space for us to relax. Loved that everything was on one floor as we were traveling with my folks. When we had need to call owner, she was prompt in her responses and took care of what we needed as quickly as possible. Bedding was comfortable and plenty of towels. Plenty of supplies for the time we were there! Definitely will return again!

Ratted here a week . Very cozy old house ❤️ We had all positive experiences while here. Neighborhood is very quiet but so close to everything! We even had a visit from a beautiful owl one night !! Only issue and I’ve forwarded to owner is that there be less visits to the rental when there are tenants. I give 5 stars as it is still fresh to the market and they are doing a great job , on the right track!
