Design is so beautiful
House keeper just walked in while i was changing in the room, that was super weird. Also you practically live on the street, all noise everything you’ll get.

Superb location, beautiful units and great view.
1 unit (copper bath) did not have separate shower, just handheld over bath.

The property is absolutely beautiful on the heart of Saint Paul de Vence. We loved the shared space and the small number of rooms (we never saw any other guests). Our room was beautiful with a full shower and stand alone tub. Walking distance to everything and an amazing AC which was necessary in July. There was a coffee maker in the common area for breakfast. Very quiet and peaceful.

Fell instantly in love with this charming property the moment we arrived outside the front door. Oli had given very clear directions for accessing the property. Beautiful communal kitchen on the ground floor, with an honesty bar & coffee making facilities. Our room was beautifully decorated, large and spacious, with a private toilet and a stunning copper stand-alone bath. The views out the window to the valley below were like something from a postcard. Enjoyed returning to the house during the day to escape the heat and reading a book & enjoying the view. The whole house was clean. The location is so central and there is a car park very close by, you just need to brave the narrow streets and keep your nerve until you arrive there! Oli had provided a useful document with recommendations, wifi info, etc. and always responded to my messages on Booking. Would definitely recommend to a friend and would stay here again if I was lucky enough to return to this beautiful unique village.
Two very small comments- while the shower hose in the copper bath was perfect for us as a couple, it might not suit for friends travelling as the bath is in the main bedroom so you’d need to be very comfortable with one another!! Also the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

I was in love with the decoration, so great! the location was amazing and it felt very cozy. The bathtub was great too!
We weren’t able to leave our bags after checkout and had to go to Tourism Office.

pretty strict check in policy, only after 4pm and cannot help store luggages. Very hard to get to with big suitcases, ended up not even able to make cuz I was a solo girl

well located, modern and clean!
oli was always very helpful.
I would think the room misses some warm decoration like a rug and curtains.

The property is fantastic but we found it difficult to find, but that is the nature of St Paul de Vence! The property itself is fabulous, with a communal kitchen with honesty box drinks available. The room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom has a large bath and an excellent shower. It is a short walk into the heart of the village so you can begin exploring very easily. The decor is tastefully minimal, a storage space means the room will not be cluttered with bags. The window overlooks the valley. Good view and is generally quiet.
The door key for the room is very basic (the lock could be broken into) but the front door is coded; the risk of burglary is very low and you can lock things in your car as the parking is close to the premises. Not a complaint but a practical comment: the drive around the circuit road is extremely tight and there was one car park left, and parking is absolutely essential! Modern cars with backing video are pretty essential to navigate into the spaces. I did not know how to navigate into the old village, there are bollards to pass and a one-way very narrow road that takes you directly to the car park. A published map and a very clear access guide may be helpful. I had to call the supplied number to find the front door, probably a little shaken by the difficulty of driving around the tight roads.

shared poorly equipped kitchen, broken chair

Well located - beautiful views.
The copper bath is a big plus!
Consider sending more detailed info to locate the apartment, as cellphone GPS signal stuggles to find exact location.
Consider sending details of popular restaurants an week or more in advance, as we found a number of restaurants were fully booked.
Make it clear on Booking.com that the kitchen and lounge is communal.

Loved the location, decor and facilities.
As the shutters are fragile we didn’t want to move, so a curtain would be fab for the mornings u feel lazy.
Also didn’t realise we did not have access to the little outdoor terrace

Beautiful room and views. Shared and well equipped kitchen. very helpful Høst even though we didn’t meet.
Very pretty copper bath, though maybe for longer stays a shower would be more comfortable
It was pretty warm though fans were provided.
Charming town with complicated car access.

Location, view, and all the touches. very nice room with a view. the attention to details is impressive. The communication with the landlord was very good.
it would’ve been great to have the air conditioning instead of fans.

Property was nice, especially the kitchen. Basement room was all dark, bathroom is large and has lots of counter space. Mona who cleans the property is friendly and fun to chat with!
No A/C! It was miserable. One night was all we could handle. We had paid for 3 nights but checked out the next day and stayed in Nice instead. Not sure if the lack of A/C was mentioned on website…We were extremely disappointed.

located in a gorgeous location, nice views, close to shops, and restaurants, excellent water pressure.
No air conditioning!!! How can you would you considered luxury without the AC. I was way too hot to sleep in Summertime. We have to gave up 2 nights prepaid and move to Nice Holiday Inn. Parking is horrible, French just don’t move their cars, road are very narrow. Nice for a short visit but not a home base.

Everything about our stay in Saint Paul de Vence was amazing! the house was beautiful. we stayed in room 1 which I believe has the best view of the mountains and ocean. I would of happily of spent 3 days just in the room if the town also wasn’t just as beautiful. All the people in Saint Paul and amazingly friendly.
There wasn’t anything too dislike

Very stylish room with a lot of space great bathroom and great view in an ancient house of the medieval town. Check in super uncomplicated. We were lucky to have nobody in the room above us.
Parking is an issue. To get there by car is a matter of lucky and kbowledge of French language. Too expensive and a bit overrated like the town itself.

Absolutely gorgeous place, host very responsive. even though we had a boiler failure and no hot water upon arrival it was fixed immediately.
nothing to find wrong here
